This location is usually clean and not very crowded. There are tons of flavors to choose from so you can usually find something. I just find that the prices are definitely higher now and they give you exactly 1 scoop. Most places have it overflowing as a single scoop. So for the price, I'm less likely to come here. Ordered a custom ice cream cake from this location. It was $36. Upon getting the cake, we noticed it was pretty small. Upon cutting it open, it had a sliver of ice cream. The rest was cake. We contacted the store and Farshid said he would send a certificate via email for a new cake and then hung up the phone abruptly. Followed up via email a few times and then when he finally replied, he said he had sent it via text. He then proceeded to send a bunch of very rude texts, insisting that I was somebody else. He definitely did not because I never gave him my cell phone and when I called him, it was from a landline. He said it was for a mini cake from the freezer case which is not what we ordered. Baskin Robbins had a promo today for a free single scoop with promo code in app. This is my first time using their app, so I actually downloaded and walked in to the store to look at the selections. Interesting enough, my favorite flavor that wasn't showing up in the app was available so I mentioned it to the girl that was working and she said I can order any flavor on the app and she will substitute with what I want. When I placed the order, it prompted for credit card info (no Apple Pay) because they charged tax off the original price, which I wasn't expecting but I did it because I was already there. I just wanted to leave a review for this specific Baskin-Robbin's location. I've been to a couple of other locations in other cities. This one by far has the best service ever and always has so many options to choose from. This one is not the closest to me, but now is my go to spot. I just recently went again on 4/1/24 - with my husband, 2 toddlers, baby, and the grandparents and for a Monday night it was actually pretty busy there was customers before us and line after us. The two employees working that night were Mitzi and Sebastian - their service is the reason for my review it was EXCEPTIONAL. They were very efficient, friendly and helpful! They made us return here because of their service and the dessert of course! I told my husband "I'm amazed with these employees, since most places nowadays provide such poor customer service and bad experiences". I definitely recommend this particular spot for your ice cream, shakes, sundaes or ice cream cakes (I've tried them all). The excellent service is a big plus! The ordering process was quick and easy. when it was time to pick up, the cake was finished at the promised time. The service staff was friendly and welcoming, and the space was clean and spacious. I was scrambling to get everything ready for the party, and there was a line of customers, which was a bit surprising given that it was raining outside. Luckily, the employees provided fast service and the line moved quickly. I was relieved that I didn't have to wait too long, and everything was packed up and ready to go for my little girl's birthday.. I came in to use my pint gift certificate. Got the special seasonal Peppermint flavor. I tried a sample. It was excellent! Rich, minty, refreshing and makes you smile! New location where the old Afters used to be in a strip mall. Literally across the street on Newport Ave from where the old corner location used to be. This location seems smaller from the outside, but is just as spacious and nicer on the inside! It feels more modern and clean. The workers were not friendly and no one greeted us when we came in and we just stood around awkwardly waiting to be served. Finally after years of living near this location I made it!! And what a wonderful experience! I wish I visited sooner. Recently I have been craving Gold Medal Ribbon: my favorite BR flavor. I wanted a pint to keep at home but none of the super markets carried that flavor. First off, plenty of parking! Also, I arrived a little before opening and they were already open and ready to take my order, what service! The employee was super friendly and helped direct me towards the freezer with my Gold Medal Ribbon flavor. So I have spent so much money at this baskin robbins whether it be uber eats or going in to the store. Every time I have been there, it's the girls that are rude.I should have got the guy's name that was really. Consider it kind and handed me my ice cream. Well I ordered uber eats last thursday and they end up refunding me two dollars which I paid over twenty dollars for my order. I called baskin robbins and somebody named andrea answered and said oh we try to get a hold of you and tell you what we didn't have. BS!! There was no missed call from them. They gave me one scoop of ice cream with Marshmallow. Topping. I ordered two Scoops of ice cream with three toppings... The andrea chick said I could go in and get something for free. I go in yesterday with my friend.And she says you get one scoop free and A strawberry topping I said that's not what I ordered and she said.Well that's what's here written down. My friend is really nice and said I'll take the one scoop which was so tiny it was barely a scoop. I seldom leave reviews and this one is weeks late, which means that weeks later, I was still thinking about how "Bee" at this Baskin-Robbins ABSOLUTELY came through for me. I got a text (that I did not see) from Bee saying that the Photo Cake I ordered was being made at a different store and asked if I could pick it up at that store instead where I had ordered it to be sent to. Having not seen this message, I left her to wonder what to do. A couple hours later, I get a follow-up text saying "I will bring your cake to the store as planned initially. Thanks!" I casually stroll into this other store hours later to pick up this cake with no problems and none the wiser that someone had been trying to contact me about this cake and had to drive it over from across town to me. I rush it back to my coworkers where they very much enjoyed the design I put on the cake. I later see the text from "Bee" and apologize profusely as I could've totally gone to the other location to pick up the cake but since I couldn't check my phone due to meetings that morning, I couldn't confirm for them so they HAD to bus this thing like 7 miles away to the other store. They didn't once give me any attitude and instead told me how much they appreciated me as a loyal customer (I guess I have ordered a few Photo Cakes in the past, lol). When did this place get so expensive? I had a coupon from tmobile Tuesday for $2 off and I remember using this a few years ago and only had to pay about 75 cents extra for a kids scoop but damn this place is expensive. I got a kids scoop for my daughter and used the $2 off and it was $3 for a tiny little scoop. I would much rather go to rite ate and their ice cream is way cheaper and tastier. Yes baskin robins does have more flavor but the flavors of the ice cream is just mediocre. Even handles ice cream gives you 2.5 scoops and it's the same price and that is for a size small. The place is very cramped and not a lot of space. There is also a sign that says if you write a 5 star review, they will give you a free kids scoop. The entire scoop was hollow in the middle so that when she put it on the cone, it compressed to a flat chunk about half an inch tall.
