    Signature Soufflé Pancakes
    Frank O.

I came for the soufflé pancakes, and ended up staying for over an hour and working a bit. They don't lean into it but I could see this being a good place to bring a laptop and be productive with some great snacks and drinks along the way. There are outlets along one wall (the right wall as you enter) and there is WiFi but you need to ask about it. Service from Daniel Y was great, available when needed but stayed quiet and out of the way. I selected the Signature Soufflé Pancakes which comes with berries and cream. These were great to look at with a flavor to match. The cream and berries were enough sweetness with the pancakes themselves that I didn't even touch the syrup that came with it. Seeing the other topping options I don't think I would use syrup for those either. Dustings with tiramisu or matcha sound appealing, but I could see myself trying them all (other than the classic which has none at all). My pancakes were slightly undercooked, too moist on the inside, but I know how hard it is to prepare these and don't hold it too harshly against the cook. I can see myself returning if I am in the area, although there are lots of places in The Tustin District so completion is high.

A nice sweet treat! Came in around 8pm on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy. The interior is cute and picturesque. The soufflé pancakes themselves were nice and fluffy! We got the matcha tiramisu and I love matcha but the matcha they used was more on the rough and gritty side. Other than that, I really liked the cream on top! I also wish they didn't skimp on the strawberries. I feel like some more fruit would have brightened up the dessert overall.

The inside was very cute and clean. There were flowers on the table and soufflé plus decor. The lights were also very cute. The soufflé pancake takes about 15 minutes to make. There was one girl working and she was really nice. She was being very friendly with all the guests and was working hard making our drinks. We got the Matcha latte and that Yuzu refresher. The yuzu refresher was a sparkling lemon drink. We also got the cookie and cream soufflé. The drinks were delicious and the soufflé pancake was delicious. TLDR - cute and delicious pancake. 15 minutes to make the pancake. Drink was good.

Such a cute brunch and dessert spot! The interior is decorated in soothing pastels and warm lighting with hip music that keeps the environment lively. The Oreo soufflé pancake was the best one I've ever had, hands down. The best balance of sweet and salty, and your spoon slides right though the pancake so easily. It's just the right amount of soft! And there were enough toppings so you can get the oreo taste as well. This was also an incredible croffle. Soft and flaky and buttery. It doesn't get much better than that! The owner is also so friendly and sweet. We loved meeting her and trying Fluffy Fluffy!

If you're ever craving Japanese fluffy pancakes in the Tustin area, Fluffy Fluffy is a must-try spot. From the moment I walked in, the staff set a welcoming tone, with the cashier offering spot-on recommendations that made the experience even better. I opted for the Salmon Benedict, Raspberry Banana Fluffy Pancakes, Yuzu Cider, and Strawberry Matcha, and each dish was a delightful surprise. The pancakes were, as advertised, incredibly airy and light. The raspberry in the pancakes added a perfect touch of tartness, balancing the sweetness of the bananas. It was a refreshing take on a classic pancake stack. The Salmon Benedict was served on a pancake base, which initially threw me off, but it still worked. The real hidden gem here are the drinks. The Strawberry Matcha--wow. It easily rivals some of the strawberry matcha drinks I've had at local cafes. They need to just sell the strawberry milk on it's own, it's that good.

The place was cute and clean. The service is a little slow but maybe because it will take too long to make a fluffy pancake. ( like 30 mins) for two pan cake..

It's busy on weekends so go early to avoid too much wait! The food is delicious. We have the matcha tiramisu pancake, smoked salmon eggs benedict, matcha strawberry latte and caramel coffee. The concept is similar to brunch + desserts, it's a cute place to eat & hang out with friends/ family! After eating savory ( smoked salmon eggs benedict ) we craved something sweet ( matcha tiramisu pancake ) so it works perfect. For drinks I recommend the matcha strawberry. They also have outdoor seatings. Good location at the Tustin District.

THE CUTEST AND TASTIEST BRUNCH SPOT fluffy fluffy is located in "the district" in tustin! the interior is so cute with squishmallows, plenty of seatings, and cute decor. the service was understandable as they were short staffed. but the owner, manager, and the employees were all sweet and accommodating. i loved all the soufflé pancakes and can't choose a favorite! they have one for everyone-from sweet to sa

We were in the area today, since we have a new dentist close by. I was looking for a dessert place something different lol.... And Yelp sent me here:) We came in right in time as soon as they opened. The ambience here is really nice. The cashier was very knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. The food did take long to come out (but we didn't mind at all) wow it looked amazing and tasted delicious So happy I don't have to drive to Pasadena for this fluffies. We would definitely be back, since we have an up coming appt soon. LOL

Visited on a Saturday at noon and it wasn't super crowded for a party of two. Service was friendly and helpful, as we ordered the wrong item but they were willing to remake it for us and we paid the difference. For our first visit, we tried: Signature Souffle Pancakes: Got that lovely jiggle jiggle and fluffy texture that is so delightful. Not too sweet, and I like that you can customize sweetness with the syrup on the side. Would order again! Ham and Cheese Savory Croffle: Absolutely loved the texture of the croffle and savoriness thanks to the condiments, ham, and cheese. Comes with a small side salad and tasty waffle cut fries. A must for anyone who loves savory croffles! Chicken Karaage and Waffles: comes with perfectly seasoned eggs (possibly furikake seasoning?) and crispy and crunchy fried chicken with a nice spicy mayo dipping sauce. I was too full to attempt the waffle but really enjoyed everything else! A great first visit and I'm looking forward to returning to try more menu items!

We really wanted to try this place for the famous fluffy pancakes! There was a huge party before us so it took a really long time to get our order. I ordered the cookie butter one and it was so good! It's a cute little place in a nice location.

Cute little shop located in the shopping center. I love fluffy Japanese pancake since the first time I had it a few years ago. Trying to find a good one was a challenge since the first time I had it was in Asia. Since looking in the California, I have yet to find an amazing one. This place was pretty good. Got the Oreo flavor fluffy pancake. There was a little bit of a wait (as expected). I had taken it to-go. When I got home, I did enjoy it. I do think that it may be better if i had it at the spot. So i would give it 7/10. I also got the Yuzu Sparkling drink which was great and refreshing. Would like to go back to try again and dine-in the next time.

We went on a weekend and they weren't too busy. The decor is super cute and great for pictures, but the music is a bit loud and we couldn't really hear each other when talking to one another. The food has great presentation and tasted pretty great. I had the tiramisu and they had ghe chocolate sauce off to the side which let me choose how sweet I wanted my food to be. There is a bit of a wait time but it ensures that the pancakes are fresh and extra fluffy/jiggly for you. We also wanted to try the smoked salmon croffle but they don't serve some dishes anymore after 2pm. The info wasn't listed online. I wish we knew this beforehand since we did travel a bit to try different dishes and were a little disappointed that we couldn't.

I usually order a stack of the blueberry pancakes, chicken patties, and scrambled egg whites. Their chicken sausage is another reason why I enjoy eating breakfast here. I've found that there aren't a whole lot of restaurants near where I live that offer chicken or turkey breakfast meats, only pork. So, it's nice for me that they have that option available. But, let's talk about their blueberry pancakes! Just yum! They each contain so many huge, fresh blueberries, and the pancakes are huge! They used to have an entrée of scrambled egg whites containing crab and asparagus. It doesn't appear they have this on the menu anymore. I enjoyed that dish as well. The service is always fantastic here. Each and every time I've dined here, the servers were all attentive and friendly to the point of asking about your day and/or plans for the rest of the day. I enjoy how personable they are. The ambiance is really cool, with its retro-50s style. I like that. There's seating available inside and out on their patio. I usually arrive after the lunch traffic, so I've never had to wait long to be seated. Now you're asking, why not 5 stars then if everything seems great? Well, when I eat pancakes, I literally drown them in syrup. I believe they give you two (which I believe most normal people typically use), but I always feel bad having to ask for an extra five or six of them since that's how many I need. It would be great to have a small container of syrup for the table if pancakes/French toast is ordered. Other than that minor thing, it's a great place to eat! Food - 4.8 Service - 5 Ambiance - 5 I recommend this place!

We started with the Classic Mezze, and I really loved the tomato dip. It was fresh, bright, and flavorful with a nice balance of sweetness and acidity. It paired so well with the warm pita and was a great appetizer to share. The Santa Ana Omelette was definitely my favorite and something I'd highly recommend! The melted cheese was so gooey, and the fresh pico de gallo added the perfect pop of flavor. Every bite was creamy, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. My friend ordered the French Platter, and it looked so beautiful on the table. The pastries were buttery, flaky, and definitely on the richer side, making them perfect to enjoy with coffee. The Utopia Latte was sooo good! It had delicate floral notes, and the white chocolate sauce added just the right touch of sweetness. It was smooth, fragrant, and such a unique latte. The Strawberry Salad was light, crisp, and super refreshing, especially alongside the richer dishes. For dessert, the Pistachio Baklava was the perfect finish. I can imagine when it gets busy that it's tough to find parking, but I got here early enough in the morning so I was able to find it. If I'm being completely honest, the inside feels like an upscale IHOP. With a modern twist. The booths are nice and comfy, and the syrups are on full display much like IHOP. Wait staff was friendly and attentive, so I ordered the steak Skillet which came with a 7 oz steak, two eggs, potatoes with peppers, mushrooms and cheese, as well as half a biscuit and two buttermilk pancakes.
