We got a Mango Snow Milk which was - $15 I say it's a decent size for shareable. When we came there we saw that there were two workers. Both workers didn't really try to assist or say something until you come up to the register to tell them you are ready to go order. Maybe a little tip for workers that maybe they should ask the people if they have any questions or something they could help. I felt that some sort of training can be nice to workers. The inside is very spacious as what I remember few years back. But it seems like they have less options as before. Workers were rude. When I went up to the counter she said "what do you want?" Very short and rude. I asked her for one of the cream puffs and she said "we don't serve those after 8:30" it was just a few minutes after 8:30. I said okay, went back to our group at our table. Right at 9pm another one of the workers came to our table and said "SORRY, WERE CLOSED NOW" which is fine. We respect closing time, but there was a much nicer way to say it to customers. In terms of the consistency, the matcha custard was way too runny. It became almost impossible to eat while trying to maintain some human decency... the filling would gush out when a bite was attempted. While we did enjoyed the matcha flavor, it failed as a "puff" filling. Not sure, but in any case it felt like a Walmart interaction. I was looking forward to the crème brûlée, but I found it not to taste anything like crème brûlée. It tasted more like a melted marshmallow on top of a creme puff. We placed our other purchases in the refrigerator and by the next morning there was no puff left, they literally had become melted sandwiches. I grew up eating real creme puffs as my mother was Italian, so I knew this was not that traditional type of creme puff. Nonetheless it should have kept its "puff."
