The pistachio crunch on the Dubai chocolate soft serve is so delicious & paired so well together with the soft serve. The staff was nice and even let us sample other soft serve flavors before we landed on Milk. I really enjoyed this soft serve ice cream shop. I visited in the early afternoon on a weekday. It's located next to Zion Market and has several indoor tables surrounded by modern decor. They serve great quality soft serve and dress it up in unique ways. You can choose from creative house specialties or build your own toppings. I went with a house specialty - Dried Affogato. The nice woman behind the counter quickly had it ready and I sat at a table. The vanilla soft serve had a finely ground, high-quality coffee sprinkled on top along with Biscoff crumbs. The contrast between the slightly bitter coffee and sweet Biscoff was a treat to the tongue. Salted caramel syrup was drizzled on top and within the cup, and a whole Biscoff cookie was plunged into the soft serve. It was quite delicious. I would have liked more caramel sauce, but that would probably make it too sweet for the typical clientele here; I'd ask for more caramel if I ordered this again. This was an overpriced and underwhelming soft serve. I paid $10.61 for a milk base with added chocolate syrup, banana, Biscoff crumble, and whipped cream. The banana was literally 6 thin slices, not even an inch worth total. The Biscoff crumble was so minimal that after two bites, it was basically gone. I don't even think I saw the whipped cream because they applied so little. The chocolate syrup was also sparse to the point where I had to ask for extra. Overall, I paid $10.61 for what was essentially a basic small soft serve with lightly sprinkled toppings. Complete rip-off. The only reason I didn't leave 1 star was because the staff member was friendly. Otherwise, this place is a no for me, there are way better options out there. I was a bit disappointed that the Yogurt was pretty icy and it started melting right away. This resulted in the separation of the the Yogurt and water base, which looked gross. The flavor was tart, but I prefer it from Yogurtland. The Milk flavor didn't have that true milky taste I was looking for. There is a hint of vanilla in the taste and while it was good, it just didn't do it for me. The Chocolate soft serve caught me by surprise.
