I also bought a phone charger for my car. After I used it a few times, the charger would stop working. I had remembered the owner telling me as long as I have my receipt that there's a warranty on it, one year I believe. So I took it in and he gave me a new replacement. The owner is a really nice guy. He even offered to order me a case that I didn't see at his stand that I wanted and he knew what I was talking about. I'd definitely come here again instead of ordering off the internet. When I bought a case off the internet, my phone case broke on me. The online seller sent me a new one and it just did the same thing again, it broke! The quality sucked. I should have gotten a refund instead of him saying that he cannot do anything further...lame.

I was told it would be approximately an hour to perform the service, they run diagnostics before and after. I have had Samsung phones for many years and very pleased with their products. I have always just bought them through Verizon. Not any more, I am only going to buy through the Samsung Store. I've been to many many different cellular stores, and by far, David was an exceptional employee who provided the best customer service and results for myself and my mother in law. David kindly helped me find a current promotional deal at Verizon for trading in Iphone 7 for $460.... Where can you get $460 for selling iphone 7?! No where~ Unfortunately I wasn't able to reset the iphone 7 because the phone wasn't mine and I completely didn't have access to resetting the Apple ID and password. Luckily, David gave me some suggestions and advised me to contact the Apple contact support, and after doing that, i was able to completely erase the old iphone and reset it! After resetting the iphone 7, i dropped off the phone to David, and he processed the trade in process for me and shortly after a week, I received a confirmation email from Verizon that they received our old iphone 7 and they are processing the trade in value as $460! Yessss! this old iphone 7 is worth $460?! Thanks Verizon :) I'm glad I was able to search and find David at this Sunset Cellular. They are Korean based small business, and majority of the customers are Koreans who do not speak English. So if you have parents or family members who are Koreans and needs help regarding any Verizon mobile services concerns, I highly recommend Sunset Cellular. Also for heads up for the owner at Sunset Cellular! I hope you are paying Mr. David well. He is an exceptional employee! It's Korean owned but they all speak English fluently so no need to worry about language barriers. They have the newest versions of iPhones and Samsung phones. They also sell chargers, cases and screen protectors. They're located in a small plaza in between stores. If you're unfamiliar with the area it can be easy to miss.. so look for Hanmi Bank cause it's behind it.

I purchased a hotspot device from this store, trusting the staff to set me up with something that would actually work at my home address. Instead, they knowingly used a different address in their system just to qualify the sale -- even though they were fully aware the service would NOT work where I live. From day one, the internet barely worked. I went back multiple times and was repeatedly told the issue was my plan -- that I needed to upgrade for better speeds. I trusted their guidance and ended up paying more and more over the course of October, November, and December. I even upgraded to their highest plan, thinking it would finally fix the issue. It never did. They had me moving the device all over my apartment, troubleshooting, and basically making me believe the problem was on my end -- when in reality, they knew from the beginning that the service was not compatible with my location. When I finally contacted customer service, I was told that multiple customers had complained about the exact same situation at this store. That says everything. I returned to the store to resolve it, but the manager has avoided me for months. Calls were not returned. Messages were ignored. I was even given an email address that led nowhere. After spending around $300 on equipment and service that never worked, I was offered absolutely nothing -- no refund, no accountability, nothing. This is not just poor customer service -- this feels intentionally deceptive. Selling a product you know will not work at a customer's address, then pushing upgrades to take more money, is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this location double-check EVERYTHING and be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, I would not trust this store to give honest or accurate information. Very disappointing experience.
