When I returned (a 30-mile drive), they refused to check it despite arriving 40 minutes before closing. The "6-month warranty" was useless. They claimed the screen was cracked even though I only removed the protector to help them see the freezing issue. As an Uber driver, I couldn't be without a phone, so I had to settle for a broken, taped-up LCD for another $10. That also failed within two weeks. I eventually had to go to another branch listed on their card, where a low-quality, non-original LCD was installed. The phone still freezes constantly. I have wasted time, money, and gas. I expect a full refund for the faulty parts and the terrible experience I've had to endure. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

I'll have issues later on about water and dust getting inside the base (check other reviews because this happened to another customer) So now I'm sitting and waiting to talk to this man's boss, who had me call 4 DIFFERENT numbers, he's calling 4 DIFFERENT numbers, including the number you find on Google, trying to get ahold of his boss, and NOTHING. Oh, and he likes to use the excuse that he doesn't know English well and how God is gonna judge me cause he's not a bad person, but he is a SCAM ARTIST.
