We were given a third line that we ended up never using, and I never did get my reimbursement, so I paid nearly $500 to pay off my iPhone 13. I ended up switching to AT&T, and upgrading to the 15 Pro Max, so we went to a different T-Mobile location to figure out how to switch over yet again. I had connectivity issues with my Apple account, such as iMessage disconnecting, and not receiving calls on all devices. So, I would suggest not porting the same number across providers.

Anyways I had problems with and existing phone that all of a sudden shut off completely and would not recharge. I came into this store and get my serviced switched out from the old phone to new one. Employee JOSE M. was so accommodating and helpful in order to get my TikTok account up in running even in my current or primary phone that I had problems logging in the first place. Everything was successful with Jose's help. I was able to get my new phone up and running along with my TikTok account being set up properly. Jose was Amazing and quite the Professional. 10 Stars in my book. Thanks Jose & T-Mobile. Someone call Corporate for this young man..

Phone was returned to Att located at 2008 E Lincoln Anaheim CA 92806 in October 2025. Employee by the name of Juan received the phone and said the trade in was complete. I waited 2 month and still didn't receive the trade in credit on my statement. I then visited the same store and they said they don't see a trade in. I asked for open an investigation to which they agreed to. They said to wait 5 days for a call which I never received. I visited the store and they requested I wait a total of 3 months. It's been 4 billing cycles and I still don't see the credit and Juan stole the phone. I called customer service to file a formal complaint and they said there's nothing they can do. I continue to go to the store to request an update and at this point they said there's nothing they can do. I've asked them to check camera footage but they refuse. Employees mentioned they've received multiple complaints about phones missing that were accepted by Juan. When I turned the phone in Juan said I didnt need a paper confirmation and trusted all was complete. ATT promised me a credit. I will file a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Federal Trade Commission (FTB).
