These guys are great. I've been buying phones from them now for at least 4 years. They are there to…read morehelp and really hook up their customers. If there's a problem they can solve it. The owners and managers know what they are doing and they aren't there to do anyone off. Unlike the store at Beach Blvd. And Ball Rd. There was time when our are was evacuated because of a toxic chemical leak and the store Beach and ball was the only one open. Now I will rarely go into that store up to this point so since I couldn't go to the one that's less than a half mile away from my house I go to beach and ball and explain to the rep that my phone has gotten destroyed and wanted to buy a new 1 so she took out my SIM and installed it in a new phone unfortunately I had to go to the bank and didn't make it back until the next day when I got back she said she wouldn't give back my SIM which belonged to me since my bill was paid up and I purchased my phone new from the best Metro store I've ever walked in the staff is great and as to one at Beach Blvd and Ball Rd. I will never walk in there again and I would never recommend that store to anyone . If you need a new phone go see the guys at Metro PCs at Beach Blvd and Katella Ave . They will never f*** you over

Extremely professional we were greeted at the door all I did was give them my phone number and we…read moregot in line which moved rather quickly even though they were busy All the staff was friendly and pleasant. They must like working there. I witness several different difficult customers being helped by these individuals that were patient, calm , collective and absolutely professional. I was amazed My wife and I are not tech savvy so going shopping for new phones and a new plan is extremely difficult for us and unwanted. I would rather get a root canal. Well, that all changed when we were helped by ULISES GARCIA HE WAS OUTSTANDING !!! We have been back into the store a couple of times to purchase other products because of this young man how helpful , professional and patient he was with us even although my babycould've bought the same items on Amazon at lower price. In my opinion, he needs a raise of salary. This young man was a genius with the technology helping us fix what we needed to fix. I will be back. !!!

I admit I was nervous/wary about going to this location after seeing the two other Yelp reviews,…read morebut after calling around to nearly 10 or so of the nearest Boost Mobile locations near the new place I moved to, this was one of two locations which I had "great service". I had recently moved into the area - and the friendly, older couple I live with do not have internet at their home. So while I was reviewing the different plans available for home internet setup - I noticed they only offered plans which required one-year contracts - needless to say, I wasn't sure how long I'd be with the couple, and wanted something more "mobile", in case I decided to move. Coincidentally, it was the same time period that Boost Mobile launched their 50GB for $50 prepaid mobile hotspot data plan. The router - which is portable - the Coolpad Surf - is only $50. To me, this made more sense in that I wasn't tied to a 1-year contract (with home internet), I was free to take the mobile router anywhere I went (so like work/travel/etc), and with my Netflix-free lifestyle meant it would be unlikely that I'd use up my 50GB data allotment per month, especially since when I'm at work, my mobile devices connect to the network there. This Beach/Stanton location was among the 10 or so locations I had called when I first moved here asking to see if they had the Coolpad Surf in stock (the process to buy one online was outdated/archaic). The friendly clerk that picked up the phone told me that while the device was available online, they likely won't be available in-stores for another few weeks or so - she did offer to take my number down to call when the devices did come in stock. A month passed - while I relied on other means to get internet while not at work - going to coffee shops and using the expensive data off my GoogleFi phone ($10/GB) - when I received a text and call from Diana informing me the Coolpad Surf was in stock at their location. I was touched that she even remembered to reach out to me after so much time had passed since my first call over to their place. I dropped by on Saturday and Diana was readily available to help. I had more than a number of questions mainly because its been awhile since I had a prepaid plan (my current GoogleFi phone plan is postpaid) - and I wanted to make sure there weren't any hidden fees since it seemed so cheap to startup ($50 router, $50 data plan, $25 setup fee) - with taxes and all, total came up to around $130. Diana was patient, professional and friendly the entire time - even when we were both struggling to pop open the battery cover for the device - the first time to insert the battery - the second time because we failed to note the device ID/password located on the battery cover. Other customers started walking in and I felt I was being a burden because I was holding her up helping me with the setup - but she assured me all was fine. Not only did I leave a happy customer - but I now have internet access at home, and something I can take with me whenever I travel. Parking at the shopping plaza can get a bit hairy, but the store actually reserves parking spots for their customers right up front - so a nice touch. Overall a pleasant experience!
