I decided to switch the cell phone service provider to T mobile this week. I had T mobile but it was 15 years ago. I was a loyal customer w Verizon. I almost got shocked when I completely switched the mobile service to T mobile, the connection was quick, no interruption, call quality was great and especially voice mail was great. It is visual voice mail w their mail app, without extra fee. I waited 4 days until I posted the review on Yelp. The performance is way better than Verizon and monthly service fee is way cheaper. I got the 55+ deal plan w 50GB data plan. I don't have any issues to watch YouTube video and download and play the songs, video, and search for anything. Wonderful!! I regretted now why didn't I switch early to T mobile. Now I got huge data plan and even free international text from the other foreign countries. The staff, Henry was super friendly, My wife and I didn't pay any initiation activation fee. Free for $35 per line!!! Thanks for the great plan, service, and performance. I give 5 stars for these reasons.

I finally decided to switch my cell phone service provider from Verizon to T-mobile. It's been more than 23 years since I switched to Verizon from Tmobile. Wow!!!! Big surprise!!! They have 55+ deal and free activation fee, 50GB data almost unlimited data plan. This time I am so happy to have a great deal for my hubby and I. The staff, Henry, was so friendly to take care of our service. My hubby and I felt we made right decision. Verizon doesn't have 55+ senior deal, neither unlimited data plan, Verizon has high monthly tax, charge. We got home back and tested everything and we loved T mobile Visual voice mail app. Very convenient, easy set up, and visual effect made voice mail clear. Overall, the service was great. The deal was 5 stars. Pros Service: 5 stars Price: great for 55+, 50GB per line Location & Ambiance: 5 stars, super clean, modern, love to listen to the latin music. I didn't know T mobile had way better deal compared to Verizon. So far, the connection is fast, I don't have any problems to watch YouTube, some other media, music services.

Customer Service Rep/Tech Alejandro and his Team are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. It took him only a few minutes to help transfer data and set-up the eSIM on my iP14 Pro Max. Clean well-stocked store and someone quickly asks if you need assistance. Much improved from the Sprint pre-acquisition days which was horrible. Thankful to Alejandro and T-Mobile for providing outstanding customer service at this location!

Yes cell service seems to work most of the time battery is running low. I think I need a replacement. It's only been one year.

Came in on June 18th evening around 6:45pm to CellSpot about an iPhone 6 issue I think they close…read moreat 7pm. It was stuck at the Apple logo screen for a brief second and then reboots while connected with the charger. I told them about what I was experiencing when trying to turn it on and let them know it's one of my back up phones so it's not urgent and I was okay with them taking their time to find out the solution if it was a battery issue, logic board issue, or software issue. I did go to another phone repair shop at Cypress before and they weren't able to resolve the issue, after checking the battery and diagnosing it, so I thought I give it another try at another local repair shop here at CellSpot in Anaheim. The next evening (June 19th) I checked with them to see what the status was and if they were able to diagnose it. They let me know the progress and status. Although it wasn't quite finished I respected their follow up response and customer service. They let me know after testing the phone on another battery it was still giving issues so they asked permission if I'm okay if the possibility of loosing the data for them to try and reset the firmware/OS, since the volume/power button method didn't work. I was totally fine with it since it was one of my back ups. The next morning (11am) on June 20th they let me know it was resolved, and ready for pick up. The issue wasn't the battery or logic board, it was the software/OS and they were able to reset/reinstall the OS and got it back up and running. My total experience calling in advanced for the quote/service, walking in the store, following up, and final day to pick up the device was overall pretty good. It was busy when I came and when I returned to pick up the device so I know patience was key. The ladies I spoke with on the phone and met in person to drop off the phone and pick it up were good! And of course the phone still works on the latest firmware it can handle! Would repeat for other repairs and the price was fair. Here's the feedback I promised, thank you CellSpot!

I purchased a hotspot device from this store, trusting the staff to set me up with something that would actually work at my home address. Instead, they knowingly used a different address in their system just to qualify the sale -- even though they were fully aware the service would NOT work where I live. From day one, the internet barely worked. I went back multiple times and was repeatedly told the issue was my plan -- that I needed to upgrade for better speeds. I trusted their guidance and ended up paying more and more over the course of October, November, and December. I even upgraded to their highest plan, thinking it would finally fix the issue. It never did. They had me moving the device all over my apartment, troubleshooting, and basically making me believe the problem was on my end -- when in reality, they knew from the beginning that the service was not compatible with my location. When I finally contacted customer service, I was told that multiple customers had complained about the exact same situation at this store. That says everything. I returned to the store to resolve it, but the manager has avoided me for months. Calls were not returned. Messages were ignored. I was even given an email address that led nowhere. After spending around $300 on equipment and service that never worked, I was offered absolutely nothing -- no refund, no accountability, nothing. This is not just poor customer service -- this feels intentionally deceptive. Selling a product you know will not work at a customer's address, then pushing upgrades to take more money, is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this location double-check EVERYTHING and be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, I would not trust this store to give honest or accurate information. Very disappointing experience.
