I had such a great experience today. My phone wasn't charging and I was worried it was broken for good. YASSEEN E. could've easily tried to sell me a new phone, but instead he took the time to diagnose the issue properly. It turned out the charging port was just dirty and clogged with lint/dust. He cleaned it, tested it, and everything worked perfectly again. I really appreciated the honesty and the fact that he focused on fixing the problem instead of upselling me. We talked about warranty or insurance claims or even jsut a straight upgrade. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. Highly recommend! We went yesterday morning so my daughter could buy a IPhone 17. After everything transferred from her old phone to her new IPhone 17, we looked around. The gentleman that helped us went on lunch. We waited like 15 minutes and finally asked another worker where the gentleman went. The worker asked his co-workers where the gentleman went. We heard he went to lunch. The young man never came back to tell us anything, but we heard so we decided not to continue the rest of our business there. Overall, the customer service needs improvement. I decided to switch the cell phone service provider to T mobile this week. I had T mobile but it was 15 years ago. I was a loyal customer w Verizon. I almost got shocked when I completely switched the mobile service to T mobile, the connection was quick, no interruption, call quality was great and especially voice mail was great. It is visual voice mail w their mail app, without extra fee. I waited 4 days until I posted the review on Yelp. The performance is way better than Verizon and monthly service fee is way cheaper. I got the 55+ deal plan w 50GB data plan. I don't have any issues to watch YouTube video and download and play the songs, video, and search for anything. Wonderful!! I regretted now why didn't I switch early to T mobile. Now I got huge data plan and even free international text from the other foreign countries. The staff, Henry was super friendly, My wife and I didn't pay any initiation activation fee. Free for $35 per line!!! Thanks for the great plan, service, and performance. I finally decided to switch my cell phone service provider from Verizon to T-mobile. It's been more than 23 years since I switched to Verizon from Tmobile. Wow!!!! Big surprise!!! They have 55+ deal and free activation fee, 50GB data almost unlimited data plan. This time I am so happy to have a great deal for my hubby and I. The staff, Henry, was so friendly to take care of our service. My hubby and I felt we made right decision. Verizon doesn't have 55+ senior deal, neither unlimited data plan, Verizon has high monthly tax, charge. We got home back and tested everything and we loved T mobile Visual voice mail app. Very convenient, easy set up, and visual effect made voice mail clear. Overall, the service was great. The deal was 5 stars. Pros Service: 5 stars Price: great for 55+, 50GB per line Location & Ambiance: 5 stars, super clean, modern, love to listen to the latin music. I didn't know T mobile had way better deal compared to Verizon. So far, the connection is fast, I don't have any problems to watch YouTube, some other media, music services. read more

Thank you to Nate B. for helping me get the latest IPhone and save $30 on my monthly bill! I kept getting e-mails from Sprint telling me I needed to upgrade my phone and it would save me a significant amount of money. I went to the T-Mobile store on Lincoln and Valley View and they weren't very helpful and referred me to a "Sprint Legacy Store" because my existing phone had a crack on the back and they wouldn't accept it for trade-in. I was referred to this store and Nate took care of everything for me and took my old phone with the crack and said since it's still working it's fine. I was still under the Sprint account/network and I believe this new upgrade transferred me to the T-Mobile network/account finally which is why they were willing to accept the phone with the crack. Nate was really easy to talk to and he transferred everything to my new phone and cleared my old phone, installed the screen protector and explained the warranties and savings on everything. This store was definitely busier than the store on Lincoln & Valley View but everyone that stopped in was being helped in a matter of minutes. Used to really like this store because of the great customer service, but it's gone down quite a bit since I've returned these past few times... Previously, when you walked through the doors, you'd be greeted by some/multiple staff member(s) who would then reassure you that you'll be serviced as soon as the next available staff member is ready. These past few times, though, I'd come in and there'd only be 1-2 staff members on the floor and no one would greet me or really acknowledge that I was there. After awkwardly lingering around for 10 mins or so, a slew of other staff members (~3) would emerge from the back room and slowly begin to make their way towards waiting customers -- but only if you stare them down and make eye contact. Once they finally approach you, they're usually pretty nice and as helpful as they could possibly be. It's just getting their attention and acknowledgement that's my biggest issue. Other than that, the store is large, bright, and clean. There's a sitting/waiting area at the front of the store, and there's usually ample parking space outside. read more

Came to fix an issue on my brothers account. Got checked in outside due to covid, understandable in these times. One person ahead of me waiting in the heat a gentleman comes up after me the associate, Daniel, checks him in and asks what he needs help with since he said he is adding a line he proceeds to help him out first. He turns to me and says I have one person ahead of me waiting for Spanish and I'm next. I ask why he can't help me before helping him and his response is that the customer was here before and just waiting in his car. I understand the importance of hitting goals and making commission but at the same time especially since I'm waiting outside in the heat and right next to him he should have done the right thing and helped customers in the order they came in. I've been a customer since 2013 and have 3 separate accounts (including a business one) and have given T-Mobile plenty of business.
