I come in to change my screen on my phones. I bought 3 screen protector for 3 different phone. When I come to get them change I was told that I had to purchase 2 because it did no show that I had purchased and only changed it on 1 of my phones. My husband and I and our service doggie went in to activate our phone service from AT & T to T-Mobile. Seems simple and basically it was, we already had received a transfer pin. The young lady offered to assist us. We had two phones, 1 ipad and I iwatch. She did her job and I would say, that is what she did, not providing any customer service and not friendly. It appeared to me and my husband that she was irritated that we where there. I figured that maybe it was because she was not making any money from our being there. We had basically done everything online. This is not a good representation of any company depending on customers for their livelyhood. We own our own company and if any of our employees did not provide quality customer service they would be looking for another job. I am old school, a nice friendly smile and a hello would be a good start. We plan to purchase new phones and will not be going to this T-Mobil location and would suggest others to go elsewhere. read more

Chris is awesome. I know they're all there just to sell, sell, sell, but he was friendly and helpful and made some good deals a reality when a family member was in need of a better phone. He was also really good about not being pushy on the upsells (accessories, insurance, etc) even though that's probably an important part of their sales. Minus one star because tmobile coverage isn't the best, but every carrier has their strong and weak coverage areas anyway. Over two visits, all the employees I encountered were helpful and friendly, so maybe I just got lucky, but if you need help, ask for Chris (they say he's the ugly one cause there are two guys named Chris there, but really he's the one without the beard, although the bearded one is nice too). I've gone to this T-Mobile location several times and have not been disappointed once with the service here! I had a few iPhone upgrades in mind and wanted to do them in person. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, I appreciate their customer service skills each visit. In my most recent visit a few months back to trade in a phone 10 to get an Iphone 12 pro, the worker who helped me out made sure that I had all my questions answered during my visit. I found it especially important during the pandemic that the employees practiced social distancing in the store and make sure that you are satisfied with your experience. This is by far the worst T mobile I have ever been to in my life. I'll never come back here and I recommend you don't either. I went with my aunt and we wanted to redeem the trade in your phone offer.. the phone was all good and the lady was like ok it's good to go and then proceeds to take off the screen protector. I guess somewhere along the line she said there was some sort of damage and it was so bizarre because it was a damage I never heard of. So asked if I can see her boss and I told him can you show me the protocol that shows me that you can't take the phone because of this invisible water damage thing she claims it is. He was so rude and showed me the requirements on there and of course this damage thing was not on there. He was not trying to be accommodating whatsoever and was so rude about it and gave me this 'nothing I can do for you attitude' Thats not even the part that drives me crazy.. the part that makes me so livid is the girl who was helping us trying to put on a new screen on the old phone so quickly like dang LADY! You couldve just put the screen on the new phone but NO you just wanted to be soooo rude and terrible about everything. I got my gigantic, fabulous, Samsung Galaxy Note 2 here. During my transaction, the staffs were very helpful- they were able to help me upgrading my old phone- it was a very smooth transaction, from monthly payments, to setting up my new phone. There was one thing they weren't able to help me- they couldn't transfer my contacts to my new phone. It's crazy- they told me to add my contacts one by one to my new phone. This store is not super busy- downside is few customers means few sales, advantage as a customer- you'll get your transaction completed faster. The parking gets so busy sometimes as it's located near shopping stores and restaurants. To all the staffs you guys keep up the great work. read more

Went into store Charlie was so helpful and made an appointment for me prior to me visiting the location he was great in assisting me once checked in I got passed to lauri she wasn't helpful and was very rude when I ask about her day and tried to be in general nice then we went through the process of upgrading my phone ... she literally was quoting me a way higher price then I had gotten from other t mobiles and from the literal websites. I felt very taken advantage of and I showed her the price online even with the checkout button it was a completely different price then she quoted me. She wouldn't price match or in any way try to help just told me no and I left with my problem. I ended up calling the customer service line and they were helpful and had the exact price that I was quoted. Maybe they need to retrain they employees not to sure why lauri was unsure and wouldn't help me . I do not recommend this store I feel like they quote higher. read more

Just switched to T Mobile for their awesome plans and prices after being loyal somewhere to Verizon and at&t. I read reviews before deciding to come to this store. The reviews I read for most T Mobile stores were mixed: either it was great or the rep. tried to cheat people so I was nervous and made sure I did my research and put on a no-nonsense face when I entered the store. BLANCA was the rep. who helped us and she was a saint. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient. I literally repeated my questions on purpose and she was patient and friendly. She told us to take our time to think about things rather than being pushy. Of course she's in sales and was showing us what we can save with T Mobile but it wasn't in a pushy salesman type of way. She was also straightforward with the prices and not trying to charge or add extra like some other reviews I read of other locations. I went when it opened but it does get busy so if you don't want to wait, go when it opens. While I was waiting, all the other reps were helping customers and seemed attentive and kind as well. I was there for about an hour but that's just bc it took a while for my husband to call at&t and quit it which is not the store's fault. Bc it would take another day to get out of at&t, we left and Blanca said we can call her and she'll help us over the phone bc my husband knew how to put sim cards in himself. We called and the male rep who picked up was also patient and friendly and Blanca immediately called me back in time and was able to switch all the phones to T Mobile. I went into T-Mobile yesterday with my son-in-law and his mother to inquire about changing both his mother's and my cell phone from Verizon to T-Mobile. Juan Tejeda was our clerk and he couldn't have been more helpful. My son-in-law did most of the cell phone "jargon" as his mother and I are both in our late eighties and not up to speed on all the cell phone features. we both changed our phones for the new Apple 13 and it was a rather lengthy procedure but Juan was so patient, understanding and helpful. in this day and age it is so refreshing to find such an outstanding employee and I would highly recommend this location for any T-Mobile service. read more

David is awesome! He went beyond the usual help given at a store. I didn't even have to get up from my seat! He came over to me each and every time! He was patient with the lack of information I had and managed to get almost everything transferred over from the other deplorable company. I still had to transfer my daughters phone over from another company. But she's in Torrance visiting from San Jose and she didn't want to drive to Cerritos. Thinking ALL T-mobile customer service reps are as helpful and nice as David, we went to the one in Torrance. Boy was I wrong! He never gave me a name nor did I ask and he was not helpful at all! We the. Had to go to the other phone company to unlock her phone. Why did I not have to do this with David. Oh that's right, he took care of all of this for me. He looks at my phone and says, " you need a new phone" Informed him it was a new phone, just got it in NY after my old one got messed up. He starts messing around with the phone, checks my acct and says, "yea u used up ur upgrade, ur going ot have to pay full price for a new phone" ....wtf??? I asked him more then once if he was sure it was the phone and not just the sim card...said he was positive, hands the phone back to me and walks away...??? Whatever I pick the same phone...go back up to him nd tell him I want the same phone. He rings me up...358.22, I pay the dude he hooks up the new phone..puts in the same sim card nd says ok its working and walks away again!!! I go to another dude nd ask him to make sure the phone is working...everything seems to be good so I was out. 10 mins later the phone starts trippin again!!! Go back, same dude , I ask again, "r u sure it's not the sim card" says "nope" puts me on the phone with customer service?? They do some trouble shooting...blah blah blah...it starts working...I leave. Driving away...it does the same damn thing! OMG!! Go back, walk up and ask for someones help other the "that douchebag" as Im pointing at him. The manager comes out and ask if everything ok...said "NOPE" broke down the story...he then asked "have the changed the sime card???" uughhhhh!!!! He takes my previous phone, puts a new sim card and viola!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! It's literally run by cheats and (identity) thieves. On a rainy December night, I went to this store, ready to port over three family lines from AT&T carrying my own phones. The associate first insist I must pay for another SIM card even though the T-MOBILE iPhone 6 I purchased already came with a t-mobile SIM card. When I pressed the issue, the associate said he had to sell me something... But I already have that something! Next he proceed to collect my drivers license and had me punched in my SSN to run my credit. Moments later he told me I must pay a deposit... But wait a minute, my credit scores are in the top 5% well above 800, and I'm not buying phones from you. I need to pay deposit for what exactly?! At this point I realized I was not dealing with honest people who respect my intelligence. I thanked the associated for his time, asked him to cancel everything, and left the store. A month later I received a bill from t-mobile demanding that I pay for one day worth of plan... Which I never agreed to sign up! This store stole my identity, assigned me multiple fake numbers, and opened an account in my name without my consent! Please don't come to this store. This is a dealer not a t-mobile corporate store. I'll be filing complaints with attorney general, FCC, and T-mobile, in that order. read more

T-Mobile stores vary greatly in their competence and level of service. Lot of that has to do with specific skills and knowledge. Your satisfaction at a store will depend upon who you get. Today, in my quest to get a "smart phone" for free, we got a knowledgeable and courteous employee. Therefore my experience was great. I told him that I wanted to upgrade to a smartphone for free - he looked at the account - I told him what phone I wanted (already did the homework) - he got me set up - got my money - answered a couple of my questions - and I was on my way. Great job. My daughter walked into another T-Mobile store. It was pitiful what that store did. But that's another story and I'll let her tell it if she wishes. read more

I came to this T-Mobile to get my G1 about a month ago. I wish I could remember the name of the girl that helped me out, because she was definitely made of awesome. I ran there after work to get my phone, and got there just about 20 minutes before they closed. She got my new phone set up and me out the door right when they closed at 9pm. While I had to wait for the customer service rep to get on the phone so she could switch my services from the Dash to the G1, we talked like we were old friends. We swapped youtube video links and she showed me her G1 so I would know what to do when I got home with my new phone. So this little T-Mobile store is really nice and this awesome gal kept me entertained while we had to wait forever, which is better than being completely ignored or left alone while they set up my phone. I'm a senior citizen. I used to be with Consumer Cellular, but TMobile offers a nice $60 flat fee plan that I like + the coverage is much better. This is the 2nd time I've been to this Cypress store. Both times I was helped by Christina R. I couldn't have had better customer service!! I had bought a Samsung Note 9 (based on her recommendation), and Christina has a Note 8, so she was able to familiarize me with the phone prior to my purchase. Also, I came back a 2nd time because I bought 2 sets of screen protectors from Amazon, and each one failed. The Note 9 has a curved screen, so it's not an easy fit. So, I went back to Christina at TMobile after calling her. She recommended 3 products, and I settled for the glass protector with adhesive at the center of the screen and the sides. Christina, cleaned my screen (she cleaned the whole phone) and put on the new screen protector, and it works great. The protector is a solid fit, and stays put with my Spigen phone case. Christina was very helpful, and is simply a very nice person. The other representatives at the store didn't hesitate to ask if I needed help either. This is a great TMobile store. I highly recommend it, if you have a TMobile account, or want to open one. read more

I had the BEST experience with T-Mobile all thanks to Charlie and Mario who are two of the most attentive and extremely patient people ever. I transferred my account from ATT to T-Mobile amidst a pandemic and they were able to help me over the phone to ensure everything went smoothly. On top of that they got me a better deal than I even knew existed on my new iPhone! If you want amazing service this is the place to go! I usually have very long and draining visits when I go to the Sprint (which is now apart of t-mobile) store, however my visit on Sunday was truly great. Lorenza was so helpful and was very observant. I came into the store only knowing that I wanted a new iPhone. I didn't have a color in mind or even what accessories I wanted. Lorenza noticed all my gold jewelry and chose the gold iPhone 12 Pro Max and I honestly thought that was dope. Her and her coworker kept it real with me when I asked if I should change my phone number they convinced me into not changing it due to it being a hassle with all of my subscriptions and all of the other things I use my number for. I thought that was super awesome as well. I was helped by 2 associates and they made sure not to pressure me or hover over me while making my decisions. I was in and out of the store within 20-30 mins. They made my visit well worth it. I wish I could mention the gentleman who helped as well. I suggest going to this store if you want a quick and friendly service. Also, I wasn't too sure about sprint transitioning to t-mobile because I haven't been in store since it happened, but it was so smooth. Only change I saw was from yellow to pink LOL. read more

After upgrading my son's cell phone, retail associate took my CA driver license to make a copy for their reference. Never returned my license. I did not realize that I was missing my License until I was checking in to a hotel, 2 wks after the upgrade. I had to recall where I last pulled out my license and it was at Tmobile, Cypress. I called and spoke to a manager and he said "No License is at their safe..." Ok, breathe. I believed him. Made me crazy thinking where I may have left it. I made an appointment to DMV for - a replacement - 2 wks to get an appointment. All this time, driving without a drivers license. I called again Tmobile and spoke with Jeff to really make sure they do not have the license. At this time, I was getting paranoid, accusing co workers or relatives that may have stolen my license out of my wallet - identity theft. Anyway, Jeff left message on my phone and apparently, they do have my license. Spent all this negative energy thinking of identity theft when all the while they could have called me or mailed my license to my home. Also, spent time and $27 at DMV to get a replacement. Instead of working, took time off to go to DMV!!! Time is money!! Tmobile have an important Identification in their possesion but just kept it at their safe??? Really? Very irresponsible not to give back my license after copying it. Very irresponsible for not giving me a courtesy call when they saw my license at their copy machine. Don't they have my phone number? I just signed their contract. Very irresponsible for telling me the 1st time I called that they do not have it (I spoke with a Vietnamese Mgr). Don't transact here - absent minded employees! And the first guy who was supposed to have access to the safe did not find my license. Where was it all this time? How did Jeff find it after my second call? Was my license used someplace else before being found.... Hmmm. I have requested a copy of my credit rating & if I see suspicious transactions or credit requests that were pulled during the 'missing license period', I can only deduce my suspects at this location. read more

I had just switched to T-Mobile in April 2019 and so far, this Cypress location has had the best team I've yet interfaced with at any of the T-Mobile locations. They seem to be more personable and professional here and really care about providing great customer service. I have to commend a recent transaction with Kenny who helped me with an AirPod Pro purchase, he was very helpful and professional. Also I have dealt with the Manager (I cannot recall his name) on a previous billing issue and he was very helpful as well. Overall, I hope this location keeps up the good work with training their employees in how to provide the best customer service. That will definitely keep me coming back and also referring my friends/family. read more

I actually dread going into the phone stores, long, boring etc. Today I went into T-Mobile on Katella in Cypress. I was immediately greeted and helped by Ash. What a great guy! I needed to add a line and wanted specific last 4 numbers for my business phone number. Ash bent over backwards searching for that number for me. I was even about to give up but Ash was on it. He found the number, he never got frustrated or annoyed, he was the nicest guy! Really changed my mind about visiting the phone store! As a side note while Ash was searching for my number I noticed the other sales associates were very helpful to all the customers coming and going. In between customers they were cleaning the counters and displays with sanitizing products. Everything they did was customer based and made sure they followed the guidelines!
