Looking at these reviews, im completely shocked... i have never had as good of experience with a phone store as i did here. First off the guy who greeted us at the door was super attentive and had someone helping us instantly. Now the guy that helped me, Hiep, was absolutely awesome and cheerful, best customer service you could ask for. He was quick and helpful and very in depth with everything, straight forward with all information. I would recommend asking for Hiep if you plan on visiting this location!! Went in yesterday to see about getting a new phone. I was being helped by Ian and he was great! I would go back and recommended people to T-Mobile just because of his great service. He was also helping another couple after me while I waited for my info to transfer between phones and his customer service skills and compassion were on point! The customer's daughter had passed and he was going to loose her voicemail when transferring phones....he went out of his way to voice record it from one phone to another. Usually this Tmobile location provides great service. Today, Sunday, July 14th, brilliant Tmobil Corp. Decided to do upgrades. Soooo when we arrived @ 11, we were told, 'theyd open later at 12'. So #1 we waited until 12noon to get in. Then.....we waited until 1pm to b seen. Then.....they cldnt log in onto r account because the system was backed up. Soooo after 15min. We asked, do u think it will b 5 min. Or an hour? No onewas able to tell us. Tmobile Corp. Has compomised thr customers & thr staff, as no one is experiencing even adequate service. We walked out w/ business card & was asked to come in later. Serious bummout. Aggro enough to post my first Yelp bad review. But if u do go in....c Lee, hes helpful & knowledgable when TMobil Parent Corp gives thm the right tools to wrk with. read more

Do I HAVE to give them a star? In my opinion The entire T-Mobile doesn't know how to do a simple fkn task. I had NO DAMN CHOICE but to go into this dumb ass store to deal with a closed account. Only to receive 0 assistance from over the phone and in the store. Save yourself time and money. T mobile has been a pain in my ass for 5 months bc apparently no matter what forms they have you sign you still don't get your result. The customer will never be right. Seriously AT&T has the best customer service, response time and deals. Don't waste your time and money. Don't believe their schemes and lies. They don't value you as a customer from when you create an account to when you close it out. Don't waste your time, gas or business. You'll sincerely regret it. Man, this was the fastest I've ever been in and out of a T-Mobile, leaving satisfied. I've had an iPhone 5 since high school and now I'm at the end of college. Nothing too wrong with my phone, just slowing down and barely staying charged. I went in to finally upgrade my phone after years and I told them what I wanted, they got it, paid the down payment, signed the agreement and it was done! The workers were super helpful--while one worker was in the back checking for phones, another employee asked if we had been helped. So nice! Plus, because I had been a part of T-Mobile so long, they reduced the down payment on my phone. Thanks, guys! read more

The last couple of visits have been a complete pain in the rear... So, I'm stuck in a contract "contract free" world with them. My current phone, Sony Xperia Z was purchased before the JUMP program yet can I put it on the JUMP program so I can exchange it? Oh no! That would make too much sense. I have to buy a new phone entirely. My fiance exchanged his phone no problem, he got the new Flex and LOVES it. Meanwhile, my phone, the Xperia Z isn't doing so well, I went in, picked up the Nokia Lumia 635 and was happy with it. Not happy with the situation as now I have 3 phones on my bill to pay for each month, but happy because it will only cost me $7 a month and is not that big of a deal. I would try and figure a way to sell the Xperia and move on with my life. Now, the problems the Lumia has has nothing to do with T-Mobile. Its a great phone but Microsoft OS doesn't support a grip of apps that I use on a daily bases. My bank app is my #1 app and it isn't supported on Microsoft. I went in to do the exchange after talking to the chat people on T-Mobiles website telling me not to worry, the restocking fee will not apply because its in a grace period... I walk in, get told that is not true and they want to charge me. I leave, get on the phone with customer service, they get it taken care of, go back into the store, pay the restocking fee but customer service took what I put out for the fee and took that amount off my phone bill. I always get further with them. Lets backtrack a bit, I come home and get curious so I do a detailed look at our phone bill and notice a $22 EIP fee for... I have no idea what. I get onto the chat with someone, we talk it over. When we exchanged the phone, the lady that helped us said the previous balance was taken care of and all we have is the new balance for the Flex. That is NOT correct! They covered all by $22 of the old phone and put that on our bill... Excuse me, no, I am not paying for the mistake of T-Mobiles employees. Then I get told this will be a one time courtesy thing... no, so long as your employees make mistakes, you'll be fixing it! So, not entirely directed to this location in particular, but to T-Mobile as a whole I guess. Though this location has not been helping lately. Oh, not to mention, the guy that activated my Lumia didn't do it right. It tried to start up for well over an hour. I finally got tired of it and called CS and they said the numbers were input wrong... what do ya know, as soon as they corrected the issue, the phone finished loading perfectly fine. read more

We have been coming to this store for 10 years to get all our phone needs. With that being said we will no longer be returning to this store. We went in about 10 mins to their new closing time (I get coming in right before they close sucks, but we have been trying to find time to upgrade our phones and this was our only time. Anyway to us it was a simple upgrade we already had cases and screen protectors so we just needed the phones we had cash in hand for 2 brand new phones and the first associate we talked to (mind you never said hello or anything when we walled in, we walked about halfway into the store before he said anything to us at all) now he was with a customer, and I understand that but common courtesy is to say hi to new customers when they come in. Anyways he asked up wgat we needed said we wanted to upgrade our phones, he told us that he would grab someone else to do that because he was with a customer. We had no problem waiting for someone else. The employee that walked out asked us if we had any questions before they closed, now being 755pm 5 mins before they closed, we said we wanted to upgrade our phones no transfers because we have the smart switch. Now mind you we didn't realize they didn't close at 9pm anymore so we didn't know it was closing time. He said they have rules about closing the tills at a certain time and would not be able to do our upgrades today, I said really how long does it take, he said about 20 mins but the registers have to be closed at 8pm exactly. They can't close after that. Now I have been in customer service for 13 years now and I have never had a job where the register absolutely HAD to be closed by closing time. I'm pretty sure the owners would rather make a pretty easy sale at the end of the night. I could be wrong but I think they would like to make more money. Granted they would have had to stay about 25 to 30 mins past closing but the employee told us only 20 mins. The whole experience was bad and we have never felt so unwelcome in a store, that we were trying to spend a good 1200 at. We decided to go to another store and spend our money there instead. Been a customer for 15 years. Ready to go to BBB in protest. Got a LG G7 ThinQ under their recommendation to replace a memory full Samsung J7, boy was that a mistake. Glitchy to the extreme, auto correction nightmares, freezes up, touch screen doesn't always respond, terrible camera navigation, Internet rarely works and then not very well. Can't text or make phone calls from work or home most of the time. My dilapidated Samsung worked 100% better. I've never felt so ripped off in my life When I go to store here they just try to sell me more stuff NO HELP AT ALL. When my family had gone to replace their phones before me we unfortunately discovered after the 2nd time we were offered accessories that we thought were free. Oh no, being billed 24 months for phone cases and headphones. When you trade in a phone they make it sound like you have credits towards free stuff. Very shady sales tactics going on here and I've had enough. I will write corporate one time to try to save our 15 year relationship. But I really don't trust this company any more. You are making tremendous money every month from me and my family. Why treat us this way!? Shame on you! All you care about is getting our money with no regard to your customers. read more

I HATE tMobile!! My wife gave me an Iphone 6s as a gift. I wanted to look at the Iphone 6s+. We went to the Cypress tmobile store where I decided to get the 6s+. Tmobile charged me a $50 restocking fee to exchane the 6s for the 6s+, even though my 6s was brand new in the box, still in the original shrink wrap and never been opened, and the 6s+ was more expensive. I also bought a screen protector that day, which was lifetime guaranteed. A tmobile employee installed the screen protector. 3 months later it started to peel up, so I went back to the Cypress tmobile store to get a new screen protector. I was told that I have to contact the screen protector manufacturer and take it up with them... Cypress tmobile is quick to TAKE you money, but after that you are on your own. Compared to the other T Mobile store we went to, this place is amazing. The store itself is very clean and open, and the staff are all very friendly. My husband and I came here to price shop plans a couple of weeks ago and I guy whose name I can't remember (Asian, black glasses and I think his hair was spiked?) gave us a print out of a couple of plan options. We came back last Sunday to sign up there after having a strange experience with the staff at the T Mobile in the Westminster Center, and the person who helped us (the same guy we first spoke with a couple of weeks ago) took care of everything. What i like about this product is that the dustproof and waterproof design, richer tone with HDR, and the increased battery life. I admire how i dont have to worry if i accidentally spill liquids, sink, and drop it on sand, and also it is pleasingly how it has the increased battery life, and it includes an energy saver mode that reduces battery usage and extends its life. read more

So I called this store in the hopes that they would have the phone I had been looking for and it just so happened that they had ONE left, Tall Chris put it on hold for me until I could come in a little later that day. Once I arrived in the store Chris was very helpful in getting everything worked out on the new phone for me, he even sold me on a new case and screen protector. The only problem was that most of my contacts would not sync over, I worked with Chris for a while on this and we both could not figure out the problem. I had to leave and he told me I could come back the next day and try and move them over then, kinda annoying but whatever. When I came back the following day Chris was not there so the associate David offered to help me get my contacts over. He quickly realized the problem was that my contacts were being stored in an email address that I had been locked out of for some time. He offered to get on the phone with Microsoft to try and unlock my email account. David worked for almost an hour just to get my email unlocked for me and finally he figured it out and not only do I have all my contacts but, I also have access to my lost email account. The customer service that David displayed won me over as a client for life. I know he took time out of his day to help me even though he was not going to get any commission on my problem but he still kept at it until he found a solution. David is as good as it gets and I will be going back to this store to see him anytime I want a new phone or I have a problem. Thank you David! read more

Soooo...... I love tmobile and i love my phone, but i had an issue tonight with a claim,i was told by customer service to go to the store and they would do it for me. i have never had a problem at this site until tonight. the guy who "helped" me was beyond rude. very condescending. i was there to pay my deductible for my phone and i knew that my new phone would be shipped to me the next day. the guy was treating me like i was stupid because i didnt want to buy a phone in the store. why would i pay double the amount of money just to buy a phone i DONT WANT and then return it,file another claim and pay to restock it? when i told him this he said "well then i dont even know why u showed up" umm cuz thats what i was instructed to do.... THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!! cant remember his name but he was Asian with black long hair,slicked back in a ponytail. i understand wanting to make sales goals and extra commission, but that was definitely not the way to go about it. read more

I usually dread going into my local T-Mobile shop but I had a delightful experience with a young man yesterday named Chris Huerta. I needed a new phone and he asked me exactly what I used it for and suggested a very simple SAMSUNG ON5. It does EVERYTHING I need and only cost $144! He never tried to up-sale me and I so appreciate that. He has a wonderful, charming personality and we talked about life for awhile (sounds like a song). I will be happy to go in when I need to now, instead of putting it off for weeks! read more

Horrible customer service here. When I went in for an issue about my bill (twice) they didn't provide me with thorough answers and were just throwing numbers at me and it didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. And initially, they kept disregarding my complaint and told me I was wrong just for them to find out I was right about the charges made unnecessarily. That's not how you resolve customer issues. Also, I was mislead about alot of things regarding a promotion I was sold on by one of the workers. This place represents T-mobile and it makes me just want to switch providers. I hate to have to update my review, but my mother went into the same tmobile store and had a horrible experience.. She said the clerk who helped her had a horrible attitude and dismissed her claims, she had an issue with her phone receiving the same text over and over.. Cleark told her to send it back to the insurance company and went back to texting.. He finally decided to help once she threatened to leave tmoible as a whole.. All that was needed was a factory reset... She explained here issue to me and I told her she should have gone to my guy.. And before I could finish my sentence, she said she was help by Franky. This was the same clerk that had given me exemplary service and to find out that he dismissed my mother the way all the other workers at tmobile do really bummed me out.. My experience with T-mobile has been hell on earth!!! I wish could sue this messed up company. I would do it in a heart beat if I could! My horrible story began 3 years ago when I was tired of using many hand me down phones or cheap generic free phones that was given to me. I've decided to treat myself to the best phone that was out there at that time. I purchased the latest smart phone from Samsung, the Samsung Galaxy S4 for $650.00. You think just because you spend allot of money you think you're getting the best? Oh hell no, think again. The amount of money you spend doesn't mean nothing when it comes to quality merchandise, you don't always get what you paid for and that is for certain! My phone broke after just 4-5 months of use. T-mobile investigated the claim and said it was all my fault that the phone wasn't working but I know it wasn't my fault it was their fault for selling me a defective device and they ended up charging me an extra $295.00 to replace my new phone with a used refurbished phone. The problem didn't stop there, the 2nd used phone didn't last long either not even 1.5 years went by without another problem occurring. The 2nd phone kept over heating so again I was sent out a 3rd used phone. It's been about a year since I got my 3rd phone and another problem started, this time the phone will not retain its charge something is wrong with the battery and T-mobile again is telling me that I have to pay for a new battery to see if that is the problem but if that isn't the problem I just wasted more money for nothing. T-mobile customer service is thee worst I have ever dealt with in all my life in dealing with customer service reps. I called to get help on this new problem but as always I wasn't satisfied with their poor weak annoying attitude. I am beyond frustrated so I finally told them that I was leaving and they didn't even try to talk me out of it. The rep I was talking to pretty much said...don't let the door hit you on your way out. So the bottom line is, I have spent almost a thousand dollars on a used phone that kept breaking down, when I should have been given another brand new phone that I had paid for originally but instead what T-mobile did was nothing to really help me solve my problems but continues to make me pay for shoddy devices they are dishing out to me. The ironic thing is, when I had the old used hand me down phones none of my other phones gave me any problems at all, not until I decided to splurge and buy the most expensive phone and this is what I get, talk about Murphy's Law!! BTW, my terrible experience with T-mobile isn't about any particular store location, although I didn't get much help in person either, this review is more about their corporate office, they suck big time!!! read more
