Awesome service helping my elderly mother. Really appreciate the time the guys working spent assisting the process of getting a new phone and loading the old phone's contents. read more

Extremely disappointing experience. I walked in asking for a specific phone and was never told there would be additional setup or service fees. I was charged a setup fee on a new phone that I had to set up myself, plus a fee for a bring-your-own device that was already set up. What exactly am I paying a "setup" fee for? None of these charges were disclosed before the purchase. Had they been, we would have shopped elsewhere. When I went back to question the charges, I was told, "That's just how we do business." If undisclosed fees are "just how you do business," that says a lot. Deceptive, scummy business practices and completely unacceptable. read more

The best Verizon store I have been to. Michael was very kind and helpful. I did have to wait for about 15-20 minutes but while I was waiting the staff would let me know they would be right with me as they were all helping other customers. Great experience would recommend this store. read more

Shasha R. is rockstar. As the General Manger of this Seal Beach location, he is the kind of customer service representative that you want as a business owner. I arrived before the crowd today and watched Shasha not only help me with patience but also another customer with a ran over phone with kindness while acknowledging no less that four other customers that walked in. His confidence and clarity led to me the desired result in under less than 30 minutes. On my previous visit Michael was also incredibly helpful and informative. read more

I placed an order and paid for a new iPhone 17 via my Verizon app on Wednesday. The app said I could pick it up at the store within two hours, but now it's been three business days and they have yet to inform me that my phone is ready for pick up. I'm not sure why it takes this long to pick up a phone that is supposedly in stock according to the Verizon app? When I call the store it transfers me to some offshore Verizon support which is useless. I just wanted to upgrade my phone. I don't understand why it's not ready yet? read more

This store is by far the best Verizon store around! The manager Shasha is so friendly and knowledgeable. It's clear he truly cares about customers and wants them to be happy. I arrived about 10:00am on Monday. I was surprised and pleased to find that I was the only customer. A very nice young man named Raymond approached me, asking how he could help. I explained my situation. Raymond asked several questions to better understand my needs. He then offered several options, all which would address my needs and concerns. The number of selections were several, but we were able to identify which unit best fit my requirements. I made my selection and Raymond had me fully packed and on my way in a relatively short time. Please stop in and ask for Raymond. He helped me receive the best value for my dollar. Again, thank you, Raymond! read more

Adding to my previous review. The only color they had in stock was orange on the 17. I spent about 4.5 hours there and in wait. None of my passwords were saved like they said and lost a lot of my contacts and information. Wished I'd kept my 14. The "only" thing that wasn't bad about the was Juan the rep. read more

I wanted to give a shoutout to Juan with this review. Juan is a LEGENDARY Customer Service and Sales Agent for Verizon. After my flip phone snapped in half (no joke) at 7:40pm, I got to the store right before it closed (7:50pm). Juan stayed late to help me work through getting a new flip phone activated on my Verizon account, which turned out to be a bit of an arduous task due to basic phones being restricted more than smartphones on the backend. Juan clearly had the customer's best interests in mind, and despite the non-standard process in activating a flip phone, I was in and out of the store quick due to Juan being able to solve these problems via a variety of technical methods. Usually, people in Juan's position would have been too exhausted to handle a last-minute customer, which would be furthermore exacerbated by the setup difficulties; and usually, people in Juan's position would let their personal interests supercede the understanding of the unfortunate urgency of the situation I was in due to the snapping of my phone. I'm grateful to have had such good, actually the best I've ever gotten at a phone store, service at the Seal Beach Verizon- major shoutout to Juan. Thank you. read more

Michael is the absolute best customer service representative that I have ever dealt with in any industry!

verizon representative Carson was very helpful. I visited Verizon on Seal Beach to trade in a phone. I mentioned that I was at a different Verizon location and was told I couldn't turn in my old phone there and I needed to turn it in to Cellular Sales whom I did transaction with (). I then decided to drive to Verizon in Seal Beach and I'm glad I did cause Carson helped me out and answered all the questions I had. Carson is knowledgeable and went above and beyond. The Verizon store in Seal Beach is the only store I go into when I need in person customer service. It's never overly crowded and the staff is very helpful. read more

I read some the lower rated reviews and their concerns are valid although overly dramatic. Consider the options. First, this is not a Verizon store like back in the day. These are privately owned dealers for Verizon products and services. So what? I picked up a 5G router for my home and paid the $30. store fee happily. The router was a free upgrade. Carson and the other two sales people are very knowledgeable. Yes, it gets busy. The service is solid and I dont want to order a router and wait for it. My 4G router went bust and we have to have a router for security cams, internet, etc. like many people. Verizon stopped having stores a long time ago. These Victra / Verizon stores are a good option for same day solutions, free professional guidance and they are open on weekends. Convenient. read more
