I haven't received new yahoo email since Monday 6/29/2026. I went to this t-mobile store for help. The manager pointed at my old emails, said "There's no problem there". Later he said he would charge me $20 if he solve the problem, I agreed, but he didn't do it, just asked me to call yahoo. My email problem still not resolved. read more

It took them 5 minutes to open an account. But when you needed to close an account, it will take forever to. The store will not take the equipments back for you. You will have to ship it back yourself. And there will be a surprise bill at the end citing "equipments not received" 3 months after they were returned to T-Mobile. read more

I needed a new phone since mine decided to take a swim to the bottom of the ocean... I went in to see my options and since I Have a business account with multiple lines I wanted to me my special rates. To make a long story short, John and Jorge helped me out big time. There were a few things they weren't familiar with, and they weren't afraid to make a call to someone who handles business accounts to clarify a few things. I really like the way they took their time and worked as a team to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. It wasn't just me that had great experiences that afternoon, there were 3 other customers that were in there that I watched them interact with and all of them were completely satisfied as well. I highly recommend this establishment. If you have an attitude, leave it at the door - they will make sure they take care of you! read more

If I could give this Seal Beach location 0 stars I would. All I needed was a new screen protector I have under warranty. The guys here are very rude, told me they were out of stock but didn't offer to ship it until I asked. The guy who initially was helping me was really fresh with me told me to come around the counter and type in my info. I have never typed in my info in any store's system. I've been with T-Mobile with multiple personal and business accounts for 20 years. The Asian guy in particular was super mean and rude and upset I wouldn't type in my info to their computer who was standing nearby. When I simply asked them to type my address from our business card to send the screen protector to, they both were huffy puffy and and just aggressive. I would never come here if you're a woman. On top of everything they sent the wrong screen protector to me. Thank God the Stanton location straightened everything out for me. There's a lack of customer service at Seal Beach, and training needed to be done here bc I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been treated like this . Whoever owns this location----should check the cameras for quality control on personnel here before a lawsuit is filed her for harassment. read more

Live nearby went in for a quick question and the agent was dismissive, didn't seem to really know, or just didn't care. Seems to be a common theme in this city. Money is green no matter race creed or religion. Act accordingly slick. I won't be returning. read more

Every time I come to this location, I always have such a pleasant experience. I was just in there yesterday and David and Marty were running the show. What's up guys! I came in there to purchase a phone and trade in my former phone. I was very impressed by their dynamic and how well they worked together as a team; their teamwork and communication made everything more efficient. They were able up answer all my questions... and entertain me when there was lag time in between setting up my phone and verifying my account for fraud. Super professional and extremely charming all around. The plaza itself is pleasant as well, lots of places to eat in the center, and plenty of parking. read more

I'm not a T-Mobile customer, but I never will be after today's unhelpful experience!! My phone battery had Died just when I needed to call Leisure World Security for a bus to take me back to my apartment. Ah, a phone store full of Samsung Galaxy phones--surely they'd likely have an "emergency charger" available to let me get enough power for a One Minute Call on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Could they give a Senior citizen just a little help this way? NO--only if I would BUY a phone charger (hey, I've got one at home!). Then "I've got other customers waiting before you" and left. Not even a "wish I could help you". Time to hit the road. An hour later since finally catching a bus I'm back home writing this. Apparently "help" is only available if they know you're going to buy. If this is also how the carrier does its business, they sure won't get mine! read more

This location in particular is very good! Yvonne is a rockstar. I went in expecting the usual long, long, long wait, as well as lots of hassle. Yvonne was my rep and she was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. She seemed to anticipate my needs, demonstrated real customer care and did it all with a great positive attitude.I know I probably got lucky that the line wasn't too terribly long, but that does not take away from the caring customer service I received. By far the BEST experience with a cell phone provider location. I have never left a cell phone provider location so thoroughly satisfied! read more

Love Jose!! He totally set me and my fiance up (and helped us escape Sprint) with two new Samsung Galaxy A10e phones and a new tablet. He was patient, sweet, and he graciously accommodated a couple of issues that came up during our transaction that were completely out of his control by throwing in an extra charger for us. Worst service ever by the Asian dude with bleached hair (apparently he's the manager). Came in for a possible iPhone upgrade. He seemed so bothered and uninterested in helping me. He gave me a certain price for a down payment and monthly payment for a new iPhone and they were both complete bullshit after I went to another T-Mobile store. Additionally, he said I couldn't trade in my iPhone 11 because it had a literal 1cm tiny scratch which "automatically disqualifies" the trade in (also bullshit- they send all iPhones back to Apple either way) . Since he seemed so uninterested in doing his job, I went to the Tmoble down the street to the best sales rep Dylan and was able to upgrade my iPhone AND trade in my iphone 11 with completely different price quotes. There were promotions being offered and the first dude didn't even mention them to me. I'm not sure what his problem was, but I do NOT recommend coming into this Tmoble- they are not interested in helping you at all. read more

Update: I'd like to start with a shout out to Anthony. He was the gentleman whose name I didn't catch last week. On our return visit to activate the phone, Anthony was there to assist us. Thank you for your help with activating the phone. We did have a a question regarding a feature we specifically wanted for my mother-in-law. He wasn't sure how to add the feature. But....he spent time to research and showed us how to add the feature. So appreciative of all his help. Thanks again Anthony! Excellent customer service! Thank you to Jesus and his co-worker. Sorry didn't catch the other gentleman's name. Unfortunately, he finished his shift and left before I got a chance to ask for his name. Brought my mother-in-law here to purchase a new phone. She is 95 years old and computer illiterate so I needed something simple and basic. Unfortunately the phone I was interested in was out of stock due to a special promotion they were offering. Jesus called several nearby locations to see if they had the phone in stock. Unfortunately all locations he checked were out of stock as well. He suggested we order the phone and have it shipped. As we do not live in the area...this was the next best option. He said after she receives the phone, she could stop in and he would be happy to help her set it up. They are conveniently located near Leisure World. I'd like to add a shout out for Jesus's co-worker too! We were unable to access the account to add the phone. He overheard me talking to my sister-in-law and suggested we could call 611 and they could update the account. Without his assistance we would have had to make another trip to resolve the issue. They had a special on Iphone XR. Buy one get one free. My son and wife both needed new phones. My son saw the deal was ending on 8/23. I called on 8/23 to confirm. I spoke to MINA and was told the deal would run until the end of the month. So, instead of running out on the 23rd, we waited until the weekend, when we had more time. Went in today to make the switch and was told the deal ended on the 23rd. I told them THEIR STORE told me I had until the end of the month. They told me they couldn't help me. MINA should be fired. Not only did they lose two potential new customers, but I am cancelling my account, my son's account, and my business account. I refuse to business with a company that doesn't train their staff well enough and refuses to honor a deal offered my their representative. Poor customer service.
