I'm not sure she was really knowledgeable and helped me transfer all my pictures. I'm very happy with the customer service and the phone. I needed a new phone anyway but was pretty stressed about the phone I lost. After spending time with these guys, I felt comfortable with my new purchase. Scott even put the phone together with my accessories and helped retrieve my data. I love my new IPhone 13 Pro. I did receive an email with an estimate of my future billing rates and It was not what I expected so I went back to the store the next day. My daughter just picked up her new phone yesterday and is satisfied. The reason I am writing the review is to give huge kudos to George the man who sold it to her. He was really instrumental to let her know the difference between the Google Pixel 6a and the Pro. It helped her a lot because she was switching from an old LG and all she knew was that she wanted a phone like her brother who also has the Google Pixel 6a. Do not give this store your business! Unless you are very tech-savvy and REALLY know what you're doing, never buy from a Verizon "Authorized Dealer," and DEFINITELY NEVER FROM THIS ONE. I walked in saying I wanted an iPhone, no larger than the Samsung I had with me. (Said that part at least 3 times.) I admitted that I'm a bit of a dinosaur with technology. She made Google phones sound wonderful, and even though I was clear I wanted an I-phone, she kept pulling me back toward the Google phones on display, with me comparing sizes with my Samsung and saying that the one on the end was too large. We sat down, she began scribbling all the deals, and before long, unrealized by me, we were discussing the Google Pro XL (the one on the end). I didn't pick up on this, but when I asked her the size of the phone in the notes on her tablet, she said, "It's the same size." I can't believe I was taken in like I was. (I never had a chance to even hold the phone, as she started loading my data on in the moment she took it from the box.) When I got home, I realized my mistake. Went back to return the Google Pro XL within 24 hours of buying it. I was polite and apologetic, but the sales person was extremely rude, saying things like, "I don't know why you're doing this; it doesn't make any sense," multiple times and "huffing" at me while she was on the phone with her manager. In the end, I received $50.88 of the $255.65. I had spent the day before. This store would do absolutely nothing to compensate me, even with the description of the way the sale had gone. Verizon Corporate set up a conference call with all of us and told her she needed to step up and give me my money back, because it was the right thing to do, but she flatly refused. (It turns out that Verizon Corporate has no power over its "Authorized Dealers," who use a different billing company, over which Verizon Corporate has no control.) The lesson: NEVER buy from an "Authorized Dealer," and DEFINITELY NOT THIS ONE! ALWAYS buy from a "Corporate" Store, and Verizon will stand by you if there is a problem. read more

I would give 0star if I could. Their deal sounds cheaper but in the end it's not. This store is not Verizon. It's Verizon authorized by Victra. They give you so many fees which you don't have to pay if you go to normal Verizon. I think that's one of the way they get profits.The assistant said he would give me smart phone cover, portable battery and screen cover. After I went home and checked the receipt, he charged me all of things that he said he would give me. The assistant was super nice and helpful. It makes me so sad that he was nice because of only money.You can check other Verizon authorized by Victra reviews. They all have bad reviews similar to my story. It sounds like I can't return it. If I could give them a 0 I would. Their management is rude, They threw my out of the store after I purchased a phone over the phone with them. I ordered 4 hours earlier, they confirmed with me it was ready, paid for it over the phone , and when I came to pick it up they said it was for a pre order and I can't have it your order is cancelled. No apology no nothing !!! No let me make this right and maybe get you something similar. The manager told me to leave the store !!! Then his low level helper Ashley got involved and I told her specifically I do not want to speak with her I need a MANAGER she continued to ramble on speaking nonsense. I told her to stop harassing me and took a picture and then she threatened to call the police. These are 25 year old kids talking to a 43 year old man. How unprofessional and RUDE !!!! man if I could give zero stars I would.. Don't go here, they are lying cheating snakes. They don't have integrity.. I ordered my phone on Verizons website and called them ever few hours so I could come get it. Talked to 3 different people including a guy named Jacob. They knew what phone I ordered. Finally the girl told me to just come in and pick it up it would be easier and faster. I drove all of the way there and low and behold 3o minutes prior they said they sold it someone else. They said they never received my order and they said that it will just be cancelled automatically. I had been calling for 5 hours about this phone and they told me to just come and buy it in store and literally it wasn't there.. with no phone anywhere to be found anywhere else. Shady shady store, do yourself a favor and don't go here. Unless you like to be messed with. Then to find out that JACOB was the manager. hahahahahahah your store may wanna re-think that. Lets just start off with a HORRABLE manager customer experience! Jacob is supposed to be the manager of the store he has really bad customer service customer relations, and communicative skills. He treated us with disrespect over the phone while we were trying to resolve an issue on our end as we are the consumer. He even took it as far as to hang up the phone abruptly when our call ended, who does that to a customer. From a business owners point of view and a loyal customer to Verizon he should not be the one to have dealing directly with customers, he's a young kid with really bad customer service skills. Let me just start off my saying that if there was an option to give zero stars I would. These people are nothing more than snake oil sales people. I went in to get my iPhone 11 , I called to see if the phone was in and the lady said she would call me back. Two hours go by and still no call ( should have been the red flag there ) I was in a rush to head up north when I said forget it I'll just go in, and what do you know my phone was there! The gal then proceeds to come in the door and say oh I'm so sorry I was just going to call you , which I knew was bullshit. The waiter another 30 mins to get everything set up, and then went to the desk and the gal said oh I threw in a screen protector for you ( never told me the price by the way ) so I thought okay cool and then sign all the papers and what not and then ask for a print out. I get a response for the gal saying " oh sorry because of covid 19 we can't print paper receipts ." I also okay whatever , get home pull up my email and see that they charged me $70!! For a screen protector!! I called back right away and said I didn't say I want it and demanded they take it back and give me a refund for the $70 NEVER GO HERE!!
