My phone wouldn't hold a charge. I was told by T-Mobile customer service my new phone would be shipped to this location in Fullerton (Orangethrope/ S. Harbor Blvd) because they're more experience when it comes to delicate phone issues. The location is about 16 miles away from home. I'm not gonna lie, they do get busy. Wait time was about an 1hr or so, and it didn't help that it was days after Christmas (12/29). Once it was my turn, Analaie (T-Mobile lady) assisted me with awesome customer service and I was out the door in less than 15mins. Remember to "Pack your patience". read more

It's been a while since we have been to this location due to previous issues with a worker when it was a Sprint Store. We went in to see about watches and phones and were greeted and helped by Vianney! She was super friendly and helpful and that made our experience even better. Parking is very tight at this location and parking lot had a lot of trash. Inside of the store was very clean. Saturday after thanksgiving was busy but they were adequately staffed. I was greeted as soon as I entered. I was there for an upgrade with trade in. Jhonny was great. He answered all my questions, gave me breakdowns of my different opinions and was patient as I called my brother to review. He got me all set up and allowed me all the time I needed to make sure data transfer was good before wiping my old phone. All in all I was pleased with the service I received. read more

Saw that I had 360 coverage and took a look at my phone because I told him it wasn't working properly. I haven't stepped into a Tmobile store in years. I needed help with a phone activation and was helped by Brandon. He was very pleasant to work with. I usually dread going in person for tasks like this but had no other option. Brandon made my in-person experience pleasant. The process took long (not his fault , my phone and account issue) but the service was smooth. There's a few T-Mobile stores within a few mile radius. I would recommend to come here to this location if you need to. read more

They're really giving good customer service here now (maybe it has improved from before I don't know). Caesar stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes, set aside the phone that I wanted. And then Jhonny gave me all kinds of fantastic suggestions and offered T-Mobile's best promos to me that I didn't even know they had... and he did the paperwork and was very thorough, and detailed. I got two new Samsung phones $800 off, with the max storage space, and a free line. So I have the best of the best now. I mean T-Mobile is number one. Things went very smoothly versus Verizon, so this store is awesome. I can tell why this store has terrible reviews, came in today about home internet service and getting my phone service switched to a different plan and Frank was the one who (not helped) me. Every question I had he was basically telling me to call T-Mobile and I'm like well that's the whole point of me coming to an actual store, so I can skip all that. He told me flat out that's not his job, every time I've been to any other store they've called and reached out to customer service for me but he is flat out lazy, it's crazy. I ordered my Internet service online, but there was an issue. I was instructed to go into the store and I would be in and out. Not so. So many problems activating my service for the price I was promised. But, this is a good review on the customer I received from one tenacious sales person, Andrew Matteo. He had nothing to gain by helping me as thoroughly as he did. He owned my issue and made call after call to his inhouse departments to make sure everything was in place before I left. I was so impressed by his professionalism and courtesy. I hope his manager reads this review and it gets him some sort of recognition. read more

I would suggest staying far away from this Team Moblie store. Honestly, what a horrible, unprofessional experience. I wished id never gone there. The floor manager Diana and Eli, laughed at me. They didn't help. I've been a customer with Sprint since 1998, I went in with a broke IPhone, they wernt able to fix it, but made it worse than when I first walked in. I went to Best Buy to buy a phone, and it showed in their system for me to activate the new phone I had to go back to this Team mobile store for them to activate it. It showed the Team Mobile rep made this switch the day I was there to get my phone fixed. These untruful girls didn't tell me or ask me if they could switch anything, I don't want anything to do with them-ever. They handed me back a broken phone I came in with but made the problem worse when I went somewhere else to get help. I later learned this Team Mobile store at Orangethrope & Harbor Blvd., Fullerton is a Franchised Team Moble store. Its NOT a corporate owned or ran store. I was not acknowledged when I walked in. 10 minutes later after waiting an employee had a waiting list to which they never informed me I had to sign into. Only reason I found out was because another customer walked in and they put his name on the list. Came to get the hubs a new phone and scored the customer service lottery with Brandon. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and HELPFUL. He worked with us for a while helping us with the whole process. Honestly, I wasn't incredibly impressed with what I saw from some of the other customer service members, but Brandon was fantastic. I appreciated him even more watching how other costumers were treated when they came in while my husband and Brandon were working through his purchase and transfer together. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I didn't have a bad experience here. This location is WAY better than the Anaheim T-Mobile store on Euclid St. The employees here were friendly, helpful, and seemed happy to answer my questions. And unlike the employees at the other T-Mobile location, these employees not only seemed happy to help, but were actually knowledgeable. I brought in my new unlocked Samsung phone and they got me set up in no time. Unlike their competition (Verizon, AT&T, etc.), they had a plan that was well suited to my needs. My only complaint is that their selection of accessories (cases, chargers, etc.) could be a bit better. read more
