Genesis would benefit from additional coaching on guest communication and professionalism. During…read moremy visit, she spoke to an elderly gentleman in a manner that came across as patronizing and disrespectful. A guest's age should not lead to assumptions about their abilities or how they should be addressed. Additionally, when I raised my concern to Genesis, her communication style came across as dismissive and confrontational rather than solution-oriented. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, her tone and body language--including frequent head movements and nonverbal expressions--made the interaction feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. I recommend retraining focused on respectful communication, active listening, professionalism, and guest service standards to ensure all guests feel valued and treated with dignity.

This is not a review for this particular store, but AT&T's practices. Yesterday, I came home from…read morethe park with my granddaughter to find that my driveway was blocked with a sign that read "AT&T Technicians at Work." Not only did I have to park and walk a block away with a sleeping toddler, I was confused and nervous. I did not ask for technical support. In fact, I do not use AT&T. Not only could I not park in my own driveway, but I was shocked and upset to find two strangers in my yard. They had opened the gate and entered our yard to access a utility pole adjacent to the back of our yard, not in our yard. They never asked our permission. They never gave us any notice. No one rang the doorbell; my son was working from home and would have known. He was busy working, so did not realize that anyone was here. I asked the technicians to leave immediately. They admitted that their entry of my yard was illegal. They said that if I left them alone, they could leave more quickly. I was upset but never said anything rude to them. I just told them how upset I was at this violation of my property. I asked for a supervisor's name and number, which they would not give me. When I called AT&T, I was unable to speak to any supervisor. I was given a run-around from several people on the phone who could never get me through to a supervisor. I wasted over an hour on the phone with no success. This is no way to treat people. This is our home and no one should come into our yard without our permission. We do not have a common easement. This was completely illegal and actually frightening. DWP asks permission to access our yard, and this is a utility we actually use. AT&T is not my service provider. I truly hope someone in charge sees this. We are buying a lock for our gate, so that we never experience this kind of violation again. It was upsetting and frightening.
