Thank you to Luz, who worked with me for an hour to fix my own mixup. Although we came to no resolve in the store, she was super helpful, patient, and eager to solve my issue. I really appreciated her help when trying to find my VERY scratched up device ID. With her help, I had most of the numbers I needed to provide Customer care with. Thanks Luz!!!! read more

Best service I've ever had in a phone store. So nice, polite and helpful. Christian is the best, truly an alpha in his field. I literally downloaded this app just to tell people. Switched my line quick and easy and even recommended me an app I could use when i mentioned my Nintendo DS. Overall great experience, great price and I will always be with T-Mobile read more

I rarely leave negative reviews unless I receive horrible service, and that's what I just experienced. I came in to have a simple procedure done involving transferring my number from 1 account to another. Surprisingly, I walked into an empty store, thinking I would be assisted right away..... this didn't happen, unfortunately, because the two reps on the floor were busy finishing their conversation before they took a moment to give me a half ass greeting. Even after that bs greeting, they continued to chatter for about 2 mins before 1 of them approached me to ask what I needed help with. PABLO ESPINOZA was the rep that finally came up to me.... Seemingly upset that I had "interrupted" his conversation. I then laid out the simple task I needed to get done, and he gave me a bs answer to get me to leave. After asking him a few times why he couldn't complete this simple task, he continued to lie in my face. I then let him know I actually worked for T-Mobile for 8 years (6 of which as a manager) and have done this simple task TONS of times..... I was hoping that would let him know he can't bs me. Unfortunately, he still could care less about what I needed done because it was not something he could make commission on.... He continued to try and convince me I would have to add ANOTHER line in order to complete my number transfer. I then asked for the manager (VICTOR S), and he gave me the same bs line that I had to add a new line in order for them to help me.... He basically just had Pablo's back in the situation for whatever reason, even though it ain't the right way to handle a customer. I then went right to my car and hopped on the phone with customer care, and then completed my request within FIVE MINUTES! No questions asked... no trying to finesse me into an additional sale... they just did what I asked them to do... EASILY. While on the phone, I noticed Pablo walking around outside, and he was stumbling around quite a bit as if he was drunk or something.... The store manager might wanna check on that..... But anyway, I'll conclude my rant by saying DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET IT HERE. Makes perfect sense as I can see all the negative reviews for this Pablo guy. Good luck with that read more

They need better staff, especially in an overcrowded situation. Me and my husband walked in and weren't even greeted to top it off when they actually came to sign people up for wait list, they didn't even ask me they asked the person who came after me. I don't recommend coming here at all. Horrible experience, we ended up leaving afterwards. read more

I should've known better before going to a T-Mobile in Compton, I can handle the ghetto. But the rudeness & unprofessionalism of a manager is not something a T-Mobile store should have. I walked in here with a broken phone, wanted information on many ways I can walk out of there with a new phone at the best of my convenience but this guy was to busy flirting with his current customer "here's my instagram maybe I can take you to eat or something" There was a new girl employee that obviously had no idea on what she was doing she would go ask this manager and he only didn't wanna help us but he also didn't want to help her. When he finally came over to us the unprofessionalism showed, he was using profanity in Spanish. Didn't even bother to discuss different ways of helping us, his answer was "You should go to Verizon" I've never been so frustrated & disgusted with someone in a mobile store. This guy should NOT have any type of tittle & the end he didn't even help us with our questions. I had to call Apple and they helped in less than 4 minutes with information that could've been given by someone at that store. read more

If I could give this TMobile a 0 star those jackasses would get it. Made an appt at 12:05 pm on 1/26/21 because my phones giving trouble, I returned at 1:05, remember phones acting up, texted, sounds, GPS everything. This racist Latino talking about I need to reschedule my appt and wait another hour to see them. They're unprofessional, no manners and have no idea how to treat people. He could have seen me if I arrived 2 minutes late. That's a shame! I'll never return there again!!! read more

T-Mobile Experience Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Compton, California

Have been part of t-mobile for years! I love t-mobile. Had to go in to ask questions on my account 10-1-2020 at 1:30 pm, because my phone was acting up, but I got help quick. I was in and out fast. Customer service: awesome, fast, 10/10 Ambience: cool, quick Prices: always work with you Overall impression: Will continue to be with them for many more years to come, fast service. read more

Let me just start this review off by saying how awesome and helpful Isaac was. Incredibly fast, very informative and a great multitasker. He was all about providing not just us but every customer that walked in superior customer service. He was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed. Most importantly he took care of our accounts and got us all setup. Thanks Isaac for your great service and help. read more

Terrible customer service, couldn't help me with anything whatsoever, pablo was his name I believe never go to this store! Horrible horrible! read more

The person in charge talking to employe disrespectfully . The person who helped us was high or on pills with eye red and management did not care . He lied assuming we can't afford an iPhone and said they had it thinking I was leaving since it was too expensive and I told him I'll take it . Then without checking told us he doesn't have it he forgot . Worst customer service and poor management read more

Be careful of what the store representative is saying vs. what is actually going to be in the contract. I've made a very expensive mistake. This store acts more like a car dealership than a phone store, very shady experience. If you can, buy stuff online instead of going to a store like this one. read more

A young short latino woman that "helped" me was rude and desperate to sell. She miscoomuncated the price to me and then got upset when I was not interested; telling me "so you're going to go pay more at target for these headphones?!". It's none of her business what I do with my money and her comment was unproffesional. read more

I was in there today for 20 minutes and not one person (including the manager that was dressed in a pink t shirt) came to ask for my name so they could check me in. A girl in a nice Dodger shirt walks in and they IMMEDIATELY check her in. This isn't the first time this happens either. This store is always a hassle to go to and I hope corporate either retrains everyone to be at least half decent at customer service or just shuts this store down. What a waste of time. This is why I drive to the Long Beach Towne Center instead (WAYYYY better service). read more

When you plan on switching over to T-mobile, definitely make the trip over to this T-Mobile location because they have the best customer service. Both my wife and I agree that we never got this kind of attention and service from our past phone carrier services. We had visited another store and they did give us the information we needed. However, this location really has top-notch employees, specially the manager Cesar. We called to let them know we were running a little late due to traffic, but they still helped us out. Cesar even stayed past the closing time to answer all of our questions and get our account set up. Thu helped me out yesterday with getting a phone ordered for me and the process was smooth and efficient. Both times that we've been at the store, Cesar was there helping out with other customers, but was always aware of what was going on and able to help figure out the best deals for us. I really admire the team here. It's very apparent that they all work as a team and collaborate. Even when it's late and close to closing, or when their store is full with customers, each employee is still super friendly and patient. I never felt rushed and was able to ask all the questions I wanted to ask. When they call the representatives, it's efficient and smooth. I like that even if you are waiting in their store to be helped, they still greet you and ask how they can help you. I noticed that everyone else in the store, including me, didn't mind the wait since we knew that we'd be well taken care of by the team at this T-Mobile store. I would definitely recommend switching to T-Mobile because it saves you more money than AT&T or Verizon and they have good promotions going on right now. I'd also highly recommend going over to this T-Mobile shop to get set up, they are the best! read more

This place is horrible, no customer service at all! Stay away. Supervisors and sales associates have no people skills and definitely don't know how to do a correct job. Took my mother to get a new phone little did I know these "sales associates" def don't know how to do a good job. Supervisor was actually even worse! Thought I was going to actually get help from her but then realized the lady is lazy and didn't fix the issue that I know could have been fixed since I do know someone that works at a different store and confirm my theory! Waste of money at this store! Fire them all. read more

Had the best experience today. I disnt have to wait long and My rep Desmond was AWESOME!!!!! Exceptional customer service. He really went above any beyond. Bad attitudes, and very condescending. They make T-Mobile look bad. I will never come back to this place. They expect you know everything, and if you don't they will give you a bad attitude. read more

Today was awful customer service Seems like they need some just culture training You treat people differently when it comes to their origin . I received a refund but was never asked is there anything else you need . I was at the store for 45 minutes and I left empty handed. This store has been a 10 + since I started coming here in 2016 . Maybe it was crowded but as a employee working for a major corporation Customer service is key in any business If a customer is not satisfied then you figure out how to give them a smile when they leave your place of business . So unhappy with this location . It's like 1 mile for me but this will be my last day coming to this store . read more

I hv been with Tmobil since 2011. I hv always been helped for anything that I need. All the employees are wonderful. There not out there to sell ,sell, sell. They explain everything and options before you buy. I'm happy that we still hv businesses like Tmobil. Yes there is glitches once in a while but, Come on nothing works 100%.... let's be real. To me all it takes is to call and they will help you with the problem. At the office or calling customer service. Try it out great service. .. shout out for jessie, rickie, cesar, toroteo in compton really happy to have you as good employees....woot, woot!!!! read more

I'm here at the tmobile store. I had a most delightful experience. I learned that they are under new management. Jessy greeted me upon my arrival with a pleasant smile and facilitated my visit with professionalism, which has not been my past experience. I will most certainly return and I look forward to future business in the tmobile Compton store. Thank you for a friendly atmosphere and a effervescent attitude. Britney is very knowledgeable very helpful and it nice to work with she has a beautiful personality glad to have her assistance

I'm a little disappointed with this T-Mobile bc every time I go, something is done differently from the last time and I'm being given charges that aren't due to my negligence yet I'm talked to and questioned as if I messed up. So they never managed to request my replacement phone when they said they would and gave me a loaner phone. Turns out I was being charged for both the loaner phone and the replacement phone that I requested from them and they apparently never put the request in. Once I received it, i was then told that I could not return the loaner phone at this location, that I would have to mail it myself to have it returned. Ship it out and apparently they never received it so when I call customer service they tell me that T-Mobile stores ARE AUTHORIZED to take any phone back if they are to be returned and the store staff members seemed to have neglected doing their job. Now I'm left paying for a phone that isn't even in my hands anymore for the last 6 months and I have to keep calling to have those charges removed or credited to my account. Paying a $300 bill a month when it shouldn't be more than $160. Very disappointing. read more

I had gone to the store to purchase a Samsung Note 8 and I was pretty excited about getting the Note 8 until the guy comes out with my new phone and she just opens the Box and then he's like oh do you want me to set it up for you and I'm looking at him like no I wanted to tell him why did you open it I didn't want you to open it it just felt so wrong and he kept yapping about I don't know what else and all this other BS so is very like okay you know whatever but then after I got home I realized a few things he told me oh this you're going to have for 2 years the lgg6 you have your pain less than you would on this one kind of like making fun about what I was going to do which was not too cool so I thought about it and then I really thought about it and I said this guy open the box he should have never open the box and then it's like you know I don't feel comfortable having this phone anymore and I don't think I'll ever go back to that store just talking about things you shouldn't be talking about the grading his phones in the store and degrading the phones as you buy them and walk out the store and I asked him that same day how much could I get for my LG G6 and he looked at me and he smiled do you really want to know oh my god do you really want to know and I'm like yeah laughing and it just all came back to me and I was like I'm not going to keep this phone I'm taking it back and I did after 4 days because everything he did everything he said made me feel very uncomfortable they really need to retrain their staff they really do read more

In one word.... awesome. The employees here go out of their way to make sure your experience is great. Their customer service is on point and we'll worth the wait.
