PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS. THEY ONLY CARE WHEN THEYRE MAKING A BONUS OUT OF YOU. I purchased the iPhone 17 pro max and was offered the promotion to receive $1000 credit when I completed the trade in. Phone was returned to Att located at 2008 E Lincoln Anaheim CA 92806 in October 2025. Employee by the name of Juan received the phone and said the trade in was complete. I waited 2 month and still didn't receive the trade in credit on my statement. I then visited the same store and they said they don't see a trade in. I asked for open an investigation to which they agreed to. They said to wait 5 days for a call which I never received. I visited the store and they requested I wait a total of 3 months. It's been 4 billing cycles and I still don't see the credit and Juan stole the phone. I called customer service to file a formal complaint and they said there's nothing they can do. I continue to go to the store to request an update and at this point they said there's nothing they can do. I've asked them to check camera footage but they refuse. Employees mentioned they've received multiple complaints about phones missing that were accepted by Juan. When I turned the phone in Juan said I didnt need a paper confirmation and trusted all was complete. ATT promised me a credit. I will file a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Federal Trade Commission (FTB). read more

Bait & Switch Scam - Avoid This Store! I called three times to confirm they had a Google Pixel 9 Pro. Miguel assured me they did. After searching all day, I drove to the store, only to find out they lied--they only had the regular Pixel 9. Key Issues: * Bait & switch tactics: Took my payment for an upgrade before showing me the phone. * Unauthorized charges: $175 taken for a phone I did not want. * I immediately asked to reverse the charges: I asked for Pixel 9 Pro, He tried to switch it with regular Pixel 9. Hoping I would not notice. * Refused to refund properly: No receipt, no confirmation of refund. * Unprofessional & dishonest: Lied about their names, refused to provide proper documentation. * Did not apologize for trying to give me a phone I didn't want. * Tried to force the wrong phone on me, claiming they couldn't reverse the transaction. * Dismissive attitude: Miguel simply said, "It does not really matter to me. I'll just reverse it." He Also told me "Why didn't you just go to the other store?" What should have been a 15-minute phone upgrade turned into a 2-hour nightmare at the store while this rude person called customer service to fix my account. I then had to spend another 3 hours the next day with customer service fixing the mess Miguel and Oscar made on my account. Lesson learned: After speaking with customer service, they explained that this location is just an authorized retailer and filed a report for their shady business practices. I was then sent to a corporate store where they fixed everything and got me the correct phone. Never go to these "Authorized Retailers" run by Prime Communications. You can call a store and simply ask them if they are a retailer or a corporate store before you go there. Stick with corporate stores--the experience is night and day. This tiny location is run by arrogant, punk kids with condescending attitudes. The kid assisting me gave me dirty looks like I was an idiot until he saw I had a legitimate issue with my phone (he assumed I was just ignorant). The customer next to me (by just a few feet because the store is cramped) didn't seem to be getting any better help, either. All 3 cared more about the music blaring in this little closet turned into a store - and the radio/speakers were within arms reach of them, too. I used to work for AT&T and I know how these stores have a reputation for adding things on to your account without your knowing or permission. Against my better judgment, I went here to upgrade because I wanted to support brick-and-mortar stores and possibly give a sales rep some commission. Now Ive been on the phone for the past 30 minutes with customer care because I found out that they added "Next Up upgrade feature" on 2 of my lines without asking me. Great. Really sad about a lot of things. This account happened last year or so, but I wanted to write a review because more people need to know. I buy storage for my iPhone every month, so my photos are always uploading to the cloud. I needed to update my phone because it had water damage, so I upgraded to a new phone. While doing a phone transfer (to get all my contacts, apps, photos from my old phone to new phone), the update kept saying it wouldn't work. I only had 30 days to figure it out since the techs there couldn't help me. Well, the 30 days were up and I couldn't figure it out because I was swamped with work, so I just traded my phone in. I wish I had the time to go to an Apple Store during that time because they were able to transfer MOST of my items that were stuck since my phone "didn't have enough space" by just deleting one or two apps on my phone! More of my photos came through, but nearly 6 months of photos were completely GONE. After the transfer was over, I had my photos and was still able to downloaded those two apps I'd deleted WITH MORE STORAGE SPACE! Apple techs told me if I had just deleted the one or two apps WITH THE OTHER PHONE, my photos would've uploaded to the cloud smoothly and right now, I'd have all my memories saved. Memories are so important to me and because I'm not knowledgeable about tech stuff, I'm really bummed AT&T couldn't help me do that. read more

Firstly, I want to say how pleased I am with the customer service here! Needed to figure out whether I should stick to AT&T or switch to a new carrier to try and cut down on bills a bit. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by the staff working there and was helped immediately! I let them know my situation and they took a look at my bill all while explaining the charges. They worked their magic and switched all my devices onto a new plan, which cut my bill down by almost $90!! But the problem was a few days later when I got an email that I signed up for the accidental plan for the iPhone. I clearly told her that I do not want it. This same issue happened at another store. I got 2 iPhones and a week later I find out that they had the insurance plan for $8.99 each. They must get a commission for doing this and hope that the customer does not find out . DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PLACE SCAMMED ME. I had ATT under another account since I was a kid and I recently went to their store a few days ago to transfer my line to a different account. I was told that I couldn't keep my old phone number because the application did not get approved and he convinced me that my only option was to change my phone number. I ended up changing my number and leaving the store upset. The next day I called ATT customer service to see why I had to change my number, and after being transferred 3 times finally to the right person, they basically said the guy at the ATT store SCAMMED ME. Instead of transferring my phone number from one ATT account to another, HE CREATED ANOTHER LINE. I know this because the line he was supposed to transfer was still active. He basically left us with ANOTHER LINE TO PAY FOR and an ACTIVATION FEE. I've been on the phone with ATT trying to sort out this mess so we don't get charge for this store's shadiness. Came in to buy a 60 dollar for my 90 year old grandmother. The person that assisted me with the transaction was BRENDA VIDIRO. My invoice shows that I only purchased the phone. Days later I received an email stating that I signed up for insurance on this phone. BRENDA conned me and as I look throuch the yelp reviews, she has conned other people too. This is obnoxious. The phone costs 600 bucks and the insurance is 108 a yearr (8.99/month). I have been calling and speaking with ATT customer service and loyalty department. And they all pointed to Local Store and w.o helping customer and blame on the store. I took their advise and called to speak with manager at this location(Alexis), he said he will work with District Manger on Jan 22, 2021 and promised to return my call on Monday Jan 25. There was a screen protector for $30 that I didn't not agree to.. but he said "oh it shows on there but it really was for free.." I just laugh cause this guy is just a total moron. I am the type of person that just sits back and observes. What's the use of standing there and arguing with this guy? DO NOT GO HERE. My iPhone 4s was malfunctioning and I wanted to use my plan upgrade to get the new iPhone 6 in gold and had a terrible experience. Let me start by saying that I had contacted the store over the phone prior to driving there to make sure I could get my phone upgraded that day. 1. They did not have the iphone in stock. I was okay with selecting another color so that was fine. 2. When they were writing it up they said their computers wouldn't let me use my standard upgrade and that I'd have to sign up for the AT&T next program (tacks on the cost of the phone to your bill every month until it's paid off). I had some extra money and told them I just wanted to pay for the phone that day-- I was then told that they "can't do that" at their store. 3. I called customer service while at their store and the rep on the line confirmed that I should be able to pay for the phone without enrolling in the installment plan- taking into account that they are not a corporate store, no questions asked. I even had her on speaker phone and the in-store rep chimed in "I'm the Assistant Manager here (which she was not) and we can't do it, our computers won't let us". The customer service rep on the line apologized on behalf of the store. The store just told me unapologetically, "maybe the Fullerton store can do it for you" 4. I was on my lunch break and already late returning back to work. The store reps knew I had limited time as I told them up front. This was a HUGE waste of time and effort on my part. If they had told me over the phone that they couldn't honor standard upgrades, it would've saved me a wasted hour. Ultimately, I ended up using a corporate store at: 125 S. Main Street, Orange, 92868 The Orange store was FANTASTIC. Excellent customer service, phones in stock of every color, when I asked about upgrade options all were available to me. They also bought back my old phone. The difference in customer service between these two stores was amazing. Came in to buy a replacement go phone walked out not only paying for a phone but also got charged for for a screen protector that I never consented to purchase! I was charged for a phone protector for a phone model that isn't even the same model of phone I originally purchased. I called customer support and after about 2 hours those inepts told me that store purchases could not be refunded over the phone. The thing is I did not purchase a protector case. I was falsely charged for it! There's a difference! They tell me that I have to go to the store to get refunded. I tell them its inconvenient and I cant. They could care less. At&t customer service is trash... So I call the store and some girl who's offended that u caught then trying to get a slick one past me answers and let's me know that my money won't be refunded and yes that the store manager did charge me for a protector and "forgot" to place it in my bag, but that I can choose from a variety of accessories or other gizmos valued at 25$. but that no way in hell am I getting my money back... At this point I'm so frustrating I just give up! How about no you thieving vermin. How about you get a job that doesn't require you to steal from hard working honest people. I'm shocked their isn't a ring of identity theft or money laundering connected to this store. It's the next thing left... Stealing is wrong.
