After my weird experience at the T-Mobile location in Costa Mesa (see my other Yelp review), I…read morewanted to get a sweet treat so I decided to drive north on Harbor to Cream Pan. Remembering there's another T-Mobile store nearby, I decided to drop by to see if the employees are nicer at this location in Santa Ana. Immediately as I step in, Luis asked me if I was here for the hat. Two of the four phrases were displayed. He was so nice and did not oddly gate-keep the hats like the gentleman at the Costa Mesa store. As I was leaving, I noticed on Luis' name tag that he was the retail store manager which didn't surprise me. Demonstrating great customer care/service is a sign of true leadership and professionalism.
