Verizon was recommended by a handful of friends that said they were very pleased with their service. A new location was erected nearby my work so I decided to head over and see what options they had. The store is located on the first floor of a two story building in a small shopping center on the corner of MacArthur & Bristol. When I stepped inside, it looked clean modern and well appointed with accessory displays throughout. The associate was working with someone so I waited for about 10min or so. When she came over she apologized for the wait and I began to discuss cell phone plans. She offered some great plans which included internet as well! So not only was I breaking up with AT&T, I was breaking up with Spectrum, too! They offered a sweet discount on the iPhone 17 Pro Max, so I went with that. About 20min later, I had a shiny new iPhone and sparkling new cell service & internet to boot. I'm still working out some of the kinks of having new service on a new phone but all of that is par for the course. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience and I'm hoping it will the start of a long & happy relationship.

He could not have been more helpful and kind. Out of all the Verizon's in Orange County the Corona Del Mar store is the very best and it is primarily due to the outstanding Sergio and is phenomenal customer service. He made my stress gone, put a smile on my face, helped me out and truly made my day and all my phone problems disappear and were fixed. I hope that corporate knows what an amazing irreplaceable, valuable, significant person Sergio is at this store. Due to him this is the only Verizon store I will ever go to. I wish I could give more than five stars because he deserves at least ten or more.

Every time I ask for an update, I do not receive a clear answer. Charging a customer before completing the service is unacceptable. I expected much better customer service and communication. This is what YELP is for--to highlight a great experience:…read more A few weeks ago the steel bolt that holds the seat assembly together on my 19-year-old bicycle cracked while riding causing the seat and parts that hold it to fly all over the road on a downhill and thankfully I was able to stop it without a crash after taking the seatless seat pole up my butt--ouch! Never had this happen before but it's the original bolt--19 years old. Brought the bicycle to 3 bike shops including REI and they all told me to trash the bike and buy a new one because they don't make that bolt anymore--bike is too old--but this would cost $2000.00 to replace that bicycle 19-years later with similar. Another shop told me to try Home Depot for the bolt. The guy there showed me to the bolts and took off, when I found one on my own--he looked it over and said it was correct but it did not fit when I got it home. Discouraged, I decided to try ACE in CDM but not optimistic because Home Depot did not have it--how would a small hardware store have it? Walked in and asked for the person most knowledgeable about Bolts? They all pointed to Sid. He took me over to the bolt area, took the old cracked bolt from me and put in into their bolt sizer (see pic), picked out the correct bolt and length and told me it's $1.79. He did not tell me that I need the wrench for it so I went back to the area--he was then helping a woman much cuter than me but pointed to the cabinet with the bolt wrenches ($1.89). That's okay, I was thrilled to find the right bolt and save the bicycle from termination. I tested it in the clamp in the store and it worked. And it fit perfect when I put the seat assembly back together at home and was able to ride the bicycle again! Big Yea! Take away: Maybe go to ACE instead of Home Depot? Home Depot does not have the diagnostics that this ACE does. Anyone ever try those frozen pies they have at the entrance?

Out of all the Home Depot's I've been to in SoCal, this one had exceptional customer service. As someone who worked in retail management for over 10 years, whenever is running this location is doing something right. Greeted multiple times throughout the store, when I asked for help the employee got what I needed down right away. Cashier helped me check out (it's funny because this is rare nowadays) And even after I loaded my stuff I my car a staff member promptly got my oversized cart.
