I was just in there and Sergio was AMAZING!! The most wonderful, kind, knowledgeable Verizon person/technician/worker I've ever been to in all my many years of going to and dealing with Verizon. He could not have been more helpful and kind. Out of all the Verizon's in Orange County the Corona Del Mar store is the very best and it is primarily due to the outstanding Sergio and is phenomenal customer service. He made my stress gone, put a smile on my face, helped me out and truly made my day and all my phone problems disappear and were fixed. I hope that corporate knows what an amazing irreplaceable, valuable, significant person Sergio is at this store. Due to him this is the only Verizon store I will ever go to. I wish I could give more than five stars because he deserves at least ten or more. read more

Poor answer to questions.... When you ask why... And the answer is I'm just doing my job. Customer service person, Romero made faces with other customer service person. Listening to the customer would make for better business instead of interrupting. Allow the customer to finish a sentence. Romero the customer service person took things personally. He was unable to understand the customer's requests and needs. He showed no interest in solving or offering help. Romero showed only interest in selling a phone to the customer. He sold a phone to me and then shared there are more fees, which included a one-time setup and taxes which were NOT shared at the beginning of the sale. The value of time spent at this location was an earful experience of poor personal service. The focus from the customer service rep was poor. I introduced myself and he continued to call me miss. On the other hand, my service earlier today on the phone was excellent. That service person listened, heard my frustrations, and helped me solve my problems. I will not step foot at this location again. read more

Beware beware beware. This store location's employee sold us a plan, however, it was not set up as sold. This resulted in over $2,160 being charged to our account than agreed. He also added other charges that were not disclosed such as insurance, set up fees, new plan conversion fees.... We have been to the store 4 more times, spoken to the manager, had numerous conversations with customer service. Nothing has changed, despite promises to correct the error. This is no way to treat 13 year customers. read more

This is an update to my earlier review of July 22, 2025. I notice from Janice M.'s review that there is a new manager on site now. That was needed. However, my issue with Consumer Fraud (employee did not set up the plan he sold to us, and added charges not even discussed) has not been addressed. Viktra Corporate responded within 24 hours of my first Yelp review with offer to assist. However, since then, there has been nothing but delays and "we need more time to review" for over three weeks. Extremely disappointing, especially when consumer fraud is evident. read more

Not a corporate store. They cannot see any transactions done out side of their limited network. if you purchased at a corporate store you will need to go to Jamboree and Michelson (or the store where you bought your phone) for help. read more

They cheat on senior citizens. I got burned of that. They sold me an internet box which was not working. When I returned it they said they would send a box to return and they didn't. Now they want $300 from me. I am a senior citizen and they are good at ripping of the old people. read more

Loved this Verizon store. Aldo helped me out from start to finish. They had a variety of options for me and gave me a great price as well!! He even called customer service to help me transfer my line from ATT, since there was an issue with my number transfer. Aldo made sure to call me to keep me updated and fixed my issue. You go in this place and they try to sell you everything there is they ripped me off with my Apple phone... i'm television, Verizon's offering a bunch of things they gave me nothing they just made me think I was getting a great deal ... the manager came back and sold me Verizon Internet I got rid of. Cox internet ... but at least that was strong and worked well he told me it's $35 a month after the free 30 day trial period now it's 70.00 a month It's also not strong and people can't hear me while I'm talking on the phone and I have to reboot it once a week so it'll work they make it that you think they're helping you. They were very friendly and nice which is why I'm giving 2 stars. However, the employee we worked with definitely needs some more on the job training or something. I brought in my iPad to activate the cellular on it. Employee said "oh we can't activate it, you bought an iPad not compatible with Verizon. You can probably resell it for a Verizon iPad." I left, brought the iPad into Apple and told them this, wondering why they would sell me the wrong iPad, and they looked completely shocked and said "not true, just go to a Corporate Verizon store." So we went to an actual Verizon store and in about 5 minutes, they popped in a SIM card and my iPad has service. Why didn't the authorized retailer employee know this? Went in here with an odd, specific request for a device I needed for work; everyone went above and beyond to find that device on the right version, during an incredibly busy time. Chris was incredibly informative and answered every question I had, and everyone here was incredibly helpful and kind in looking for, and helping me set up my device. Really appreciate sanitizer placed everywhere, regular cleaning of surfaces the staff does, and even providing masks (!!). The store layout is incredibly open, and I was always a safe distance from others while still being relatively busy. They're one of the few Verizon stores in the area with in-store shopping at the moment , but they're doing well to operate as safely as possible. read more

They always find a solution to my problems and I simply like the fact that I can walk to their store from my home in Corona del Mar. This is so wonderful! So I am a T-Mobil customer having an absolutely crazy and frantic day and somehow in my purse my phone went into vision accessibility mode which I could not get out of so in a panic not being able to find the T-Mobile store I went to the Verizon store to ask for directions! Hoping they would be that kind to me the manager Robinson it was so amazing and went out of his way out to actually help me reset my phone so that I could use it properly!!!! I really had to laugh with love, relief and joy because they never made me feel bad about being another carriers customer!
