Employee told me I would be charged only one month for international call. I confirmed twice. But they kept charging. They made my use 800 number to stop the charge. Took an hour. Then I waited for manager but he didn't have authority to stop or reverse a $100 charge. Exchange a watch but they have charged me for 9 months for the service for the watch they own. Again manager has no authority. No that I took off the international calls, calls to me are not coming through The loyalty number they gave me dropped after 10 minutes and again after 5 minutes. I've been with them 20 years and over paying on and off. Dont trust the reps here or the manager read more

There was one customer and one representative when I walked in, he said "I'll be able to help in about 25 minutes" I waited for 25 minutes only to be told I cannot drop my phone off here after confirming with Verizon on the phone that this location was a corporate location, only to be told that it is in fact just an authorized retailer and I had to drive to another location. If the representative had just taken one second to ask why I was there or had a check-in system (like they have at every other Verizon store I've been to) I would have avoided this huge delay in my day. My advice is avoid this location entirely. read more

this Verizon store has the worst customer service and very poor management. I will never come back here!! theyre very unprofessional and wanted to charge me for a screen saver which I already purchased twice in the past two months and wanted me to pay full price for it which was $72 instead of the prior discount given which was a $40 discount they had charged me the last 2 times which came out to $27 horrible customer service!! Service is slow Need more people to handle new purchases and customer service. If you call for customer service you are asked to go to the nearest Verizon center to help with questions. I waited an hour on phone and it then hung up on me. So I went into store and as I waited I called ... there is no customer service on the phone at this time. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! I went into the store to pickup my upgraded devices in October that were ordered online. when I arrived I was dissuaded from taking the phones home to activate, with the service rep, stating they needed to be activated in the store and that all my lines would be shut off. I opted to come back later and pick them up. When I returned he explained that there was a device upgrade fee and tax. I activated my phones in the store and left with instructions to wipe my phones and return, which I did, and was told the upgrade device credit would be processed and start in the next bill. Cue Absolute WORST Experience ever. I returned with the devices and questioned why I was charged an upgrade fee on my bill as well. He informed my that was for the in store assistance (which was him sitting as his desk while I followed the apple prompt) I sneered and said thats some shady biz to charge $40/phone for that. He informed me he processed the $1000/line credits to start next month. I returned after 2 billing cycles (december) to ask why the line credits had still not processed on my account, to which he stated he would redo them now and send it through. Asked for email confirmation and states he cannot sent outgoing email. Then says but we will take care of it thats what part of the setup fee is for so you dont have to deal with the online/phone service. The happened again in january. and surprise when I looked again at my bill yesterday still not getting the credit. So I return. This time was different, the person seemed to have a clue about what was happening then tells me that the prior rep didnt process them at all. She did some clicking and moving between ipad and computer and stated it was going to get done right now. I also asked to speak to a manager due to the fact that I was told this service charge per line was for things like this and they hadnt delivered what they charged for. Was told its nonrefundable and the manager covers two stores and cant be reached. Asked for a call back still waiting. at this point she asks me to check my bill the credits should appear on my "next bill" area. To my surprise my next bill is now 3.5x its normal rate and over $1000. Panic set in on her face and she had no idea what she had done and called the billing service line and they were unable to correct on the spot, and to monitor for it all to process through. Well today who knows what happened but now the applied the credits but didnt back out the charges she somehow added to the lines. I have been in the store 4 times, on the phone for the last 2h and still have no idea what the incompetent people at this store did to completely screw up my account. Im just waiting until they rectify the charges now so I can buy out devices and leave VERIZON all together because of this EXACT STORE. Long story short VICTRA is a SHADY Verizon contractor, do yourself a favor and go only to a corporate store. read more

I came here to get a new phone while my husband was in surgery to help pass time and keep my mind busy. The man helping me seemed nice and I did tell about my husband being in surgery and the health situation we were in. Along with having conversations about our children. This man acted as if he was sympathetic to my situation and was trying to "help" me. Instead he scammed me for his benefit. He gave me 2 SIM cards and told me to hold on to them for when my children were older. Today I looked at the break down and it turns out he made both lines active and I was paying over $60 a month for them! I called and Verizon and they made it clear that this is something they do not do and this guys did it for his benefit in sales! Beware! This guy is taking advantage of people in sensitive situations. This man should not be working for this company let alone so close to a hospital! I'm just sad I wasn't able to access his name. If you were given SIM cards at this store check your bill breakdown and call Verizon and get it fixed. Luckily they were able to refund me. Do not go to this location! read more

I had a Worst experience! I have been a Verizon customer for over 25+ years and have made many  trade-ins on phones and updated plans. But this store is just a "contracted" third party not directly affiliated with Verizon. Our last trade was never processed. It's been four months and we are still paying for phones that they have in their possession but never applied the credit back. I have made various calls to the store to only get "the call center" Verizon can help a lot since we went through a "third-party" DO NOT go to this store unless you just need troubleshooting. read more

This is the Verizon store which convinced me to switch to T-Mobile. My connection with Verizon in the middle of the most populous areas was truly horrific. So, I come into this store while trying to teach online. My Verizon internet connection, while in the Verizon store, in the middle of wealthy beach side Orange County, could NOT hold up a connection - not even basic audio, nor webcam, nor screen sharing. Customer support repeatedly called me a liar for authorizing a long distance plan then charged fulll rates for calling long distance

Never come to this store. I purchased a phone online through the Verizon app and chose this location as the in-store pickup location. When I went to get the phone, they tried to charge me a $40 service charge fee for having to give me the phone that I purchased online. I questioned this and asked them if I had it delivered to my house, I wouldn't pay this fee and they said yes. I told them I'm not paying an extra fee that I was never told and they said to cancel the order. As I'm leaving and calling Verizon customer service, the employee there marked me as picking up the phone. I got ahold of someone at the loyalty department with Verizon and explained to them the whole situation and they told me to go back to the store and put the manager on the phone and that I will get the phone without paying the $40 fee. I go back and have the customer service rep on speaker talking to the manager and the manager said that they had told me they would waive the fee (which they never did) and that they would give me the phone. After giving me the phone, the manager then told me that Verizon Wireless can't tell them how to run their business so they can charge "service fees". STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU. GO TO THE CORPORATE LOCATION ON HARBOR INSTEAD. read more

I spent 3 hours in this store and left feeling completely taken advantage of and ripped off. I'm very unhappy and missed an hour of work to top it off because I was here for so long. I brought in a phone that I purchased from Best Buy and they were unable to connect it, but then offered to bring in his daughters used phone the next day for me to buy which I thought was sketchy. All I wanted to do was connect a new phone to our plan and I ended up having to buy a new phone because for some reason he could not connect the phone I brought in. Mind you, I just had to take his word for it because he was working off an iPad and I had zero visual of anything he was doing. I do not recommend this store at all. Please go to the actual Verizon store on Harbor in the future. I do not want to post his name because he was very nice until the next day when I had to come in having to ask for my receipts that I did not receive the day of transactions. By the way, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with this service, but I was hacked very recently after I visited this store. I was there for 3 hours not seeing anything that was being done. As a Verizon customer with 4 phones on their plan spending $300 a month for the last 9 years customer service is horrible! Spent hours on the phone with tech line with no success for a sim not available issue intermittently! Was told all Verizon stores have SIM cards by customer service! Not this store first thing out of the guys mouth was ten bucks, then he said they didn't have any, Said he couldn't help me with no PIN number! Blamed Apple for the problem! Blew me off and sent me to another store! i always believed Verizon had best service! Haha! Just wait till your phone doesn't work and you need help! The worst customer service experience ever. Literally came 4 different times to transfer my phone over from AT&T. Always at least 1 hour for every visit and no one seemed to know how to make the transfer happen properly. Application process was long and tedious. In this day and age if you are a technology company the ease of customer setup and implementation should be easy. Period. read more
