I found Brianna direct but friendly. Its just like all other interactions what you get is what you put in. Not all personalities click, mine just did, I like her. I found her direct yes, but gave me what I wanted and for the price she said she would charge. She changed a battery in my promax 13 in less than two hours. She told me about the warning I would get about the "non genuine Apple part" She is a business lady that has to make a living. The gentleman told me it could be fixed but would be a couple days because they want to be sure and do it right and not give it to me prematurely. This place advertisement states to repair and unlock your cell phone. This is Not true. The cell I gave the woman at this store had been reset by Samsung technician. My request to her was to unlock the swipe code which she said she could do. She didn't do a thing. She told me to take it home and I could do it. I paid her cash for nothing. I left the store thinking she had unlocked the phone. No she hadn't. I took it back to her and she wanted more money of course. She hadn't earned the first payment. I was sold a screen for my iPhone 11 Pro max. Or had scratched on it so it was sold at a reduced price of 70$. A few weeks later my phone stopped working. I brought it back here and was told it was not the screen that was the problem. They attempted to charge me for an iPhone repair. I went to a different phone specialist and was told whoever sold me a screen sold it to me with water damage on it. They told me the shop that sold it to me would have a warranty. 24/7 wireless sold me a screen with water damage and did nothing to resolve the issue. I now am out of my phone for a week and $70 had been taken from me with adequate service. This store scammed into buying this screen saying it was perfectly fine with minor scratches, however, knew their was water damage detected. My phone had been broken for the first time and I was calling every tech shop near me and wasn't feeling how expensive everything was, then I called 24/7 wireless and they gave me the cheapest price. At first I was skeptical, but I was so wrong I came in and they took my phone and said to give them 30 min. I came back in 20 and my phone was fixed. I couldn't be happier with the service here! I shattered my phone about a month ago and have prolonged getting it fixed because Apple said it would cost $150 and AT&T told me it would be $200 (even though I pay extra for insurance every month!!). When visiting my parents, my mom took me here because she couldn't take looking at my screen any longer. There were three woman that greeted and helped us. They were SO sweet and fixed my phone in an hour (maybe even quicker than that). The total was only $90!!! While we waited, we played with their adorable dog Pumpkin and even bought a new phone case for only $15! I am going to tell everyone about this place if their phone brakes in any way. Worst Service and Business ever. Walked in one week ago to replace my cracked screen. The lady broke my TOUCH ID home button that is irreplaceable unless you buy a whole new phone I've learned (and it only works with Bluetooth on) and replaced my screen with a cheap screen that is constantly turning green and purple from poor LCD repair. She handed me a $100 for the inconvenience but in all reality she should be buying me a new phone. She broke it more than it was when I went in there. This place is GREAT! I have an old Razr V3 Motorola flip phone that's hot pink w/tatoos from the Miami Ink guy. I LOVE it and don't want a new phone. Anyway, about a year 1/2 the LED display on it died. I looked all over for a place to fix it; this place was AMAZING! They took one look at it, said, "It'll take about 30 minutes." YAAAAAAAY! I was so thrilled they could even fix it let alone in less than an HOUR!! I figured it would be days if at all. They are very rude and you're better off, taking your problems somewhere else, to a real professional, for a couple of dollars more. They said that they would give me my money back with a receipt. I said that I misplaced it and they said that they didn't have the time to look for it, with a real nasty attitude. I tried to give the business to a local small shop owner, instead of Sprint, but basically got screwed by 24/7 Wireless. Never will go back or recommend their services to anyone. Shopped around a bit for screen replacement. $100 seemed like a deal. End of the day, you get what you pay for. I picked phone up after repair, all looked well. After a day I could see air bubbles in between glass and LCD. Took back in within a few days. The guy told me that this is common with Samsungs and there's nothing he can do about it. The OEM glue could not be replaced. BS if I've ever heard it. Disclose this to me BEFORE I fork over a Benjamin bro! Air bubbles prevented me from holding down buttons for snap chat and other apps. 30 day warranty didn't mean much. I should've learned from Tommy Boy " Tommy: Because they know all they sold ya was a guaranteed piece of crap. That's all it is, isn't it? Hey, if you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I will. I got spare time. The best customer service ever. They have fixed phones for me and sold me phones. Then, they spent tons of time on the phone with carriers trying to resolve issues. I have AT&T and TMobile - this vendor knows how to work both carriers. They have a cute poodle that hangs out in the shop to hang out with while waiting. Next door there are killer enchiladas de Hidalgo. This is a store that has great prices and they give a lot of info for free even when they don't make a sale. First off, their name is very misleading. I went in to just buy a part because I didn't want to wait for it to ship, but I couldn't do that, they HAD to be the ones to do the repair. I eventually succumbed and just got it fixed. The tech immediately botched the job. I had an s5 with the broken screen already removed (more than half the work done), but they charged me for full labor. The tech handed my phone back with the new screen not even adhered to the phone, the screen was over the front camera, just a terrible job. Looked like a child did it. I asked them to fix it and they reapplied some heat and clamped it down with a heavy paperclip. It was still crap. Once I got it home I put a heated rice pack on it and was able to do a better job than their "tech". Will never return. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I'm happy with the service I got here replacing my daughter's iPhone 6s display. I would/will return the next time one of my kids or I break another phone. Brianna (the owner) can come across pretty brash, but I think it's really just a manner of speaking. She's actually very well spoken, sharp and charming. My daughters phone worked perfectly after the repair, and when we had a problem with the replacement screen after a few weeks (my "little" one carries her phone in her back pocket), they repaired it in just a few minutes, no charge, on the spot and as a warranty repair, no problem. I have seen other shops that only put about 1/2 the fasteners back in, and generally do sloppy work, and I've been jerked on warranty issues in the past, Brianna and her crew were meticulous (I watched very carefully) with my repair and a couple others on Samsung's as we were discussing price and a whole other set of problems that turned out to be Sprint screwing up our account, and mistakenly reporting this phone as lost or stolen. We had 5 times more trouble getting Sprint squared away, this repair was cake. read more
