I saw how he was testing it and it was a pretty much checking the generic swipe motions. My issue was closing out screens/sites/pages and using the left side of the keyboard. Anyways, he was more than willing to replace my screen in case I just had a bad one. Just for that I will give him another star. After he replaced it, i checked a few things and it seemed fine. But currently I do notice my a and s not working too well just like before. I guess I'll have to wait and see if anything else is really better or not. A+ for his after service. ----end----- I had them replace my iphone 7plus screen and they were pretty quick about it. But the touch isnt too great. The accuracy is off too. Like when im typing, it suddenly skips somewhere else. And that never happened before.... But the worst is the touch sensors at the corners of the screen. The top right corner is the worst bc thats what i use the most....whether for closing a window/browser and when on sns. That corner touch is very important. I could have gotten this screen replaced for $10 cheaper but i decided to use them bc they had a 5 star reviews! But my advice is to just use the cheapest bc its probably all the same. At least its not cracked....and it "works"...

I tried to fix it however due to the poor quality it won't show correct colors. Also, the touch screen now doesn't work very well. When typing it will not recognize all the letters. When on safari and scrolling it will just randomly open windows and web pages that I barely touch. I have called several times as well today trying to speak to someone and they are not answering. I'm taking my phone to Apple to see if they can replace this screen with one that is acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this business if you are looking for your phone to be restored back to its original state. I wish I could get my money back for this job, it wasn't worth it.

When I returned (a 30-mile drive), they refused to check it despite arriving 40 minutes before closing. The "6-month warranty" was useless. They claimed the screen was cracked even though I only removed the protector to help them see the freezing issue. As an Uber driver, I couldn't be without a phone, so I had to settle for a broken, taped-up LCD for another $10. That also failed within two weeks. I eventually had to go to another branch listed on their card, where a low-quality, non-original LCD was installed. The phone still freezes constantly. I have wasted time, money, and gas. I expect a full refund for the faulty parts and the terrible experience I've had to endure. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

This is what I came up with during my research period: -most private establishments will charge anywhere from $175+ -APPLE store will charge $150 (not including labor and accessories) and could go up to $300...and it would take a 2 day period to fix it as well -most places dont even work on IPHONE 5 -some places will clean the shards of glasses and glue on a screen (BIG NO!) well...not this place...not DR. APPLE OC! So why is this place awesome? -THEY DRIVE TO YOU!!?? well your probably thinking (jus as I did) that the price would be more expensive? WRONG! -THEY ONLY CHARGE $135 !! YES...out of all of searching...this place had the cheapest price...and its SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper! -they dont just replace the screen...they replace the whole panel, the home button...basically the whole front piece HUGO was my technician, he arrived and he got straight to business. He finished the job in about 20 minutes. iPhone looked brand new, he ran a few test (i.e. the home button, the speakers, the screen, and the lock, etc...) and then he left. Very very happy with the service done here...especially for the price...and especially how I didnt have to leave my house! VERY WELL RECOMMENDED!
