Update on 9/18 I was asked to come into the store so they can take a look at the problem I was having. I saw how he was testing it and it was a pretty much checking the generic swipe motions. My issue was closing out screens/sites/pages and using the left side of the keyboard. Anyways, he was more than willing to replace my screen in case I just had a bad one. Just for that I will give him another star. After he replaced it, i checked a few things and it seemed fine. But currently I do notice my a and s not working too well just like before. I guess I'll have to wait and see if anything else is really better or not. A+ for his after service. ----end----- I had them replace my iphone 7plus screen and they were pretty quick about it. But the touch isnt too great. The accuracy is off too. Like when im typing, it suddenly skips somewhere else. And that never happened before.... But the worst is the touch sensors at the corners of the screen. The top right corner is the worst bc thats what i use the most....whether for closing a window/browser and when on sns. That corner touch is very important. I could have gotten this screen replaced for $10 cheaper but i decided to use them bc they had a 5 star reviews! But my advice is to just use the cheapest bc its probably all the same. At least its not cracked....and it "works"... read more

I brought my phone in to have the screen repaired. It took about 30min. The screen used has to be very cheap. The coloring is now terrible. I tried to fix it however due to the poor quality it won't show correct colors. Also, the touch screen now doesn't work very well. When typing it will not recognize all the letters. When on safari and scrolling it will just randomly open windows and web pages that I barely touch. I have called several times as well today trying to speak to someone and they are not answering. I'm taking my phone to Apple to see if they can replace this screen with one that is acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this business if you are looking for your phone to be restored back to its original state. I wish I could get my money back for this job, it wasn't worth it. read more

I was looking for a place to get my battery fixed for my iPhone 6S and heard of this place from a trusted friend who got their iPhone 6 screen fixed here. She gave me the phone number of the business and I gave them a call. I was helped by Ali to make an appointment at this location and he was very kind to make time for us to come by on a Saturday afternoon. This place is located right on Newport Blvd and the closest parking is right on the street and the spots there are limited. I show up at the place and Ali told me that he can definitely change the battery but it might crack the screen even more than it was because my screen was already badly cracked. I appreciated his honesty and I decided to get both the screen and battery fixed since I had already planned to do it someday and just killed two birds with one stone! The work Ali did was great and finished it all in under 30 min! Also with a Yelp check-in he placed a free glass screen protector on my phone and even put one for my friend who went there with me who was his former customer who recommended me there! I know why it's called the iPhone X. It's because it's Xpensive as hell to repair the east-to-break OLED screen. I called every repair shop around and they had the cheapest iPhone X screen replacement around--with a lifetime warranty!* And it was done in 10 minutes. This place is a scam! Save your money and don't bother with their junk replacement screens or promise to "take care of it" if you have problems. Completely denied any responsibility, tried to claim it was "out of warranty" when they just asked me how long ago I got my screen replaced by them...and then surprise it only had a two month warranty..."But I can give you good discount". I've had multiple iPhone screen repairs done on different versions this is by far the most terrible! It took me 20 minutes to write this review because the screen has a crazy mind of its own. Save yourself the trouble and the waste of money and look elsewhere. I promise you'll be happier than me that you did! You cannot trust them.
