Tony delivered exactly what you hope for from a mobile repair service: honest communication, fair pricing, technical knowledge, and a fast, professional repair. Before arriving, he called and thoroughly explained the screen options and pricing for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. What stood out was that he wasn't trying to upsell me -- he gave honest feedback on each option and helped me decide based on whether I wanted a short-term or long-term solution. His pricing was very reasonable compared with other repair shops, especially considering he came directly to me. Before starting, Tony inspected the damage and explained that its location near the motherboard could potentially mean additional issues. Once he opened the phone, he confirmed the board was undamaged and proceeded with the original OEM screen replacement. About 20 minutes later, my screen was replaced. He also came prepared with a screen protector, which I appreciated and had him install. Before leaving, we went through the phone together, tested screen responsiveness, checked the settings, and confirmed there were no alerts or issues. Then came the unexpected bonus. After a previous battery replacement at uBreakiFix, my earpiece volume had become extremely low. I NEVER mentioned this to Tony. On my first call after his repair, the earpiece was suddenly so loud and clear that I thought my phone was on speaker. It wasn't. Somewhere during the repair, Tony corrected that issue too -- without being asked and without charging me anything extra. That attention to detail is what took this from a good repair experience to a genuinely impressive one. Tony is knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and an excellent communicator. If you need your phone repaired, I'd strongly recommend calling these guys first. I absolutely would use them again. *additionally, Tony gave me back my old screen and told me if I ever want to do the IC transfer that it can be done as long as I keep this part. read more

Everything from scheduling to the actual service was great. Quick and easy. The best part is the service coming straight to you, I was able to get it done on my lunch break ! So far the repair is working fine and the battery replacement comes with a 3 month warranty read more

I just got my iPhone screen repaired by Tony very professional give great prices I highly recommend him he was here in 20 minutes fast service Thank you Tony read more

Do not recommend this company. First he missed my appointment then gave me the wrong screen & tried to charge me for the higher price screen until I called it out. The cheap screen he gave me was draining my better & burning my phone so I had him come change it & he charged me $50 when it was supposed to be $20 difference. After he put on the new screen it started to go black on me within a week to where I couldn't see the screen & had to power off the phone to get it back on. When I contacted him about the issue he said I damaged the screen & that's why it was doing it. Waste of $170. Now I'm going to Apple read more

Tony helped us two times and he did a great job solving our problems! I would highly recommend this company. read more

This guy is awesome. What a life saver! Literally came to our door within minutes! Fast, and you can't beat the price! Other places quoted us more than double of what he charged us. And a huge bonus is that he comes to you and fixes the phone on the spot! Can't get any better than that. Highly recommend read more

I reached out via email through their website and got a quote for the repair and confirmed payment and scheduling options. Toni showed up not soon after and and my screen replaced in less than 15 minutes. Phone was 4 years old and Apple wanted almost $350 to replace just the screen. I had it done for less than half that! It's not reporting as a genuine apple part but it works perfectly fine and since the phone was paid off years ago and well out of warranty it doesn't bother me as long as it keeps me in business. I will be investing in a new case soon though :) read more

If I could give this guy more than five stars I would, great service. I thought my phone was a goner, I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max. He was able to repair it within 15 minutes right outside my house. Really appreciate it the work that was done. read more

iRestore iphone repair was fast, reliable and had my daughter's phone (needed for a sport training) fixed in record time! Thank you!

I am absolutely shocked at the poor quality, I asked for a lense repair and he ruined my whole camera. There is a glare because he used windex on my screen I asked him to fix it and he refused. There is also glass shards that are in my camera lense moving around. After getting a quote from apple due to the damage i have to pay $250 to get it repaired. do not go here worst shop ever read more

Replaced my iPhone 7 battery. Technician, Tony, arrived on time to scheduled appointment and his service was very quick, about 15 minutes to complete repairs. He was also very helpful in sharing knowledge about the different components of the inside of my phone. And other potential parts that may need future repairs since my iPhone 7 is as old as when I bought it in 2016. Very nice of the technician to offer honest options of repairs. My Dad and girlfriend realized there was a phone repair technician present so asked after completing my repair if he could also replace and install screen protectors on their two phones. He completed both within a few minutes so for the convenience, speed of service and value of the price of services I would highly recommend services and use them again in the future! Very convenient for them to drive to my location in Huntington Beach and provide their services on Mother's Day. read more

Super helpful and fast! Great customer service great prices! Best part is that he's mobile!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! He fixed my phone, but the next day, i was receiving calls and texts from his number. Sending me photos of his shirtless flexing body. i called the number back to investigate, and the man hung up on me. I felt threatened and immediately reported this number to the police. I do not recommend this service. read more

I reached out to iRestore iPhone Repair yesterday after finding them on Google. I am thrilled with the customer service I received! Really, thrilled. Tony called me within 15 mins of my inquiry and gave me an estimate of when he could be here, how long the repair would take, and a quote. When I got home I realized that my sons phone needed a new back and touch screen. Tony again was timely, knowledgeable and reliable. He showed up when he said, stayed in communication throughout the process. My sons phone was repaired at a fair price same day! I walked in my office this morning and told my coworkers about my experience and how happy I am. I heartily recommend them! Thanks again, Tony! read more

I have used Tony's services, more times than I care to count, (think teenagers and cell phones,) and each time he has fixed the phone quickly and professionally. On one occasion that he could not fix it immediately, he gave me options, and I appreciated his honesty. The prices are fair, (less than some shops for repair I have used in the past,) and he drives right to your home, and does repairs on site. It truly doesn't get easier than that! I highly recommend this service! read more

He fixed my iphone screen for way under $100, he has also sold me a phone, a protective case and doesn't charge anyone unless he can actually fix it. I tell everyohe about them, plus its easy you drive up-bada bing bada boom Thanks for all you have helped me with. read more

If you're a person like me who literally dreads going over to Newport Center and begging the Apple Store and iPhone people to get you in for an appointment to work on your phone, the solution is at hand! I have used iRestore iPhone twice now and I find their service and convenience well worth the money. My iPhone X totally broke down and they came out to take a look at it within 20 minutes. They told me what was wrong and what a fix would cost and it was very reasonable. I used time they were working on my phone to do my work which paid for the entire service in a very short order. And the best part I didn't have to leave the comfort of my home and when they were through I just drove straight to work. The phone now works perfectly and I got an installed new battery to boot! I would recommend this service to anyone who values their time and doesn't want to spend half the day trying to get an appointment at the Apple Store and then driving back at a later date. If you want your phone to work now use these people! BL. Newport Beach read more

Great guy. Very professional and works fast. Fixed my cracked screen in a timely manner and was very kind and informative.

Highly recommend! They were recommended by a friend who has several kids with phones in constant need of repairs. Tony responded to my message within minutes, and we scheduled a same-day appointment. We, however, had to cancel and reschedule. Tony was very accommodating, showed up as discussed the following day, repaired the phone in about 15 minutes, all at an extremely reasonable price. Plus, he is a very sweet guy! I have their contact saved now for any future repair needs. read more

The best service you could ask for !! Saul was prompt, friendly and all around excellent. I broke my screen at 730pm after most places were closed , I contacted iRestore iPhone repair and left a message expecting to get a response or appointment the next day . I received a return call shortly after and by 830 Saul was at my apartment fixing my phone . With a 6 month warrenty ( way beyond the usual 3 month or none at all , this isn't my first repair ) and such amazing service I definitely won't go anywhere else for screen or part repairs. Hands down great place to get your phone repaired, excellent pricing, wait time was very fast actually, Tony assisted me with my iPhone screen repair and I must say he did an amazing job, my screen is actually brighter and before it would lag a bit due to a previous repair but iRestore iPhone Repair is definitely the place you'd want to go. The best iPhone repair experience I've ever had. I called local businesses and shopped around before deciding to have Saul come and fix my cracked iPhone screen. He was willing to come to me within hours with all his tools and equipment. We easily scheduled a time over text and he was wonderful with follow-up and showing up on time. He came my home, answered all my questions, quickly and efficiently replaced my phone screen. He even gave me tips on how to restore the faulty software in my phone. Saul was super friendly and knowledgable. My phone was up and running within minutes. After leaving, he later on checked back in to make sure everything was working properly. Better priced than anyone I called locally and just impeccable work. Compare that with uBreakiFix, where I went before calling up Saul. uBreakiFix has the unknowledgable sales guy in the front and the actual technician in the back, hidden from customers. You have no way of ensuring they're doing the right work and no way getting all your questions answered. Saul is completely transparent, not at all salesy (a pet peeve of mine), and patient. Never thought an iPhone repair experience could be so smooth and positive. Saul's my go-to phone repair guy now that I'll be recommending to all family and friends. read more
