If you can't come to Anthony, he will come to you to get the services done! 20 mins and boom your phone looks spanking new and it usually will cost less than Apple care and the services are so much better with fusion tech. Amazing. Highly recommended read more

So my phone was acting up and wouldn't turn on around 1am. I came with my boyfriend to Fusion Tech and Tony opened up my phone and reset the battery and everything was working fine -- he fixed it in less than 10 minutes. He explained sometimes in a moist weather, it can turn the phone off unless you reset the battery and keep it in a cool area. On top of that, he gave me tempered glass :D Tony was a super genuine and nice guy. Im bringing my friends here for future repairs. read more

Fusion Tech - The place is really tidy and clean. Still fixing it up and upgrading. Love the place :) - Electronics Repair Near Me

Best price and super customer service. Tony got the phone fixed on a Sunday afternoon for half the price of whatever shows for asking. He did a great job too and fixed it while we waited. Are use the Yelps request a quote feature and Tony got back to me within a few minutes. I will definitely try that request a quote feature again! read more

If I could give more stars, I would. He was quick to reply, had the best price, and had the best customer service. I brought my 4 year old with me (and we all know, at that age, they talk a lot and there's nothing that will stop them from talking). He was so kind and explained everything to me, and then proceeded to ask my daughter questions (favorite color, her favorite school subject, what she did for fun), so she felt that she was part of process and on the way home couldnt stop talking about how nice Tony was. If you are looking for a reliable, honest and good service... send him a message. If you receive other quotes from other places, I would wait for him to respond. He's seriously your best option and best price in orange county. Oh and quick note, there's no sign for his business. Its in a little office area, number 3303 and when you open the door, his office is right there to the right. Again, I totally recommend giving him a try. In 15 minutes, he fixed my phone and totally saved me from having to buy a new phone. read more

BEST PHONE REPAIR TECHNICIAN EVER!!!!!! Tony is seriously a life savor and one of the kindest human beings! I've had my phone repaired twice by Tony now. I dropped my phone twice and shattered the screen. Once was my fault (a night of tequila and snap chatting..you get the idea). The second time it fell out of my pocket. You would think after the first time I would put a case on but obviously I love to live life on the edge..hah! What's amazing about Tony is that he comes to you at any time! The first time he met met at a juice spot after the gym. The second time which was last night he came to my house, I have a flight today so he came at midnight. I really appreciate him being so flexible with my schedule and for being so helpful!!! If you need help with anything phone related or need to talk about life to someone- Tony is your man. I would recommend him to anyone! 5 stars isn't enough..he deserves 100. read more

Had I known about this place sooner I would've saved so much money!! Being a super clumsy person I tend to drop my phone a lot ... People started thinking I chucked it at the floor on purpose :( I work from my phone a lot and so I cannot spare any time to have my broken screen fixed or replaced. I broke my screen right after I got it replaced and was extremely desperate to get it fixed asap! Luckily I came across the amazing reviews for Fusion Tech and gave it a try, especially since they are open 24 hours!! I came in around 3 am in the middle of the night and met Tony. I was kind of grumpy and tired since it was late but Tony was such a ball of sunshine!! We had a really nice chat and before I knew it BAM! My baby was repaired within a couple of minutes! He even threw in a free tempered glass case for my phone too! Tony's customer service and quality of work is amazing and I would definitely recommend him to everyone! He is incredibly knowledgable about phone repairs and super up to date with tech stuff. Definitely one of the warmest and friendliest person I've ever met despite how busy he is. He saved my life and he can save yours too :) read more

So here's the deal. I bought the new iPhone 6+. I spent about 48 hours in line to get it because I'm a gullible consumer who truly believes that when a company charges me outrages prices for mediocre products I will be getting my money's worth. Long story short, I'm a big man who enjoys wearing tight pants. Did I mention I'm exceptionally hot? Ya, I'm a furnace. Not two days after receiving my hunk of metal did I notice that the phone was conforming to the sexual contours of my upper thigh. Since I'm exceptionally gullible, I thought by heating it in an oven I could fix it. Now I'm left with a pile of metal that couldn't even function as my girlfriend's vibrator much less a cell phone. I brought it into the Fusion Tech Repair and after a handsome fee they fixed my problem. In all seriousness these guys know their stuff. They fixed my iPhone's broken screen in no time and were very friendly. read more

I'm the type of person who usually pays for quality. This is my second time breaking my Iphone 5s (cracked screen). The first incident where I cracked my screen, I actually went to a different Tech Repair Company. They did a good job, but for my 2nd repair, I decided to try out Fusion Tech Repair; mainly due it's 5 star review on yelp. Getting my phone fixed from Fusion Tech Repair was more than simply getting my phone fixed. It was a welcoming experience where I just knew that my phone was in good hands. Their customer service was on point and the quality exceeded my expectations. I've never met anyone so passionate about wanting to take care of my phone. He even gave me a free iphone charger! For my cousin's phone repair, he gave her a free Temper Glass so it'll prevent her from cracking her phone again. Again, wow. I'll take it. The service is extremely flexible so convenient that they are able to service 24/7 out of the week. They also gave me the option of driving up to their office/warehouse to get my phone fixed, or they are able to dispatch a Technician out in the field and drive to our work/house. He's the cheapest out in the market. But don't let that fool you about his quality. read more

Let me start with a quick synapse of the situation so I can demonstrate how wonderful Tony is and my experience with Fusion Tech! So my phone screen has been cracked for about a month of so, the screen was also popping off but I was using it until it reached its last thread. I mean literally last thread, the last wire connecting the screen connecting to the phone itself gave out. So of course, the phone works; Siri is talking to me but I can't see my screen since it is completely black. We all know not having our phones is a disturbing feeling... However, after calling Tony and making an appointment, I felt reassured that my baby was going to come back to life. Tony made this depressing situation into a surprisingly pleasant experience and I can say I am a happy customer! Tony is professional, trustworthy, and so nice! Prices are great and service is exceptional, if you need any phone services fusion tech is the place to call! read more

Was in contact with them for a week and he went ghost and stopped responding. Looks like a one man show and he's too busy

Goodness gracious. 24hr service, inexpensive and awesome customer service? What more can you ask for?! SERIOUSLY. I'm the type of person that drops my phone all the freaking time and not to mention chucking once in a while but yeah. My phone just likes to crack and break and become a hot mess. I knew Tony, and he said he could do it so I stopped by his place and he fixed it right before I could blink... It was incredibly quicker than I expected and he was super nice about it. If you're like me, the type of person who constantly drops and cracks your phone, Tony is the person to call! read more

My 13 year old God Daughter dropped her phone at basketball practiced and freaked out. Luckily, we found Tony to take care of this 'crisis' for a teenager lol. He was easy to get a hold of and replied promptly via text message. We met him up at his office and we were out of there within 15 minutes. iPhone 5 was good as new. I brought it home to her and her fingers were glued to it again. Thanks Tony for your help! Prices are very reasonable, service is personable. I highly recommend! read more

Tony truly is a life saver! As an individual who's constantly checking her phone and a business owner, my phone is my life. A few months back I dropped and broke my phone. It felt like my life was on pause; it was unbearable. I needed my phone fix asap! A friend recommended Tony and I brought my phone to him. Right away, Tony knew what was wrong. It was convenient because he had the parts in stock and replaced it on the spot in his office. He also noticed my screen protector was due to be replaced and offered to do it at a very reasonable price. Full and fast services! Very reasonable prices. I'm starting a Yelp initiative for the option of 10-star ratings, because this sweet man deserves 10 and so many more!! Why am I restricted to 5?! I barged into his office at 2 in the morning, yes, 2 in the morning, because FusionTech is a godsend 24 hour service, just for a quick fix. He greeted me with a heartfelt smile and an upbeat attitude, which made me feel even guiltier for coming in so late. But he assured me that it was absolutely fine and that he appreciated my business! *Swoooon* I don't think I can get over how nice this guy is! Not only was his demeanor kind and genuine, but also his professional service was quick and efficient. All I needed was a tempered glass to protect my new iPhone 6s, but I walked out with a full heart and a new friend as well, all within minutes! They say nothing good happens after 2am, but Tony's service was definitely something good!!! Tony, my main man, my lifesaver, I don't think I can thank you enough! You've saved me from the shattered heart that comes with a shattered screen and that's a BIG deal!! But word on the street is that coffee and ice cream dates will do the trick, so expect one soon! read more

There's nothing more heartbreaking than watching your beloved phone drop & shatter.. I called around in desperation to fix my shattered screen at 8pm on a Friday night. Prayed there was at least a place open until 9pm, so I could have my iPhone fixed the same day. I called several places, was quoted $120-$140 and the soonest available store/appt was the following day. I had gotten a Voicemail for several numbers I called, which I expected since it was already close to 9pm. To my surprise, one of the numbers called me back.. It was Anthony from Fusion Tech Repair. Thank God I answered his call!! He was booked for the rest of the night, (it's 9pm! If he wasn't busy.. He could've came that evening! How convenient are his hours?! Already a plus in my book!) but offered the most affordable price to fix my phone which I couldn't turn down! AND.. He would come to ME, first thing in the morning.. to my son's soccer game!!! Say whattttt?! I gave him the location, he promptly showed up at the time he promised and went straight to work while sitting on the grass with his "work space in a box". All I had to do was, nothing! Cheered on my kid, watched the game and caught up with my nieces and nephew.. All while Anthony fixed my screen. Did I mention his price was HALF of what I was quoted? I went about my day, didn't have to take any extra drive/stress/time out of my life since it was already a rough night from dropping my phone.. And WALA~. 30minutes later, phone looks brand new.. He even added a tempered glass screen protector for a couple extra bucks. Wrote me a receipt for an amazing price that didn't break the bank.. And my kid won his last soccer game. THANK YOU ANTHONY!!!!! HIGHLY recommend his professional, awesome, timely, friendly service.. You won't be disappointed. I won't be calling anyone else for my phone repair needs, this guy seriously delivers!! read more

I don't normally write reviews but Tony was just amazing! He not only fixed my broken 5s screen in record time but also super friendly and caring while doing it - thank god - because I was completely freaking out. Even though other places charge an arm and a leg, his price was super reasonable. Not to mention, they are open 24 hours - what more can you ask for?! Call Tony- you won't regret it. read more

Best tech out here! I dropped my phone around 8pm and called everywhere to get it fixed but everyone is closed by 6-7pm but I needed phone to be repaired asap for work numbers. I finally found this genius! He answered immediately and worked with my time to get there. Once a serious inquiry he'll text you the addy. I got there a little before 10pm and he was so cool about it! I called to fix my LCD, but he ended up fixing my screen too and giving me a screen protector for an unbeatable price!!! He was so quick, but conversation was so great he gave us a tour of his awesome place :) if you are that person that cannot wait to repair your phone, he's seriously they guy to call! He's open from 8pm-2am. He's very down to earth I'm sure he'd help you out even if it was after 2am!! He saved my Wednesday night :) don't hesitate to call him!
