There are a lot of layers this past week and a half regarding a purchase of a new iPhone 17 but I do have to say that going into 17th St. T-Mobile today was a great experience. Rigo was very professional and helpful I had a lot of questions and he went through them thoroughly and explained things to me. It was a great experience thanks guys. read more

The manager Linda and the team are ABSOLUTELY amazing, and T-mobile is great service, and the price is better than the other phone companies

Joining T-mobile was an amazing decision, my prices are low and my service is never spotty. I went into the 17th street store with some issues regarding my phone & I was very satisfied. Linda was a very friendly a manager and facilitated my interactions with Martin. Martin was great! He went above and beyond to make sure I left the store with everything I needed. A true pioneer of service. Thanks to the team, I'm back online!! Thanks team! read more

Just wanted to take the time to say Peter a T-Mobile associate went above and beyond yesterday by answering all questions I needed answered calmly, walking me through certain processes that I've asked and remain professional at all times, thank you! read more

Awful store manager !! Very disappointed with the service at this T-Mobile location. The store manager (a woman, unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was extremely rude and dismissive. Without even listening to our explanation, she just kept repeating, "You have to pay $70 for the restocking fee," over and over again. It felt like she was more interested in shutting us down than actually helping. What was even more concerning was that she acted this way in front of her team--how are junior staff supposed to learn good customer service when their leader sets such a poor example? This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a loyal customer of 10 years. read more

Wow. What customer service!!! Everyone here was amazing. But Phillip was above and beyond. Was with Verizon for over 7 years and had crap service and was paying $100 a month with an iphone 11 that I had paid off years ago. I am so glad I finally made the switch!! And Phillip made it painless!! Highly recommend this specific location. And I am uber stoked with the incredible reception with T- Mobile. read more

Just bought the iPhone 14 Max Pro! Woooohoooo I have been wanting this phone for awhile. I did the trade in deal for my iPhone 12 Max Pro. With the trade in deal I should get 800 for my iPhone 12 that goes towards my iPhone 14. So far the service seems fine. Compared to Verizon (the carrier I had before), I haven't noticed much of a difference. Except my monthly plan will be much cheaper with T-mobile. Which is good lol I already knew what I wanted when I walked in to this T-Mobile location. Which made the process easy. I wanted the iPhone 14 Max Pro and the best line of service. This made it nice and easy for the purchase of the phone, the trade in for the device, and switching phone carriers. My sales lady did a good job. And I was in and out in under an hour. I did the transfer of all my apps and stuff after I left to save time. Instead of waiting for 3 hours in the store. Just download it all from the cloud. I love my new phone and now I'm on the hunt for the perfect case! :D read more

I recently switched over to T-mobile, after years of being with Verizon. I'll admit my experience with another store wasn't so great, but I stopped by this store for T-mobile Tuesday. The only employee on the floor was busy with a customer, and then after standing and waiting for my turn, another employee came out from the back and helped me immediately. He was so nice and inviting. We talked for a bit and he was very helpful and engaging, if I need something in the future, I'll be sure to utilize this store. read more

I went to the 17th St., Costa Mesa T-Mobile store to buy a new phone. Gerardo took good care of me! He was very patient, explaining plans, options, accessories and how the new phone works. He did not try to "upsell" me, which I appreciate. Gerardo even went out to my car to install the phone in my Audi system! That is above-and-beyond good service. The other sales people in the store are also very friendly and patient. (I saw them working with some "challenging" customers.) I highly recommend this Costa Mesa T-Mobile store for excellent service. read more

Was there a couple of months ago upon returning from a long trip overseas and was trying to switch my service back to a U.S mobile carrier. Thank you! read more

I went to the store to ask about my bill. The store employee could not have been more unhelpful. I absolutely had the feeling like I was bothering him. He rarely caught my eye and was actually juggling some kind of cloth while I was asking him questions. Unbelievably poor service and representation. read more

Horrible customer service and ZERO support for military personnel. I asked them for help & information for the district manager or regional office number & they wouldn't even give it to me & said they didn't have it. I looked it up on Google myself & Called the escalation team phone number myself. I asked them if they had something against the military or something because they were rude & unhelpful- the manager came out & basically told me that he had no stock & would charge me a restocking fee- WHY WOULD I HAVE A $70 RESTOCKING FEE IF THEY DONT HAVE PHONES read more

I came in because my voicemail wasn't working. One of the girls working said I needed to reset my phone to factory settings. I explained that I didn't want to lose any of my settings. She promised me nothing would be lost. I lost all my stored passwords and settings. I went back to talk to a manager and ended up waiting 15mins before leaving. Never spoke to anyone. Love, love, love the service here! Just walking in and being greeted by a friendly face and the attention we received was exceptional. We had come here to transfer phones and we needed a new sim card. I also needed one too and with the switch from Sprint to T-Mobile we received new sim cards right there and 5 G for all the phones. We were in and out in no time. I was so happy to receive such great quick service and dealing with the nicest people. A big shot out to the manager and Miguel!! read more

I know a lot of people complain about customer service recently in the world. But I took my family to T-Mobile recently and we changed four lines over from Verizon to T-Mobile. Let me tell you it was the most pleasant experience I've had in a long time. It took a few hours to get everything done. We had four lines 4 new phones, everything. Gerardo was the main guy that helped us. He was amazing and then there was another employee, a girl. I don't know her name, but she was awesome as well. Then another guy jumped in to help. It was a group effort for sure. Everybody was so great and again we were there for three hours. Nobody complained. Nobody hurried us while the phones were updating. We went and had lunch next-door. We did some shopping at target, which is also in the same parking lot. In the three hours, nobody got frustrated. Everybody was patient. Everybody was kind. Now my bill is $100 cheaper a month from what I was paying at Verizon for the four lines. Anybody thinking of going to T-Mobile check out this location? They are awesome. I wouldrecommend them to anybody. And nobody tried to gouge us for other things. Sure, they recommended stuff which is part of the job, but didn't make us feel uncomfortable for saying no. read more

Truly, kind of bummed. Got T-Mobile about 5 years ago. Parents wanted to try a different service so we left. T-Mobile then started charging us so I went to the store where we got the service to get help. Sold dude help with blonde short hair, even he was like this is crazy they are charging again after the last bill. So I came in today and spoke with Miguel. Was totally short and just rude. Miguel was talking with me and a older gentleman walked and the gentleman was putting on the mask. Miguel help at him from across the room when I was telling him my problem. The older guy was putting on the mask during Miguel out burst. I started my story again to him and he was like ya man nothing I can do for you. I told him I just thought with the help from you guys and the store that I purchased this service I could use your help. I pulled my phone out to show him the charge on my card. The phone asked for my face so I pulled the face mask to use and put it back one. Miguel raises his voice hey put that back on in a rude way to me. I am just upset with how this store service has gone down a bit. I truly like T-Mobile the service was amazing but not going back to this store to give them the sell. read more

used to love this store. Not any longer. The last two times I have walked in to get a solution to my T-MOBILE problem, they said "sorry, we aren't familiar with that" You will need to call or go online. I have been with this company for 7 years and now due to the pandemic I needed to change to prepaid. I went in yesterday and it took at least over an hour to change but they could not get my old number changed over. I was told it would only be a few minutes. I took close to 12+ hours. My old number told people who called that my number was no longer in service. I sell items and they need to call me in order to view them. I lost an entire day of business. The fact they lied about the time was really bad business. I was calling the 800 number all day and they would keep telling me that it would be a few hours and then after my 5th call one told me that could take up too 24 hours. Had they told me this from the start I would have arranged it so it was later in the evening. But know that would mean they would have to have trained them correctly which they did not. Everything is good with this company as long as you do not need to do major changes. I even called the store twice and I was accused of yelling and when I softened my voice the guy Tony got mad and hung up on me. What kind of Fucking customer service is that? The punk is mad cuz he was not trained and could not answer the question. I am now looking to change entirely to a new provider. read more
