Absolutely LOVE this location and the staff! I honestly don't know what I would do without all of their fun, friendly, helpful service. I have 2 business accounts with multiple lines on each to manage. I also have to deal with client's constant crazy phone requests. I probably would have quit my job already if it wasn't for this T-Mobile location and the amazing staff. They have helped me with so many last minute phone needs and concerns that I have lost count. From adding lines to starting another account to getting new phones to taking my phone calls when I am out of state and I have a client calling me with a phone issue, they have helped me through it all with a smile. The staff greet you as you come through the door, the store itself is very clean, neat and inviting, and the service is quick and friendly. I have dealt with so many different phone cell providers for my job and T-Mobile has blown them all out of the water just by having the staff they have at this location. Honest, helpful, and friendly staff at a cell phone store. What more could you ask for?? On two separate occasions, a friend and I came into this T-mobile. It was between 7 @ and 7:30 because we got off work at 7. My friend wanted to start a brand new account The first time we were talking to her co-worker, and she came up behind him and said ("You didn't have the door locked? I'm not staying!) It was 7:40. My friend asked if they could just find out if they needed a deposit or anything. She made it so difficult we decided to wait. We came back a couple of days later and ugh!! She was there, sweeping frantically at 7:10. We went to a different employee. For some, she came up and tried to take over and hurt again before 7:30. She kept being condescending and rude. She told us, for some reason, that she couldn't run my friend's credit. Therefore, she couldn't get a phone. Ugh! Again! We left, and my friend called, and within 10 minutes was approved and set up for a new phone line. Her name is MJ again. She was rude, sarcastic, and wasted our time not once but twice. My iPhone completely died on me and could not be bought back to life. It was a Sunday and with the apple stores closed due to COVID I was in a bit of a bind as my phone is essential to me being able to do operate my business. I decided to go easily when the store opened so there was no crowds and was greeted at the door (COVID) by Jenn who was super bubbly and friendly (and I believe the store manager) . Gabino was my tech who went the extra mile to fix my issue which was a difficult situation with apple closed. He was extremely competent. I switched from Verizon, and now my service is less than I expected along with T- Mobile not refunding me for $536.12 from buying out my phone with Verizon. Worst service ever. Bought a 5G hotspot and they couldn't even get it to work, even after changing the SIM after multiple error codes. Said "Restart it a couple of times, it will learn". Wanted to take the time to write this simple review based on the customer service I received during my unfortunate phone malfunction. On Black Friday I was forced to visit T-Mobile. I stopped in and was taken care of accordingly. Although I came in to receive bad news on what was going on with my new LGV20 phone, I did purchase a portable charger. The associate Franco took his time in analysing my phone. Unfortunately for me, we had to have a replacement shipped to the location. The associate who helped me the day I exchanged my device, (a tall Caucasian bearded gentleman) was extremely helpful as well. I didn't manage to catch his name but he went above and beyond what you expect in my situation. Was in need of a new phone and was going to switch onto my in-laws family plan I got a brand new IPhone XR for practically nothing and my monthly bill dropped from $45 with Virgin Mobile/ Sprint down to $15 a month basically. The customer service was great and all the guys there took great care of me. Helped make sure all my contacts, photos and videos transferred over to my new phone perfectly. They even had the Angel game on which was great because I wasn't bored. They even stayed open late because of me. The two stars is only because David didn't charge me $10 for a new mini sim while he took the one that came out of my new Iphone. I walked in and was not greeted. I stood in line waiting, then when David finished with his customers, he asked the people standing behind him if they needed help. Hello! I was waiting in line? He only acknowledges me after the other customers tell him to help me first. When I asked him about the mini-sim, he told me I already had one in my new phone. When I told him I was going off what the people at the Apple store told me. He then showed me there was a sim inside, dismissed me, and said I won't charge you for the sim I gave you with your number. Well he took the sim, the Apple store gave me so I would say that's an even trade? After staring at me awkwardly and dismissing me, I left and will never be coming back again. Stopped in on a Thursday morning looking to pick up a new phone on a monthly (no contract) plan. I'm apprehensive about cell phone stores, as they're often staffed by pushy salespeople who try to upsell you to support their out-of-control hair gel addiction. At T Mobile, I didn't see blow-out one. I had done some research, and came with a good idea of what I wanted (a nice smartphone at a reasonable price without a long-term contract). This is a temporary solution for me, as I'm relocating to a new area/job in a few months and may change carriers again at that time. Although I knew what I was looking for, I still had a few questions to ask before putting my money down. Louis, a salesperson, helped me perfectly. He answered all of my questions without trying to change my mind or sell me anything I didn't need. Certain additional services (phone insurance, mobile hotspot capability) were offered, but only offered, and I wasn't in the least pushed when I declined them. I'm very happy with the LG Optimus L9 I bought here, and the service I get on it. I've yet to have any problems, and if I did, I have no doubt T Mobile would be happy to help me out with them. Came to this store to arrange and purchase an upgrade offer I found online, on my T-Mobile account. I was pleasantly greeted when I walked in the door by an associate (Valeria). She quickly looked up my account, reviewed my online offer I had printed up, consulted and reviewed all my options and matched up the offer I had chosen on their in-store system, to the penny. They had the exact phone I wanted in-stock. Worked up the deal in about 5 minutes, made a seamless transfer of all my old phone's data, wiped the old phone...out the door in about 30 minutes. Valeria was very pleasant to work with. Efficient, courteous, professional and efficient. I also met the store manager, Darren. Super experience all around. The cell phone provider market has become so saturated and commoditized that the difference often boils down to people, client experience and service. They nailed it. I came to this location on Wednesday pretty much frantic because my phone stopped working. After going to another T-Mobile and an Apple Store I find out my phone was just too old and needed to be replaced. The first associate I spoke with explained my options to me but made it seem like I only had a couple options, which were both way out of my price range. I came back later with my dad and the second associate name Dalila was so incredibly helpful with my dad and I. She understood what I needed and didn't take advantage of the situation by trying to sell me some stuff I didn't need. Definitely some great customer service! Her and the manager (I can't remember his name) were just great all around even staying after closing to make sure I was all set. I have nothing against T-Mobile. But I do have an issue with this particular store. Two weeks ago I upgraded to an iPhone X. The same night I fell and broke both of my ankles. I have been home bound and unable to get out of the house until this week. A few days ago I noticed the screen protector that I paid over $30 for had a small crack. I have not been anywhere to cause damage to the phone. I thought the store would replace the protector. But they say I have to go back to the manufacturer. Pay for shipping both ways. They really went above and beyond here. I went in to purchase a new phone and Jason, one of the representatives, noticed that I had been overpaying for my line. I had no idea and and wouldn't have known if it wasn't for him. He went ahead and filed a claim to see if it was possible for me to get some kind of credit. Afterwards I had a little trouble with the corporate office on the phone (not this branch, the 611 number) so I headed back to the store hoping they could help. They were all so nice and made me feel so comfortable. Ryan, the manager was awesome as well.
