Went here to sign daughter and myself for plan with new phones. The sales man told me me bill would be 30.00 more each month because of new phones. I received my bill and it was 3 times the amount of old bill. After looking into it, he added insurance on both phones @20.00 each as well as YouTube premium and Disney+ @10.00 each per month which was never told about. Went to different store due to the way I may have reacted at original store and they reversed the charges. Now bill is right. Don't get burned by this store. read more

Unprofessional, unhelpful, and also rude. This morning, Verizon's network has been down for over two hours - I can not complete calls, connect to Internet, nor work without service. I tried to go into the Verizon store at 1030 today, 30 minutes after they opened, and it was already closed w a sign on door saying "be back in fifteen minutes". No help, and no one here to assist. When the store employee came back, he said "yeah sorry man, we just got the update too, not sure what to tell you." He couldn't answer any questions, let me know when service would be restored, and told me to "stay near WiFi to work". When I told them that wasn't an option for me, he said that it isn't his problem, he already told me what to do. I asked for his name, and he said he is not giving that to me because he can't help me, and he already gave me his "advice". When I reiterated that I can not be connected to WiFi, he got rude and his toned escalated, and said again "I CANT HELP YOU BRO, I told you this!!!!" I grabbed a business card, which also has no information on it - and I tried to leave. Upon leaving, the doors were locked and I couldn't exit- this is not only unsafe but illegal as the business was open during its operating hours. read more

They're expensive. Double what I was paying Spectrum for mobile service. But, unlike my last carrier, they don't screw up billing or charge you for services you cancelled a while back. Verizon has GREAT coverage and the stores don't make you wait too long. My last wait time was less than 10 minutes. Employees work their butts off to solve your issues and are very kind when they discover I'm the one who made the phone not work right! Yeah, I can easily recommend Verizon if you're ok with the cost. Sometimes you get what you pay for, you know? read more

Today I came in needing help with an upgrade and Adrian gave the best advice and overall customer service that I have ever received. The inside of the store was nice and service was quick. Really bad customer service at this store. I ordered a new phone with Verizon over the phone for a store pick up and was advised that the order would be ready for pick up in 2 hours. I showed up to the store 4 hours later only to be told that my order isn't ready and to come back in 45 mins. I opted to wait- for an hour to be told after waiting that the order was not ready. The employees are very dismissive, condescending and lack customer service skills. Highly suggest that you don't bother coming to this store and just have the phone delivered. If I could, I would give zero rating. read more

I hope that no one else ever has the poor experience my wife and I had at this store this Sunday morning. Firstly this store is Victra, it's not Verizon, it's its own franchise. So Verizon corporate standards and accountability maybe don't apply. Secondly because of its small size it obviously has staffing issues at times. We waited patiently until the previous customer had been dealt with by the one salesperson. Turns out the other salesperson had not turned up on time. After understanding that we were in-line for iPhone upgrades, the woman asked us to look at iPhone 13's (we already had) and wait a couple of minutes while she dealt with another customer who had just come in and been waiting behind us for a few minutes with a kind of "attend to me" insistence. This customer had walked in while we were being served and almost immediately said "Are you the only person working here today?" "Yes, the other guy hasn't shown up yet". She made the saleswoman feel like she was the most important customer. So more than 10 minutes later we are still waiting by the iPhones while this woman's needs are dealt with. Essentially she bumped herself up the list, and knew it and didn't care. The saleswoman should have been firmer, it's no one's fault there's only one salesperson and two customers, but why does this woman take over our slot? We left after ten minutes, with both woman and saleswoman looking at us leaving with that "What's the matter with them?", pretending they didn't know. So this shop is understaffed, and were not prepared to conclude our business (we were even ready to order, as we'd already looked at the iPhone 13) before this other more important woman was seen. This story has a racial element to it (my wife is not white) that I won't go into here, but those who understand these things will know what I mean. The attitude of the more important customer was bad. We then went to the proper large corporate main store on Beach Blvd, were seen within 2 minutes and within 20 minutes had our new iPhones on order. This poor service has cost her Victra store 2 customers, and if more read my entry here then it may cost them more. All because this pushy self-important woman with her daughter does not respect other customers, and the salesperson was too weak to do the right thing. She didn't even say "Sorry this is taking longer than I imagined, do you mind waiting a bit longer?". We were just jettisoned. read more

I just can't say enough about how impressed I was with the VIP customer service my wife and I experience from Aldo today! Especially with him flying solo with a busy store. The vibe was very positive for all of us there waiting...all the customers could easily tell Aldo was multitasking tasking and doing his best all the while displaying his knowledge and know how on quickly processing upgrades. I went into this location on Saturday. My son's phone was showing "no sim" even though the sim card was in there. Priscilla was amazing! So helpful. She did every trouble shooting she could think of and spent lots of time on the phone with Verizon support as well. She was so patient and efficient. I was thrilled when Priscilla fixed the phone! While Priscilla was working on my phone I witnessed an elderly gentlemen come in with what he called a silly question. Came here to get my daughters iPhone activated and by a new 11 pro, cases and chargers for our other Apple device and right off the mark the they wanted to charge 30 dollars for a Verizon SIM card for my daughters phone. I was not even able to get past this and was urged to go to another Verizon store. I found this odd but took the advice and went to another store where I was given a sim for free in 2 seconds and then purchased a new 11 pro, cases and chargers. I am writing this review about this store as this is the second time I was given poor service at this exact store having purchased 3 phones, two watches, cases and other accessories in the last few years and think the owner should know what's happening. Done with this store, please close or sell it it so we can and least have a helpful and useful merchant in your space. read more

We had originally purchased our new phones at the Verizon Victra store on 12800 Seal Beach Blvd In August. 2022. But it looks like it is possibly closed? We were told Chris R. possibly got a promotion and now is working at this location. We came in for my son's birthday and created a new line with a gizmo watch. I had a iphone 8s and my husband had a android. The SPECIAL or DEAL they told us that we have had our phones so long that we should be due for a free upgrade. I switched from the iphone to an android to get this supposed DEAL. I would have probably just upgraded my iphone instead of thinking I was getting a Samsung deal instead! Buy one Samsung android and get the second Samsung for free, just pay the tax of the phone and we were adding a line for the watch. We spent literally all day in this store on my son's bday. We were told that the price on the receipt for the phones that the total on the bill would go down for the monthly rate in the next following months. Chris R. is the one that helped us. He was very helpful in the store. My phone was loaded with pictures and wasn't sure if all my pics got transferred onto a stick that I brought in. We did not trade in our phones. Chris R. had a cracked phone of his own and he said he would use his phone to put on our account. I really didn't think much about it. Why are trade in's so important anyway? A couple of months down the road now getting into busy holidays we are realizing our bill is NOT going down like we were told. I went to a legit Verizon store in my area and they explained to me that Verizon stores do not support Victra stores. We attempted many, many, many, calls, just to go to the call center and try to explain the issue many, many times. I was not able to talk to the store manager. One person at the call center said that she found 2 iphones on my account. One was a iphone 6 and a iphone 6s turned in. We had never turned in these phones. I said, did we get SCAMMED on our account? She said, that it looks like we had. Why would he return 2 iphones on a customers account? Now, it is coming upon a year and we would like to get our son a phone and I am more than hopeful that we are able to do this in a smoothly manner for his upcoming birthday. We had called Chris R. back in February, 2023. We actually still had his cell number. He said he wasn't working that day and he would give us a call about the situation on the next day. NOTHING, NO CALL BACK. BEWARE of Victra stores. Verizon does not back them up in any way!!! We are paying for 2 phones. NOT buy one phone and get the second one free and just pay for the taxes on the price of the second phone. The question is, How could a Verizon multi million dollar business allow a separate retail store sell their product without standing by their word? Scandalous! read more

Bought 2 phone at the Verizon on Beach Blvd and they forgot to activate one of the phones. After 2 trips to that store couldn't get into the store. Very long line. Out of desperation we went to the Verizon Go Wireless store. Amir was very friendly and took care of the problem. In the future, I will make sure to go the this store first. I recently purchased 3 iPhone 12 and wanted to transfer my old iPhone to the new ones. They did a good job. Amir is very good. They were not able to accept my old phone and give me the credit. They referred me to another Verizon store. What I later found from the other Verizon store is that this one is a franchise whereas the second one is a corporate Verizon store.
