    recently purchased a new iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad from this T-Mobile location. When I got home, I realized the iPad did not have a flash, which is essential for my work. I was genuinely surprised it lacked such a basic feature, so I called and later visited the store to return it. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When we spoke over the phone, the store manager, Evelyn Lopez, told me that I should educate myself first. When I arrived at the store and expressed my concern, she was dismissive and rude. Her exact words were "Get over it, you're paying the restocking fee." I explained I was willing to pay more for a different iPad that had what I needed, but her attitude made that impossible. I also mentioned that the entire reason customers come into a store is to get guidance--otherwise, we would just order online. Eventually, after I insisted on returning all the devices, she said she would waive the fee this time, but continued to place blame on me for not knowing every spec of the device I was sold. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when they are spending a significant amount of money and trusting the staff for guidance. I was ready to upgrade to a more suitable iPad and remain a loyal customer, but Evelyn's disrespectful behavior has left a very bad impression.

    Shout-out to the team in this location. You MUST get the warranty if you are considering not to as your takeaway from this review. I came to get assistance to get my iPhone repaired last week and the place was packed during the holidays, of course. Blanca had her super cape on and looked up my warranty. Ordered the replacement and found resolutions to get this to me ASaP, 3 to 4 days. I came in today getting notification by text that my new iPhone came in from the warranty that covered the expense. Marshall the manager was the BEST to finish it off! He took care of the list of customers with the team, professional at handling the different situations, and expedited my own transition quickly, checking on me on phone status continually. What a pleasant experience! As I was waiting for the transition between two phones, a lady's daughter next to me had her new iPhone stolen. Ouch! Miguel deserves a shout-out too for that lady who he helped find the best solution with their promos to save her money. She came out saying too that he was a keeper! Merry Christmas indeed! Thank you all!

    Jordan is one of the most straight forward honest sales associates I've met. In fact, the entire store seems to be that way I was really grateful when I checked on my plan I was able to make updates and find out details that were relevant but one thing Jordan did? He made sure that I knew all the details before, I made a decision and gave me the most information that he could make sure time was not wasted. If this is the kind of employees that this organization has, I can tell you, I will be coming here and staying here for a very long time. These people are incredible. They work really hard, having to know all the different prices and manufactures and advantages that I can tell you they do it flawlessly! Great job t-mobile you take away the worry of price and replace it with the Joy of value!

    Manager was rude. I walked out and went to location on edinger where I was treated with respect. I would never buy from this location.

I have a new construction home and one of my first projects was networking/cabling. I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add. Starlight Tech was able to take care of all of this and the best part was minimal holes in the drywall. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. On the day of the install, Starlight Tech was here on time, worked together to make sure everything was done in a clean and neat manner, and made sure everything was fully up and running before leaving. They even came back on a second occasion because I was still waiting to order a final security camera. I've recommended Starlight Tech to my neighbors and highly recommend them for any networking or cabling job needed. They are extremely detailed and are excellent at problem solving. The price I paid was very fair for all the work they did. Thank you Mike, Javad, and the Starlight Tech team!!

They helped me install an entire Ubiquiti ecosystem, which included 5 POE Cameras, 1 POE Doorbell, 2 POE Doorbell Chimes, and 4 POE Access Points. It doesn't end there. They even helped me relocate my ethernet ports and power outlets to more convenient locations that are more hidden so I don't end up with dangling wires. It still doesn't end there. They completely rack-mounted everything and made everything beautiful. The Ubiquiti ecosystem is more expensive, but I didn't mind the investment, especially with two industry experts leading the way. In the future, I do not doubt that Starlight Tech will be my go-to if I require any additional networking! Additional Details: My house is a single family, 2 floors, 3326 sqft.
