My wife and I have been in and out of our local T-Mobile store recently while looking for a new phone. After several visits, she finally found the perfect one, and I felt it was important to take a moment and recognize the outstanding service we received. This gentleman Alex helped us in so many ways from setting up and programming the phone to making sure everything was updated and working properly. He truly went above and beyond in every sense of the word. It honestly felt like he would give you the shirt off his back if it meant helping a customer. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years, and the level of support, care, and dedication this employee brought to the table is exactly why I continue to stay with T-Mobile. Employees like him make a huge difference and remind customers why loyalty matters. I just want T-Mobile to know that this gentleman Alex is doing an exceptional job and deserves recognition for the effort and care he puts into helping people. I hope this review helps give him the credit he truly deserves. Thank you again, T-Mobile, for the many years of service and for continuing to stand behind your products and your people. read more

So we came in and it took a couple minutes to even be acknowledged or put onto the waitlist. I guess they should really have like a sign in iPad or something instead of having a person because if they're helping someone they can't really greet another person without being rude to you know either or. My mom wanted to get a new iPhone, but she really wanted it in sage green and the associate who helped us. She was like oh well we don't have sage green in stock but you can check Apple and what's awesome about Apple is that you know they can waive some kind of fee, which made me really happy to hear that she wasn't like trying to be pushy to buy the phone there. I was trying to tell mom that we can get her a case and the case color would really matter the color we left we came back and we got the phone in another color. We also took advantage of getting accessories. I think of you by like three you get some percentage off The associate also took her time to research and look up any great deals that could be applied for us, and that was really appreciated Sucks though there's no bathroom to be used for a guest because Mom had to go like all the way to Walmart to use the bathroom There is good there is bad but this T-mobile's pretty decent read more

Thank you Fits! We were super impressed by his level of service, detail, and how quick we were able to get everything done. I have never been able to get in and out with new service- ever. read more

We've been here before. T-Mobile has good service. Today we went in to exchange a well used and cracked screen Model A14 cellphone that the young HS student earned. He just wanted the next level upgrade. Abraham helped us to differentiate the different models. Oh why not get one that will give the best of an Android phone. The S25FE was chosen but it had to be ordered. We did buy the charger and cable that should give the best battery charging time. We will return to see Abraham as soon as we receive the new model and he will make all the phone set up and conversions necessary. One more item to take care of before we leave... the missus phone needs a new screen as one edge has a glassy crack Crack. Not a problem and quickly done and another ordered just in case. Today was pleasant at T-Mobile. read more

Honestly I was scared to walk into a new store I've never been to before and out of my usual area. To my surprise I was greeted Instantly and someone came over to say someone would be with me shortly. My review is for Fits, he was very professional and explained everything throughly. He made my visit very stress free and pleasant. Great customer service . Thank you read more

recently purchased a new iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad from this T-Mobile location. When I got home, I realized the iPad did not have a flash, which is essential for my work. I was genuinely surprised it lacked such a basic feature, so I called and later visited the store to return it. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When we spoke over the phone, the store manager, Evelyn Lopez, told me that I should educate myself first. When I arrived at the store and expressed my concern, she was dismissive and rude. Her exact words were "Get over it, you're paying the restocking fee." I explained I was willing to pay more for a different iPad that had what I needed, but her attitude made that impossible. I also mentioned that the entire reason customers come into a store is to get guidance--otherwise, we would just order online. Eventually, after I insisted on returning all the devices, she said she would waive the fee this time, but continued to place blame on me for not knowing every spec of the device I was sold. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when they are spending a significant amount of money and trusting the staff for guidance. I was ready to upgrade to a more suitable iPad and remain a loyal customer, but Evelyn's disrespectful behavior has left a very bad impression. read more

Gotta thank Abraham for handling business for me. My phone took a crap a day before a long vacation and dude got me a better phone deal and helped a naive phone tech guy like me get all setup. The dude went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks again Abe! You helped me out in a crunch. read more

The was a long wait, however the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I do wish somebody let me know I needed to check in with a staff member on their iPad and wait, but no one let me know. Sadaf and Jordan are two employees that helped me with exceptional costumer service. read more

Shout-out to the team in this location. You MUST get the warranty if you are considering not to as your takeaway from this review. I came to get assistance to get my iPhone repaired last week and the place was packed during the holidays, of course. Blanca had her super cape on and looked up my warranty. Ordered the replacement and found resolutions to get this to me ASaP, 3 to 4 days. I came in today getting notification by text that my new iPhone came in from the warranty that covered the expense. Marshall the manager was the BEST to finish it off! He took care of the list of customers with the team, professional at handling the different situations, and expedited my own transition quickly, checking on me on phone status continually. What a pleasant experience! As I was waiting for the transition between two phones, a lady's daughter next to me had her new iPhone stolen. Ouch! Miguel deserves a shout-out too for that lady who he helped find the best solution with their promos to save her money. She came out saying too that he was a keeper! Merry Christmas indeed! Jordan is one of the most straight forward honest sales associates I've met. In fact, the entire store seems to be that way I was really grateful when I checked on my plan I was able to make updates and find out details that were relevant but one thing Jordan did? He made sure that I knew all the details before, I made a decision and gave me the most information that he could make sure time was not wasted. If this is the kind of employees that this organization has, I can tell you, I will be coming here and staying here for a very long time. These people are incredible. They work really hard, having to know all the different prices and manufactures and advantages that I can tell you they do it flawlessly! Great job t-mobile you take away the worry of price and replace it with the Joy of value! read more

I live across the street from T-Mobile and they SUCK! 5 times out of 5 tries, they screwed up! I accepted a promotion to transfer from ATT to T-Mobile and they botched it up! No $500 for me. :( I tried again to resolve issues and even their manager - was clueless. About six months ago, they wanted a $600 deposit. Hell no! About a week ago, I purchased another Samsung S-25 Ultra ONLINE (no deposit) and FINALLY went up the street to another T-Mobile store to install it. What a difference! The manager and JOSE were brilliant, patient and fixed me up - PERFECTLY! Guess what! There was a line because that is the place to be! We arrived on a Sunday afternoon - the weekend after Thanksgiving - arguably one of the busiest days. It did take about 30 minutes to be seen, but that was expected. Thank you Fitz! 5 Stars all the way. read more

You have to wait at least an hour to be served. Then we had to turn them in expecting 5 minutes. The lady sales rep 682 spent 15 minutes on each phone trying to find any flaw she could in the phone to say no. They take away any fun of getting a new phone by trying to dehumanize you. Don't use this store use online or another location. read more

If transferring your spouse's number from a Verizon account to this account is a basis for if you think a company is good or not, we are in the midst of getting it switched and, because of the hoops T Mobile makes you go through, we are into our 13th hour of trying to get it switched so their phone works. Awful. It's like they're living in the stone age. Do better!!! After 8 years of service, I may switch. Awful. read more

Customer service is terrible. Would not take my trade in phones instead of me sending them back to tmobile using ups in the flimsy return boxes. This store and it's employees are an absolute joke. Do not waste your time coming here. I came in on Sept 20 to switch services from Verizon. I was promised $1000 credit on a new phone, $200 gift card in store credit, and $375 credit for trade in, and a free Apple Watch. Sounds great. I was told my new phone was pre ordered for me, and would be available for me to pick up in the evening Sept 22. This was all promised by Arturo. Once I arrived to pick up my phone I was told they sold out, even though they told me I had pre ordered and it would be ready for me. At this point they are telling me another store about 20 minutes away had a phone they could give me. So I drive there and wait about 25 minutes to be seen. This store tells me they haven't had any phones all day. So I go back on Monday and speak to the manager Ash. He apologized for all the inconvenience, and offered to order the phone to the store to be held for me. He also offered to credit me the taxes on the phone. He placed the order and told me I would be called when it arrives at the store and that I would pay the taxes when I pick it up, and have the taxes credited on my account. I wait about a week, then receive an email that my order has been canceled. So I go back to the store.. again.. and I am told that the order never went through because the manager made a mistake by not charging me the taxes when the order was placed. I was also told that the promotion has ended and that they would not honor it. I've been waiting three weeks! I have been paying service on this watch that I can't even connect to my old phone because it doesn't work properly. I will be switching back to Verizon immediately. After I have words with the store owner or TMobile support. read more

I came in with my cousin to see if she would be able to buy an Apple Watch.. Would definitely recommend going to him, if he is there. read more

Arturo is a unicorn. Customer service like he delivered does not exist anymore. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and he did not make me feel bad about my arrival time, but rather was very welcoming. He was helpful, professional, patient and congenial. Even offered to get in touch with him for any future problems. I had been a Verizon customer for 16 years and left because their customer service has declined over the years. Arturo is a gem. read more

I'll be honest, the last time I had to trade my phone in at a T-Mobile, it wasn't a pleasant experience (totally different location, and it's since closed down) so, I was anticipating it to be the same today. What a pleasant surprise - we had Brenda today and she exceeded all our expectations. So knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She was nothing short of amazing. We traded both our phones in and got new iPhone 16 Pro Max and also both got new Apple Watches. Tony also helped us out since we had so many devices to get dialed in and updated. Honestly, it was like being around friends. They answered all our questions, were patient and got us completely set-up. I will refer everyone I know to come to this location and ask for Brenda and Tony - they are killer at their job and need a raise. Seriously. They're awesome. Thank you guys!! (1 of 2 reviews) I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. This review is for the guys at this location and customer service. This location is better than one near Bella Terra. The team (Andrew, Ash, Terry and Jordan) have been great, especially Andrew & Ash. Andrew did a great job writing down all the information I needed when I was comparing my current services and various options instead of just saying 'look it up' or take a 'photo of this' like the guy at Bella Terra. He helped me make the best decisions on phones, watches, plans and how it compared to my plan at Verizon. He got me some great deals and pointed out I even qualified for an extra free phone and line. Ash was also great helping me fix some technical & account issues came up later. He always seemed to know what needed to be done and how to do it. He knew more than most of the Customer Service /Tech support people and am thankful T-Mobile has someone like him I can work with on-site! This is 1of 2 reviews because the guys here are great and did an amazing job signing me up and helping me with the issues I experienced in my second review. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new phone! read more

Blanca deserved this review in so many ways. She 'helped' me in store today. I use that term very loosely. Now I get to help her understand consequences and customer service. What a day for both of us! After she pulled up my account, she refused to explain my past due balance. I asked multiple times, in different ways as well. It was like talking to a child who hears you but is not listening. She cut me off and just said whatever she felt like letting out of her mouth, regardless of relevancy. I even had to resort to, "You're not answering my question." Her reply was that I should call customer service for an answer. I pointed out that she is a customer service representative and I am asking her in person right now. She huffed like a toddler not getting their way. Then I received, "Anything else?" Somehow, I dared to try again. I asked to see her screen so I could read the information myself and perhaps answer my own question. She literally showed me the screen for two seconds and then flipped it back. I asked to read it, she gave me the two second flip again. I reached out to hold the screen in place and she screeched, "Don't touch it!" I was shocked by her behavior. It was not rational. All the other employees were laughing at her. Everyone in store was staring at this point. She did not seem ok. I finally gave up and walked away to another employee who resolved my question in under one minute. Blanca, I don't know who hurt you but it wasn't me. Maybe you should seek professional help? You seem like you need it. If everyone else says you have a tail, you should probably at least turn around to look. read more
