First, I should mention that my wife and I initially went to the T-Mobile store in Westminster because its online reviews were much higher. Unfortunately, our experience couldn't have been more different. We walked into the Westminster store, stood there for quite a while, and not a single employee acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. We weren't browsing displays--we were there specifically to switch our service from Verizon to T-Mobile. After waiting long enough, we simply left. I turned to my wife and said, "Let's try the Huntington Beach T-Mobile (Store #8194)." Wow... what a difference. The moment we walked through the door, three employees greeted us and asked if we needed help. Within minutes, Ulises Garcia, a Mobile Expert, came over, asked what we wanted to accomplish, and immediately got to work. I had all of our information ready, and while there were a few typical snags during the transfer process, Ulises handled every one of them calmly, confidently, and professionally. He never seemed flustered and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. I was also impressed by the atmosphere in the store. The staff treated each other with genuine respect and friendliness, and it was obvious that Ulises truly believes in T-Mobile and enjoys what he does. That kind of enthusiasm is refreshing. Most importantly, there was zero pressure to upsell us. His focus was simply on making sure our switch from Verizon to T-Mobile went smoothly. This place small, crowded, I don't think even meet the standards of what I imagine T-mobile would have and on top of that the customer service very bad specially starting with the manager she told me her name is Yamil or Yamilet she spoke Spanish too but she was very rude like if she was having a bad day but what's that to me right? She was rude every question I asked her she would respond with bad attitude and with negative responses NOT FAIR!!! Like I said I can understand they are very busy bc the place small and lots of people looking for assistance. My experience here was incredibly frustrating. We were totally ignored by the two staff while they actively went out of their way to greet and help someone else who walked in around us. It felt intentional and completely unprofessional. Avoid this place if you actually want to be acknowledged or served. Even a simple "Welcome" would've been nice. It was my first time at this location today on a Sunday morning. I woke up to a dead phone. Lovely. This T-Mobile location opened earliest on a Sunday, so I went in first thing. I was met by Abraham who, after a bit, got my phone working. YAY! He said it was a weird glitch he had not seen before and not a low battery or anything. Abraham did everything with a smile, and even laughed at my husbands jokes. A+ right there! I definitely will go back. I came into this location to upgrade to the iPhone 16. I was going to do a trade in with my iphone 12. They didn't have the exact iPhone I wanted so we ordered it from the store and it came to my house two or three days later. I then went back in and Austin helped me transfer everything from my old phone to new one. What took hrs back in the day only took 20 mins now! He helped pick out a screen protector and case for the new phone and put it all on it. He was super friendly and knowledgable about all of the products and any questions I had about the process. My initial trade in value from my first visit was honored when i came back into the store a few days later, so i'm not sure why all the negative reviews about this at this store. I highly recommend visiting this location, but right when they open as when I was leaving, they were quite a few people waiting in line. I cannot say enough about the amazing help I got at this store. I left Verizon for a bunch of reasons, but the number one was customer service. I just got so frustrated so many times. I moved to T-Mobile for two reasons. The first was the free phone offer at Christmas. The second was Ulises. The customer service I got in person at the store to help us port four numbers over from Verizon was above and beyond. Ulises walk us through every last step of the process until we were totally set, and even when we had extra troubles from Verizon, he stayed with us through the whole experience. And on top of that when we had some trouble getting our rebate cards for paying off our old phones, he walked me through that whole process again, and took care of contacting T-Mobile service directly for me to make sure it got all the way done. He went the extra mile and then some, and I just had to give him a shout out here on Yelp. Came to just drop-off the home internet gateway device and waited for half an hour. There were only 2 reps, 1 rep was helping a customer and another one was just casually chatting with her friends, apparently also customers, but it was very clear that she was not assisting but just chatting. A customer walked in and waited long, so he left. That rep was smirking at the customer. This is really not okay. If you don't wanna take the job serious then get another job. Came in to exchange brand new IPhone 17 pro with a display issue where its clearly about 15% dimmer compared to every other 17 pro around us. The female manager herself compared our phone to her phone which had a screen protector on has the same dimmer display due to light absorption and refraction and claims theres nothing wrong with our phone that has NO screen protector. We walk over to the display iphones and now theres a VERY noticeable difference but the manager claims that their display iphones have a brighter screen. then says its brighter cus' its plugged in. Persistently claiming she cannot help us. That is extremely incorrect as iphones have a set max on each phone + isn't that false advertisment then? Excuses after another with no real explanation. We head over to a different tmobile nearby on Westminster Blvd and the regular employee immediately notice the difference to their other display Iphones addressing more issues with our phone we didnt even notice. Giving us full breakdowns and real explanations. Also confirming Tmobile display Iphones cannot have a "brighter" screen even when maxed out. read more

Please note! Please review the T-Mobile deals as we were mis-informed. "Phone expert" told us any samsung watch was free just pay the line and tax. We are now getting charged for the phones and the manager said the promotion was for a discount on the watches instead. We are now stuck with the payment and of course t-mobile cannot/will not do anything to alleviate this issue. Been loyal customers for over a decade and as they say, once they have you you are no longer their priority. Sad to say it's like that with many carriers. I notice that the Bella Terra TMobile enjoys stellar reviews and I wish to add one more. There's NO COMPARISON to what you can get help with at the local in-person store, and it doesn't hurt that the manager there, Austin, is top notch at what he knows, how he trains for success (in other words, while he is making the customer happy, he is also leading those who are newer to the store in getting things done for the benefit of the customer. My Chicago-based friend decided to move from AT&T to TMobile while she was here visiting. We tried working with corporate over the phone but it was in-person with Austin and Abraham when it actually jelled and now she's back in Chicago and happily with TMobile. We weren't thrilled when the price went up, and honestly each and every time we go into CostCo and they hear how many lines we have, they are intent to move us. But it's the local TMobile store at Bella Terra we would hate to lose, so here we are. Purchase a brand new Samsung S25+ phone with all the accessories needed to protect and charge the phone. After leaving the store the phone started to malfunction and could not make calls or text. Spoke to 5 different T-Mobile technician's from my landline and none could correct the problem. Went to the T-Mobile store where I purchases the phone thinking they would fix the problem or exchange the phone. No help from the arrogant manager as he did not even try to check settings or troubleshoot the problem and would not exchange the phone. I had the feeling the manager was taking advantage of me as a senior at 76 years old. I do not recommend the T-Mobile store on Edinger.
