Hopefully I won't damage my phone again, but if I do, I will be back to OC Phones for my repair needs.

So, since i needed a new phone I still needed to have my info sent to the new phone from the old phone. Since I couldn't actually use the screen I couldn't approve the transfer. I e been to Smart Cell before and they were super fast and efficient. This time was no different. The cost was $150, and I'm not sure if it's a fair price compared to other cell repair places, but i prefer small businesses over someone like Best Buy Geek Squad. It didn't take long for the transfer, and he was able to get everything. Everything! Very happy about that. So money well spent in my opinion. Smart Cell Repair is the first place I think of for taking my electronics in. 5/5 stars

About a month later the screen was cracked again, even after using a newer more protective case and screen protector. He gave a discount to replace it again and in less than 2 weeks, it was broken on the inside of the screen, with a brown line down the side but no cracks. He told me "no other customers have issues" and only offered me a discount again to get yet another cheap-quality screen. I am not going to get another flimsy screen and continue to pay over and over for a poor-quality product. My mistake for not going to a more reputable screen repair place from the beginning.

I can't get that type of service compare to other place that I went too. They are rude, and not willing to fix phones at a reasonable rate. This lady wow she not only professional, but she is incredible and fast. I really like her expectations and going the distance. Hope she stay in business for a long time.
