They will NOT unlock the phone despite it being paid off, I'm told I have to wait for sixty days even though I have no service. They will not help me in store ("there's nothing we can do" - RUFKM?) and you cannot get a human on the phone. Their ridiculous AI phone system locks you into a doom loop while leaving the problem unsolved. ATT is in breach of my contract - my phone and service are paid for but they don't work - and ATT will do nothing to help. Steer far away from this store and scumbag corporation. "Valuing your business" is reflected in they service - they will offer you NONE. Please stay away. Try Consumer Cellular. I have lost many hours trying to remedy this situation and I cannot get them back. Don't let them do this to you.

I know I heard $245 but at that point I decided to just go with the $345. Then the person at the store told me it wasn't actually $475 because they weren't going to charge me for labor. Once I got off the phone and continued talking to the store employee, he said that with taxes it came out to $475. So I'm confused... if labor was never included, how did we go from $345 to $475? I told him that we literally just heard the person on the phone say $345 and then he tells me, "We can do $400." Excuse me?? What do you mean you can do $400 when I was just told the price was $345? I asked for a breakdown of the price and the receipt itself said $315. He then said we could "settle" at $375. At that point, I honestly just wanted to leave so unfortunately I paid it. As far as the actual repair goes, they did fix what I needed, so hopefully that doesn't change. But the pricing situation was ridiculous. There were way too many different prices being thrown around, and it felt like they were just making up numbers and seeing what I would agree to. David kindly helped me find a current promotional deal at Verizon for trading in Iphone 7 for $460.... Where can you get $460 for selling iphone 7?! No where~ Unfortunately I wasn't able to reset the iphone 7 because the phone wasn't mine and I completely didn't have access to resetting the Apple ID and password. Luckily, David gave me some suggestions and advised me to contact the Apple contact support, and after doing that, i was able to completely erase the old iphone and reset it! After resetting the iphone 7, i dropped off the phone to David, and he processed the trade in process for me and shortly after a week, I received a confirmation email from Verizon that they received our old iphone 7 and they are processing the trade in value as $460! Yessss! this old iphone 7 is worth $460?! Thanks Verizon :) I'm glad I was able to search and find David at this Sunset Cellular. They are Korean based small business, and majority of the customers are Koreans who do not speak English. So if you have parents or family members who are Koreans and needs help regarding any Verizon mobile services concerns, I highly recommend Sunset Cellular. I downloaded the Try Cricket app on my iPhone and tested it out with my then-current provider. I was convinced to switch to Cricket after I tried using my cell phone in my church's basement level (we are meeting there temporarily until the church's roof can be refurbished). My then-current provider had NO signal at all, yet Cricket still had a signal, even though it showed one signal bar on my phone. I then switched later that week online, after which I received an email notifying me that it would take 2 business days to switch over. I had seen the Cricket Wireless store adjacent to the Walmart on South Street, so I decided to stop by to see if they could speed up the process of getting me switched over. The employee on duty, Emely, was helping other customers who were there before me, so I had to wait a short while. When she was ready, she called me over and I explained my situation with proof that I had made the switch online; I just needed to make the switch complete on my device. It was a bit of a laborious process for Emely (she was helping other customers in between), but she punched a few buttons on my iPhone and told me that I was finally switched over to the Cricket Wireless network. :-) I signed up for the $55.00/month unlimited data plan. Since I elected to have my monthly payments on auto pay, I get a $5.00 discount, so I end up paying $50.00/month.
