Upgraded my phone! With all of the iPhone 16 advertisements, I couldn't resist. I ordered my upgrade that day it was available. And waited to receive my phone in the mail. Got my phone, cleared out my old one, and went over to T-Mobile. They helped me with the trade-in of my old device, which was the 14 iPhone Pro Max. Don't judge me lol It wasn't that old haha The trade-in process was easy peasy. They logged into my account for me and provided shipping label and box. I was done pretty quickly. I browsed some of the cases to see if there was any I liked. Nope. I'll use a basic case and wait until the cuter ones come out for the iPhone 16 Pro Max. This location has the worse customer service. I'm starting to feel it's racially biased. I went into with an issue with my iPhone and the guy at the counter gave me the worse attitude because I didn't know how to use my iPhone. I'm still new to an iPhone coming from an Android. He was very dismissive when I asked questions about my phone, he said I had to call Apple for help after I waited for an hour in store for help. I said I was going to leave a review bout how the customer service was today and he said do what you have to do go for it. Who talks like that to a customer?! I was so taken back by his response! I said excuse me? He said yes go for it leave the comment or review you can call Apple I said I been a loyal customer for over 20 years since I've been with Cingular : then sprint this is so rude how you're treating me, he said he had other customers to get to. Today, we visited this store, theres plenty of parking at this comercial complex, the store is not busy, and everything is very organized and clean, we were having a little problem with applications on the phone, and we had questions. Omar helped us, and he is very nice and knowledgeable regarding plans,phones, etc. Also, since we have insurance with unlimited screen protectors, we changed them at no cost since it is unlimited. Originally, you pay 60 bucks, but then after is free of charge till you maintain the insurance. Also, with our plan, we have free Netflix, Hulu, Apple. Omar helped us with the info, and we have now set up the free apps. If you go, make sure you look for him. He is the best. read more

Sadly one of the biggest reasons why i switched to TMobile was the great in person customer service, but the dude that greeted us today 9/22/25 youngest looking one there, it barely felt like he wanted to help at all. I asked so many questions in regards of help and he gave me nothing but nodding yes or no. And at the end he basically said he cant help, but to do everything on the life app, basically the only reason why i loved tmobile has gone to sht, maybe its the store who knows, but i know i wont be coming back! It took more than 6 months and hours of phone call and I still have not got it. They said I will get a credit of $200 for other numbers transferred to T-Mobile from Verizon on my account. I drove all the way here before the store closing time. The gentleman that was suppose to help me with a return did not help me. As all stores are usually ran, you count out when the store CLOSES. He was to lazy to run my return even though as I mentioned I made it to the store BEFORE closing time. I went into this location yesterday night and was treated with the best customer by Wendy and Melvin. Wendy was helping me to upgrade my phone and was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the best deal, and walked me through the rebate process as well as called the customer service line for me to help ensure everything was done correctly. She also helped me save on my WiFi and got me a great deal on that too. Melvin also was a big help. He had knowledge of every promotion and rebate plan. He was very kind and helpful. He was able to get me multiple rebates and discounts that t-mobile offers. They both made this an enjoyable and seamless experience. Sat. Jan. 21, 2023 I was having issues with my new Samsung S-21 FE, 5G phone. I only had it les than -2- months under the mfg. warranty. I went to 4 previous T-Mobile stores and no one would help me. When I came into this store asking for help from a Mgr. there wasn't one present so two young men approached me, then I explained my problems with my phone that wasn't working properly and needed to be backed up ASAP. to ship that day to Samsung repair in Irving, Texas. The more experienced guy was very aggressive, almost rude, and stated sorry we don't help clients doing that. The other quieter, calm man man was Omer Sira who said he woud be glad to look at my phone to help back it up. He was kind, patient, calm and professional and I felt very comfortable with him. He did my back up then set up my older phone with my Sim card and helped me get it working. I was so grateful that I told him I planned to call his manager to tell him about his great service he provided to me. He printed the label and boxed up and taped be shipped UPS. to Samsung. I found out Omer was rather new @ T-Mobile, yet I told his manager "Omer is a people person who one day could excel to Managment so keep an eye on him." I would come back to your store just to deal with him for his exellent, kind, patient service he gave me. We came in to get new phones. His (Sumsung) was acting up and my Dad was having trouble with his small screen (iphone 6) so I wanted to give him my 10. During the pandemic, they are only allowing one customer per desk at a time regardless of whether or not you live together. This makes sense because maybe you guys lives together but everyone else in the store does not live with you so, yeah. He went in first and was out of there in less than half an hour after getting everything set up and transferred. He also made a few changes to his account so that took a little extra time, but still, it was pretty fast. After that, I went in and it was the same story: in, new phone, screen protector, plan, done. A little extra time also for me to transfer everything from the 10 to the 11 then prep the 10 for transfer from the 6. Easy. I also left ATT and moved to T Mobil because ATT is absolute crap now (and has been for a while). Cesar was patient, efficient, and very knowledgeable about not only the products in house but also the industry and trends coming up. The other staff were very kind and followed distancing protocols. Store was clean and kept cool. I don't like this area nor do I like this plaza, and normally any cell phone company store is a pain to deal with, but man were we surprised. Been coming to this store for several years. Have bought phones from this store location and had my account transferred from an old phone to a new phone here. The personnel change over time so your individual experience may differ from mine. I have above average phone knowledge. I'm currently in the process of switching phones; both purchased from T-Mobile. The problems incurred are harder than regular On the 2nd or 3rd of February, I went into this store and received minimal effort from the female tech who merely moved my sim card and SD card from the old phone to the new, then basically blew me off. On 2/6/22 I phoned in after having continued problems doing the phone transfer, and received minimal effort from 2 techs. Both did not listen to me and blurted out generic and irrelevant responses. They didn't really want to help. Thus, in 3 of 3 contacts the primary goal of the phone techs was to cut the interaction short ASAP. Tech # 2 began helping a store customer before ending with me. There was no improvement by tech # 3 even after stating I am planning to do a negative Yelp review on the store. Quite amazing. This is your review, which is UNSATISFACTORY. BTW, the T-Mobile store at N. Tustin Ave @ Katella (S/E corner) are WAY more helpful. I would suggest going there as I should have done this time also read more

I have poor customer service at the garden grove tmobile, no replacement of my screen protector, told to go to another store and look it up myself Talk to 611 on the phone to set up another store to get the screen protector. Pull into the parking lot. Put a face mask on then started to the door or this tmobile. Was stop while opening the door and was told that they needed information or I could not enter the store. I told them it was setup with the main office, they refused me enterance until I give them all the information. While on the phone with 611 I took picture of the tent/table on the side walk(this store check-in) and picture of all the employees that was doing nothing, I was told by the retail associate manager the was was banded from this store for taking the pictures. After hanging up with 611(in my truck) I getting my key to leave the police showed up. This person was no help, did not like me calling 611 or taking the pictures so she called the police, remember I was in my truck and on the phone only. I went in to the store yesterday located in 143 S. Main St. Orange and was greeted by a lady that was too engrossed in checking her cellphone. So, I showed her a certificate of offer from AAA to switch to T-Mobile with a rebate of $100 for 2 lines and she said right away "call that number in the letter". I said, this letter mentioned to bring this letter to the store. And she insisted me to call that number. She seemed not friendly, and not knowledgeable about the offers from AAA. She could have asked her supervisor or co-workers instead of driving me away as a customer. Seems like she's not happy to see that offer of which probably she's not aware of it. I am so frustrated with that lady. I could have go back to the store and tell her supervisor about driving me away but on the second thought, she could have lost her job. On 8/29/21, we went to this t-mobile to purchase 2 Apple watches. The person who attended us was Marco. Super kind and super patient with us especially with a dad who gets super stressed with technology. The Apple Watch I wanted had to be ordered which is not a problem but my dad had asked if a different location had the watch so we didn't have to order it. Marco was kind enough to check for us but while that was happening my dad was calling a different t-mobile to make the process a little faster. During Marco checking on his iPad and my dad calling, Paloma interrupts and makes a comment "Because he is calculating the math for this, he does get commission so going to another t-mobile they will get his commission". Let me start by saying we weren't your customers so there's no reason to be saying those types of things and on top of that my dad was frustrated already and he had to go tell her that's fine we'll pay don't worry about it she continued to make another comment saying "it's $50". Whether that was a joke or not it was none of her business to say comments like that. We're customers trying to get what we want, if that means we have to go to a different store then that's what it means. So thank you Marco for your patience and helping us get both of the watches we wanted, we are greatly appreciative of your work. As for Paloma she's clearly only working for commission, consider any of the other workers. read more

My girlfriend's phone had problems with its internet service. We came in and Alma was such an angel! She helped us with our problem so quickly and was seemed very excited and caring. Alma fixed our service issue in a couple minutes with a lot of care and also helped us set up our home internet for a really affordable deal as well! This is a great location I have been going here lately because it is closer to my house the staff here are really helpful and kind !! They are also very knowledgeable about there products . I was helped today by Desiree and on another occasion she is very nice and kind and provided great customer service both times I was there . I have been helped by the other staff members here and they are all great . Very disappointed about the service here in this location. We simply asked for help to transfer my number onto my friends account. They simply said to call on our end and solve it on our own. He said everything we needed too do even authorization was done through the one by us. Marco who "helped" us did not even bother calling on his end. Rudy was incredibly helpful. There was an issue with my rebate as I had switched over from another carrier and it was taking far longer than anticipated because of an error someone else had made when inputting the data. I was on a plan with my mother previously so there was now a balance of almost $500 on her account that T Mobile was paying for, but because of the error the rebate was taking far longer than it was supposed to and she was going to have to be liable for the outstanding amount. I came in pretty stern as I wasn't ecstatic that it had taken so long for customer service to alert me there was an issue after almost 2 months (they said it takes 4-8 weeks to receive) and find that my mother would now be liable for that large sum in a week's time because someone made an extremely avoidable and careless input error. Rudy calmly took the time to find out what was wrong without any eye rolling and was very accommodating while helping me through the process. He was even able to help get the funds expedited and we were able to receive it just in time. Overall a pretty time consuming process (had to come in a couple different days) but Rudy was awesome the whole way through. read more

****AVOID RUDY H. AT ALL COST.***** I went in Thursday to make a payment and started talking to Rudy. He was kind and helpful. He asked me why haven't I gotten my speakers yet because I was a patron of T-Mobile for x years. I kindly declined. He said the promotion is for $16 for the smaller and $24 for the larger one. I suggested we should wait for my boyfriend to see if he would be interested in either. In the meantime I found a user friendly phone for my mother and was interested paying for it in full. He pitched the speakers to my boyfriend and said we would be getting $500 of speakers for $40. I asked him twice what's the catch, will my bill go up. He said no. He suggested to ring up the phone and speakers separately. When I paid for my moms phone he handed me page 6 of 6 of a document and asked me to signed. Assuming I had just paid for my moms phone in full and he had just put the sim card I thought it was for her phone. He ranged up the speakers and again in front of my boyfriend I asked him will my bill go up. He assured us twice it wouldn't be affected. There really is not a way around the question because my plan was not changing and I had paid for my mom's phone in full. We discuss upgrading my phone and was sure I would be getting one with him at a later time because I felt he was honest. After dinner, I knew something was not right. I reviewed the receipt he put in my bag instead of handing it to me and noticed RUDY H FINANCE ME FOR $500 WITHOUT MY ACTUAL CONSENT. HE DID NOT SUPPLY ME WITH THE 5 PAGES THAT CAME BEFORE HAND TO WHAT I SIGNED WHICH HAD ALL THE CHARGES AND FINANCING SCHEDULE. I am disappointed on how he had to work unethically to make a sale. I respect honest workers and feel disgusted he could lie to anyone to their face. He shows no remorse or cares about what he his doing to the T-Mobile clients. I am glad I noticed his act of FRAUD quickly. AVOID RUDY H. unless you want to get misinformed and sign documents with the majority of information missing.
