We were told to leave without one of our watches in hand when I went back to go pick up the watch they told me to go to a different store which I did and then they gave me a different watch and helped me set it all up which was nice. Fast forward- I ended up being billed for both watches along with receiving a phone that I didn't authorize with a diff line the order of we now have multiple pending orders and are dealing with corporate customer service to resolve, Cancel orders and send back items that we did not want and stop the extra charges. While the rep was nice, He clearly was not trained and was flustered and was pushing everybody he could just to make the deals all go through, which ended up in a disaster on our account. Awful.
