    Mikael was exceptional in his knowledge and help in my quest to trade in/upgrade a phone. Had complete confidence throughout our interaction and I greatly appreciated all of his help. Good selection of accessories in stock and the Verizon plan is very affordable. Great location, bright, clean and it happily had enough staff to cover this busy weekend crowd. Overall, a great experience to match the awesome new phone!

    DO NOT GO HERE! This is not a Verizon corporate store; it is an authorized Verizon retailer which is quite different. Here's what happened to me: I ordered 3 phones on a Monday. they said it would be Thursday or Friday when my phones came in. they confirmed my order with an email that included tracking info but I was not able to track the order because I was still with my previous carrie. OK. so I started calling on Thursday but no information for me on when my phone would arrive. I called on Friday again and called again the following Monday. so now it's been 8 days and I call 6 times put on musical hold then answered by someone who can't find any info about me. Finally I call corporate and they manage to get them on conference call who 'didn't have time to deal with it' and hung up on us both. wow, believe me don't go there! if you need to deal with Verizon be sure you go to a corporate store. Btw- my phones had been there since for 5 days....and I chose to let a corporate Verizon store have my business.

    I never thought I'd be giving a phone store a 5 star review but this one deserves it…read more I went in yesterday with the intention of taking over my phone number from my current works account. I spent some time with I believe Dylan and he went over a few things like pricing and plans. He let me know that it sounded like the way my company released my number was not correct so I had to get that figured out before I could move forward with anything in the store. I worked everything out with my company, and I went back later in the day and worked with Blaise. I had to accept responsibility of the line on the phone so they put the lowest plan and then I was able to switch it when I went back to the store. Once that was done, I was able to download the T-Mobile app and add the phone that I wanted to attach to my account as the iPhone 17 was no charge. After that, he helped me updating the new phone and then doing the transfer. I spent a total of eight hours yesterday working on my cell phone. Four hours with Apple and got no resolution and then also four hours with T-Mobile. So it was a long and frustrating day of phone things. In the time I spent with Blaise we talked about a ton of different things. He was extremely nice and it was great conversation. I really appreciate his customer service. For some reason, I am having issues with some items on my new phone like only 80 contacts transferring out of 582 but that might be an Apple issue because they aren't able to resolve anything for me at the moment on their end (relating to my Apple ID). The store got busy and then emptied out a couple of times while I was there and everyone seemed very efficient and they were all very friendly. I am really pleased to have had such a great experience with a cell phone store because that is not typical. Also, Blaise is a rockstar at applying screen protectors. He put my skills to shame lol My old phone had the whole top corner lifted on the screen protector.

LUCKILY - this time I went to the Cox Lake Forest office and was helped by Nick K. When he went into my account he found that the person that had signed us up initially had us on a "roommate account" because the previous owner hadn't shut off her service by the time we moved it. He went in and fixed out account, was SUPER kind and very patient. This was the first time in a long time that visiting a Cox store was a very pleasant experience.
