Hi, we recently switched to Verizon and have been having ongoing issues ever since. We're extremely frustrated because the service and billing have been inconsistent from the start. To summarize: * We paid our bill in advance, yet our phones were still cut off * We then experienced issues where our texts were not sending * Now we are being charged twice every month, and no one has clearly explained why At this point I'm confused what the purpose of switching carriers was if we're constantly dealing with billing problems and service interruptions. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I specifically told the associate at this Verizon store MULTIPLE times that I did not want the Verizon protection plan. I declined it clearly and repeatedly. Despite that, she still added it to my account without my permission. Because of her mistake, I had to waste even more of my time by driving back to the store just to get something removed that I never agreed to in the first place. It's extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and feels borderline deceptive. If a customer says no, it should mean no. Went to this location today. I needed info on my bill and was also meeting someone I did not know to sell a family member's phone who passed away. I wanted a public spot. Luis came to assist with the bill and also stayed with me until the other transaction with the buyer was complete. He was so kind, explaining things to us both and handling things like a pro. After that he even went a step farther and said I was eligible for $14/mo off my current plan. All I had to do was turn my phone off then on and that was it. This guy LUIS is a gem and a lifesaver. DO NOT GO HERE! This is not a Verizon corporate store; it is an authorized Verizon retailer which is quite different. Here's what happened to me: I ordered 3 phones on a Monday. they said it would be Thursday or Friday when my phones came in. they confirmed my order with an email that included tracking info but I was not able to track the order because I was still with my previous carrie. OK. so I started calling on Thursday but no information for me on when my phone would arrive. I called on Friday again and called again the following Monday. so now it's been 8 days and I call 6 times put on musical hold then answered by someone who can't find any info about me. Finally I call corporate and they manage to get them on conference call who 'didn't have time to deal with it' and hung up on us both. wow, believe me don't go there! if you need to deal with Verizon be sure you go to a corporate store. I would put less than one star if I could. My son lost his phone at a church. They found it and dropped it off at this Verizon store as it was a Verizon phone. The next day the church informed me they turned it in. I went to the store but they denied ever having it. I went back with the church staff and pointed out the person who took the phone. The staff then told me they recycle the phone after a week. It hadn't be three days. I called Verizons main line and they told me this isn't an actual Verizon store and they could not do anything about it. More so they told me I should not shop there as they don't actually represent Verizon. The actual Verizon customer care offered to replace the phone and help me move on. Don't shop here according to Verizon. This is a scam store. read more

*EDIT* Now that I've cooled off a bit, I want to adjust my review. I'm changing my review from 1 to 3 stars BECAUSE Brandon and the other guy were super nice and helpful during the whole transaction. I understand this isn't their fault. My only wish out of this whole transaction was a little more transparency between what was a "Victra" deal and a "Verizon" deal. It's difficult to walk into a store that has a Verizon sign in the front and inside, be told about a particular deal, and then when I call Verizon corporate to sort out a problem the store can't fix, then call the store back to be told they can't honor the deal because they didn't provide the transaction. ------------------------------------------------ This is NOT a Verizon store. That being said, I just switched over from ATT today. The only reason I switched was because I was going to be able to also transfer my Apple Watch and get a $100 gift card. After sitting at the store for over 2 hours, they weren't able to make the switch, but sent us on our way and said no worries, we will let you know when it goes through. 3 hours later I get a call telling me that there is no way to switch my watch from ATT to Verizon. Called Verizon customer service and they had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes. I call this place back and now I can't get the $100 gift card "because I did it through Verizon customer service." I came for an upgrade and instead of me just having to pay the normal fees, they wouldn't let me upgrade unless I also bought their extra package of a charger and phone case with would have been around 150$ extra. He not only got me my new phone, he also cancelled 2 of my old lines, got my step mom a new phone without her being there, and got me a ton of accessories. Each of these guys listened to us, helped us, and made the switch to them so easy and painless. They explain everything that is they are doing, always look for the best deals, and Ross even found extra coupons for us while buying a new iPhone 11 that we didn't even have to ask for. It was fast, helpful, and even a better deal than what we were getting at the other store we had gone too. They attempt to lure people into their store with the same color scheme and similar logo, but this is a sad cheap 3rd party dealer that doesn't abide by the policies of Verizon. They will charge you for things that Verizon will give you for free. We tried to return something and the dumpy salesman literally tried to pay us out of his wallet since he tried charges us for something they weren't supposed to. And forget asking them to honor any of Verizon deals, because they wont. No wonder there is never anyone in there store. I wish I could give zero stars to be honest. I walked in to talk about my iPad, that I wanted to possibly exchange it and talk about an insurance claim because it wasn't really working correctly and we have insurance on all our devices. When I first came into the store the rep (don't know his name) was rude and didn't really seem like he wanted to help me right off the bat. I started telling him about my iPad and that I thought about getting a new iPad or that I would trade my current one in on insurance. The rep started to look up my account and he asked me for our 4 digit pin, well when I merged with my husbands account (who is in the military and on deployment currently) we decided to use his account so it took me a bit to find this pin and he's starts to tell me how I should* know this number. Anyway, it's not my normal pin it's my husbands so obviously it took me a minute. So then he gained access to the account and he was saying I couldn't make any changes because "I'm not a lead on the account" or whatever he said when I am and if I have that number I can make changes which is what Verizon customer service told us when we merged our accounts. So then he looked at the account after that and said he couldn't do anything for me and gave me the insurance website Verizon uses and told me I had a bad attitude when he really doesn't understand customer service or military life. Wives have a power of attorney when their husbands leave and the truth is I probably would have purchased a brand new iPad but the guy just couldn't see past himself. I don't know if he was having a bad day or whatever but his attitude was completely rude and unnecessary and it hurts this business and VZN. I don't recommend people coming into this place. Unfortunately right now a lot of VZN stores are closed down but soon things will reopen. I just think places like this give VZN a bad rep. read more

This Verizon experience was by far the best I've ever had. Troy (our rep) was so knowledgeable and walked us thru all our options. They were incredibly fast; we switched over from AT&T and had zero issues. Verizon is a bit more expensive but 100% worth it especially now that we have cell service in our house which AT&T didn't offer us.
