I never thought I'd be giving a phone store a 5 star review but this one deserves it. I went in yesterday with the intention of taking over my phone number from my current works account. I spent some time with I believe Dylan and he went over a few things like pricing and plans. He let me know that it sounded like the way my company released my number was not correct so I had to get that figured out before I could move forward with anything in the store. I worked everything out with my company, and I went back later in the day and worked with Blaise. I had to accept responsibility of the line on the phone so they put the lowest plan and then I was able to switch it when I went back to the store. Once that was done, I was able to download the T-Mobile app and add the phone that I wanted to attach to my account as the iPhone 17 was no charge. After that, he helped me updating the new phone and then doing the transfer. I spent a total of eight hours yesterday working on my cell phone. Four hours with Apple and got no resolution and then also four hours with T-Mobile. So it was a long and frustrating day of phone things. In the time I spent with Blaise we talked about a ton of different things. He was extremely nice and it was great conversation. I really appreciate his customer service. For some reason, I am having issues with some items on my new phone like only 80 contacts transferring out of 582 but that might be an Apple issue because they aren't able to resolve anything for me at the moment on their end (relating to my Apple ID). The store got busy and then emptied out a couple of times while I was there and everyone seemed very efficient and they were all very friendly. I am really pleased to have had such a great experience with a cell phone store because that is not typical. Also, Blaise is a rockstar at applying screen protectors. I gave them my phone, work phone said it dont hold charge and chinese writing on screen. Told them I need a new phone. They said go online use your insurance because your phone has damage on the outside and get one sent out to you. Went online and said I have to travel 34miles away to fix all the cracks on the front and back then bring it back to change battery. I don't drive- 1 car family. HE SAID THEY WOULD SEND ONE IN THE MAIL...NO! THAT IS NOT CORRECT! Travel 34 miles! Really! Gas prices are crazy. read more

From moment we entered the store, Janice was welcoming, gave us full attention and patience with a phone upgrade. After selecting the new phone, she made sure all data was transferred, all apps were in same location as previous phone and that we were familiar with operation of the phone, since new phone was different brand than the old phone. I bought a brand new iPhone 17 pro max and bought a blue light screen protector. I had the phone and screen protector for a few days and my friend noted my screen protector was cracked. I hadn't dropped my phone or put anything that pocket and I spend $60 I went in and explained the situation and they gave me a new screen protector and a few days later I noticed it was cracked again. Again I never dropped the phone or put anything in my pocket. THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON MY SCREEN PROTECTOR IS CRACKING I asked a manager if I could get a completely different kind of screen protector because I don't want to keep having this issue and it wasn't fair for them. they told me I had to pay for it or put in a claim with the company because it has a life time warranty but I'm not planning on giving these screen protectors another try. Excellent customer service. We had Josh helping us today. Amazing service, we could see how much he enjoyed helping people. He won't try to push sales on you, he will be super honest with everything that he is selling. I don't even know how many questions we asked him and the girl that was with there today. But they answered all our questions and Josh helped us find exactly what we needed with the services that we needed. They have a good selection of products, and most of the time they do have some type of deal that makes getting a new phone or watch a great value for the money. I've had T-Mobile for a long time (10+ years), I would not want to switch back to any others (ATT nor Verizon). Overall, it was an cool experience here at this T-Mobile location. The store was very clean too. Parking can get a bit hectic, but it's because of the movie theater and the Trader Joe's that's next to them. read more

This review is NOT for the store- they were courteous and helped me! This is about the generic customer service line you call for all things Tmobile. I am upset because Tmobile offered and sold me a cell phone and internet bundled service that for 10 weeks has had me racing to the store multiple times for new parts, on the phone for hours more than a dozen times to fix the problems only to finally tell me they are unable to offer service for my area. And I got charged over $500 during this time (advertised package was $105/month), only to end with them giving me a $30 credit in the end. My take away is that if a company offers a service they can't follow through with making work then I shouldn't be out of pocket for their issues! I tried customer service multiple times but they said that was their final offer of reprieve. NOT OK Tmobile- DO BETTER $230 something Billion dollar company! DO BETTER!!!! I highly recommend Tmobile in RSM. All the agents were very attentive and helpful. We had Brandon and he was great, very knowledgeable, patient and very honest. He wasn't there just to sell you but help you decide the best plans with full disclosure which is refreshing. If you haven't check TMobile's new offering you are spending a lot with the other carriers. Worth to stop to save a few hundred bucks plus a new expensive phone with very minimal cost. horrible customer service from Khorshid. i went in to get a new phone and had called the store the day before to make sure they had what i was looking for in stock. when it was my turn to be helped i explained what i was there for and she told me they don't have any of the phones in stock (which was frustrating because i drove all the way there) she gave me attitude when i asked and acted like i was inconveniencing her because she had to make sure and look in the system. after that whole thing my mom had a few questions about her phone plan and the coverage. she asked Khorshid some questions and we didn't understand what she was saying so when we asked her again and she responded with a nasty "i already told you" excuse what. repeat yourself. it's not that hard. especially since she had a very thick accent. incredibly rude. did not help us at all. we left confused and with no questions answered. didn't even get a new phone and have to order it online. save a trip and do everything online. waste of time. waste of gas. waste of money. read more

I'm sure I will spell her name wrong but I wanted to recognize Sanaz(spelling?) 10/10 customer service skills! She handles difficult customers beautifully. I used to be a hiring manager for another franchise type company and I would hire her in a heartbeat if I had my own company. She is an asset to the team really. For what I am assuming is a somewhat minimum wage employee (who was making no commission off of us because we came in with our plan purchased online) she had such great customer skills from our first interaction to even our second after my husband left frustrated that first time. Most employees at this pay grade would not give a customer like this a second chance, they would pass them off to another employee or just not be the nicest employee regardless. She didn't though she stayed classy, continued to communicate clearly, and ultimately helped us fix what needed to be fixed. She has amazing customer service and I hope she gets some recognition. My wife called and made sure that I was authorized to replace it because she just came out the hospital. After being with AT&T for over 11+ years I was tired of certain areas that I wouldn't have service and then I would call customer service and they were not so great or hard to understand. They didn't seem like they really cared if I left or stayed. I also had some issues with my face recognition as I paid off my phone and now it didn't work. it seem like no one could help me over the phone I was just over it, so I went to T-Mobile and dealt with Jasmine And she was amazing. We had a hard time getting into my icloud w/ Apple n realized they were down, but with resilience and patience we were able to change my password get into my account and transfer everything over and now I have a new phone which has been amazing with all the stress doing it Jasmine stuck through many hours helping me fix it. I recommend RSM T-Mobile. Actually the whole staff is great from Dylan, Ken, and especially Jasmine should be definitely groom for management. Had MAJOR issues with my Samsung 9 phone, went to another T-Mobile (the one near Pavillion in RSM), a not as friendly man semi fixed, but still having issues. So I took my phone to another T-!Mobile (Santa Margarita). A friendly man, Banke, he identified the problem immediately and BOOM my phone was working properly. Banke was very attentive, he told me we could to take advantage of a reduced rate because of our age. BOOM! saving $$$$! This man has our business indefinately! read more

Customers of T-Mobile for years! Always great customer service/ support.. recently things changing and their "not my problem" attitude is similar to my experience with Sprint.. employees must have had updated training since the buyout, SMH! Service has also gone down the tubes with calls dropping frequently. The final straw was when they stole my trade in.. told me I was going to get x amount on my trade in, turned in the phone and 24 hours later received a text saying my phone was no eligible for trade in. Called the store I turned it in to and they said they couldn't give me the phone back. WHAT?!?! Manager said he took care of it and I would see the adjustments on my bills.. guess what no adjustments were made. Liars and thieves! Switched carriers and couldn't be happier. These companies need to realize we have options when it come to cell carriers. read more

Prices for unlimited cell phone plans have dropped recently. When I called Verizon, I was not able to get any adjustment on my unlimited plan with 4 phones even though they have been advertising a 4 phone unlimited plan for $100. I stopped by the T-Mobile stored to see if I could get some information on the T-Mobile unlimited plans. The staff at T-Mobile was great and in particular, Rico, was very helpful and patient in explaining all of the plans T-Mobile had to offer and all of the current promotions. He helped me through the entire process of the new plan, transferring phones, and even helped me to make sure I received all the perks two days later (free Netflix, Apple TV, AAA for one year, Paramount+, and $800 in Visa gift cards). Long story short is we were able to upgrade 3 of our phones for free, our plan is better and cheaper than Verizon and great perks. Yes, the transfer process can be tedious and it takes some time to transfer a phone and cancel a service, but if you're thinking of switching over, I recommend going to the store in RSM. They'll help you through the entire process. read more
