I have 4 lines…read moreand been a long customer since 2008, I have a prepaid line that I renew once a year, and the website is so bad it always fails to make the payment, tried on the browser, the app, tried card, Apple Pay, PayPal but nothing works, called my bank and there was no issue from their end. So I go to the store on my lunch break, there's two reps each one with a customer and I check in. I waited 20 mins no acknowledgement of any kind. Another customer walks in and goes and sits close to one of the reps, Sophie, she speaks to him in Chinese and 5 minutes later she invites him to the other table while I'm standing in the middle waiting. I said I was there first, but she claimed she had an appointment! I didn't see an option for an appointment and I wasn't offered one, she had to then help me, for calling her Bs. She then directs me to the machine which didn't have the payment option for my plan and asked me to wait for the other rep! I waited a little but couldn't wait more and had to leave back to work. Came back after work, there was a 3rd rep who welcomed me and asked me to check in & wait, not sure what her role is but she wasn't doing anything, had to wait again, while waiting I kept trying online until it somehow worked, and I left, this happened again last year where someone else who is Chinese was preferred by the Chinese rep maybe was or someone else, also claiming the walk in after me had appointment. I said to myself then whatever but this is now a repeated experience at this store location specifically. So I'm sharing my terrible experience poor service for a minimum service expectation m. Walked into this t mobile already anticipating it to be a little busy with the new iPhones being out. Approximately 4 to 5 other families in there. Someone greets me & asks me what I need. I let them know I'm transferring over and he proceeds to look at me with a blank face and says "you'll need the account holder with you and the account information" me being an adult and the account holder I let them know I have all that info. Eventually I am helped at the table-- I have never met a more confused Individual trying to do his job. Not only was this person entirely confused on what I was trying to do when switching over he seemed hesitant to help. Given there was some misunderstanding from my initial transfer once he was receptive to explanation. Something else that rubbed me the wrong way was, the constant questioning if I would be able to have access to my current account. After confirming and taking my ID is what did it for me. It seemed to be that I apparently was suspicious enough for my ID to need a black light to ensure its authenticity. I have NEVER seen any place not even the airport use a black light to make sure my ID is real. The previous T Mobile I went to just scanned my ID and gave it back to me. The outcome was me leaving and a poor set of words from this worker. I went to another T Mobile and they were happy to help, welcoming and no issues. (Not even a black light on my ID) Moral of the story-- if you need to go to T Mobile -- don't go to this one.

I should have paid more attention & immediately red flag it when the rep brought out my supposedly "new" Iphone 11 Pro unwrapped. As if & could have either been used or refurbished. Reps should always open & unwrap the "new" iphones in front of their customers. But that wasn't for my case. How could this have slipped my attention?! Anyways, it turns out my iphone 11 Pro was a lemon. What are the chances of that?! On the 1st day (Monday) the cell battery was draining unusually fast, after I had fully charged it the night before. I gave it a good solid 72 hours before I brought it back into the store. I thought maybe it was my issue. Nope. I hardly used the the cell each day - less than 4 hours yet my battery drained to less than 30% in less than 1/2 the day. Since it continued on like this for days. I brought the cell back to the store on Thursday around 12pm. I told them my issue. They all seem indifferent. No apologies on their end. I seriously felt no empathy from them and they weren't rude either. They "tried" to help & 1/2 of the time they were speaking in Korean. So this kinda feels like when you go to a mani/pedi salon ran by the Vietnamese. You have no idea what the technicians are gossiping about, feels a bit uncomfortable. No offense to anyone! Just my 2 cents. To make this a long story short & spare you guys the details. Lets say it was a very frustrating Thursday, Friday & finally Saturday experience dealing with all 3 reps there plus the manager who came out to "somewhat" assist. I waited each day in the store for almost 1 to 1.5 hours. I kept my cool, patience & composure. It took them 2.5 days for them to give me a new cell phone & get it all set up. Kha gave me his number and I checked later that day to see if he was going to be in the next day. I showed up, Kha was there and he patiently gave me another quote and was able to get me a better deal than I was originally quoted. Kha said I'd love him (platonically of course) and he ordered the phone for a few day delivery and it showed up the next day at my house no extra charge (what is that?). Kha also said he'd help me transition from T-Mobile if I didn't understand the conversion (super nice). The only downside is that the Verizon phone instructions left a lot to be desired but I eventually figured it out.

I went because cellular service for my son's Apple Watch hadn't been working. They said I should just open a new line and that's the easiest way to fix it. I said fine. They opened a new line and reset everything and STILL couldn't get it to work. When I asked them to cancel the new line since it didn't work they said they couldn't and that I had to call Verizon (while I'm literally sitting in the store). I got passed to 3 people over the course of two hours. They made me wait 20 minutes between the second and third rep while they kept helping new customers. They told me the second rep had to help others since they had appointments and their overall wait time was growing too long but "don't worry, our closers come in soon so if you wait for them they'll help you". How does that make sense when I was second in line when I first arrived and by this time everyone else that they were helping came in after me? So I went and grabbed lunch for 20 minutes and came back. There was a "manager" that just walked around on an iPad telling people how long the wait would be. When I asked why the manager directly why he wasn't helping customers at all, he replied that he isn't "a sales rep" so he couldn't do it. He literally walked back and forth around the store and to the back office and back. He literally only greeted new people. I did not observe him helping a single person while I was there. Got to the point they couldn't troubleshoot my cellular options and I said I would just upgrade my device and just pay since they couldn't figure it out. They tried process for a new Apple Watch and got an error multiple times. At that time I knew things were going nowhere and just left. I am in charge of operations at work so I could not believe how this store was being run. Staff need to be trained in customer service, management needs to be trained in management! They had plenty of staff but absolutely no sense of urgency. The Verizon customer service that I called over telephone on the way home (based overseas) was infinitely more helpful than anyone from this store.
