We made an appointment for the next morning so I went in and another guy looked at my car in person and told me he could do it with a slightly lighter leather or I can come back with a better color match. I opted to co e back for the better color match which was actually the next day. I dropped my car off at 9 am and 2 and a half hours later she was ready for pick up. They did an excellent job! I dropped off some replacement front factory seats complete less the frames. Also dropped off two replacement seat frames. The team was able for me to come back and have the factory front seats swapped out and old seats in the rear of my vehicle. Extremely happy and thankful for the work that was done. read more

Did a great Job reupholstering the two front seats of my wife's ford expedition. It has air-conditioned seats so the material is perforated and the replacement material must match the original. These guys found material that looks exactly the same as OEM. Only complaint is that it didn't look like they vacuumed under the seats while they had them out. Seems like if you're going to bother to take the seats out of someone's car you would also vacuum underneath them before you put them back in. IMO Have also been helpful with estimating to repair the seat positioning circuit boards as they started to fail. No cost for that estimate but he did a lot of work calling around to try and find aftermarket replacements that are less costly. Lastly, somehow my kids managed to leave marbles on the floor of the car and one of them rolled into the vent underneath the seat. There was no way to get it out without taking the seat out removing the center consul lifting the carpet up and removing the vent. These guys did all that work for just an hour labor cost! read more

Made an appt : for a car alarm install for 9:00am drove 20 miles to drop it off to Moises and he wasn't there left the truck with some young kid with no customer services experience very rude. Per my appt: Moises said he would have it ready by 3:00pm drove back at 3:45pm and they didn't even work on the truck. Wasted 2 hours of my day and never got the alarm i will never do business with again :( read more

Went to this location looking at it's almost 5 star rating and proximity to where I live. Met with Alberto and asked for an estimate for my vehicle. He basically didn't have time to provide me a quote For my vehicle. My estimate request was for car stereo system, alarm system, upholstery and window tinting so it's basically the whole package. And I do have a classic as well.His statement to me was you can see, look at my shop and I do Classics. And I said, so you're expensive and he said yes. He stated I just want to be honest with you. All Alberto needed to say was I'm very busy at this time, I cannot do your job. That would've been satisfactory for me. Very disappointed, won't do business with this shop, not when an owner doesn't even have time to provide you an honest quote. Poor customer service! read more

When I called and asked about getting my SmartStart IID Recalibrated and Removed, they welcomed me immediately. Recalibration took 10 minutes max. Removal only an hour and a half. Best place to go in OC for SmartStart. If you call and it doesn't go through right away, call 2 or 3 more times and someone will definitely pick up. We had purchased an 2017 Newmar Ventanna RV with really nice leather interior unfortunately the drivers seat and passenger seat were shredding and in bad shape . I called 6 shops no one would do mobile service my RV is 44 ft long so bring it to a shop is a real challenge ! Mosses came to our space at Orangeland RV removed the seat and arm rest used a spare piece of furniture we had with matching leather to reupholster them and returned everything competed and beautiful the next day !
