I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Stitch & Feather truly went above and beyond, and it's one of the many reasons I'll continue to support them. A1 customer service--I can't recommend them enough!

This review is for the workers! I came in to Windsor without much idea of what I wanted to wear to a trip I was going to for Easter, I needed a couple outfits and I'm so lucky to have come here to shop! I grabbed an associate named Marie, I saw that she was busy restocking some merchandise, but when I asked for her help she gladly stopped to help me! She was super friendly and cheerful and took me around the store grabbing things she thought I would like. In the fitting room, another girl (didn't get her name, she was tall with blonde hair) helped me as well! She gave me her honest opinions on some of the stuff I was trying on. Marie came back to check on me and brought more items she said another associate Erica grabbed thought I would like. I ended up buying 2 outfits and a top that Erica picked. The girls that work here are all friendly and have great teamwork that sometimes retail employees lack. It's refreshing going to a store where they really want to help you get what you need. I came to Brea Mall today March 15th along with my daughter to buy a prom dress for her , and to visit around 5 other stores . It was busy (6pm) we're both happy since there was a big selection ! All of the prom type dresses were at the back of the store and there were 3 people around but only one associate was helping my daughter . I didnt get her name but se was a young girl with long black hair and glasses . The fittings rooms were full and oter customers needed her help too but she was able to help us all by herself . No associate came to the back to help with the busyness . The girl helped my daughter choose between 2 dresses and got us the right size and silver earring to match ! I went into get an NYE dress the night before NYE and the customer service there was impeccable! I used to work at Windsor so that's why I continue to shop there to promote the brand and business. I got the green dress all the staff loved on me and they even signed me up for VIP offers which I didn't know I didn't have but I thought I did. This store saved my NYE! When I asked the employee at the counter if she could cash out the remaining balance on a gift card of approximately $2, the manager very curtly and loudly, bellowed to the employee across the room as she continued tidying up what appeared to be accessories, "No, we can't "; the employee then had to convey to me, "No, we can't." No explanation given, very much a "Yes, your majesty" exchange between employee and supervisor. She then was talking to the employee about me while I was looking through the clothes, saying, "She probably used it online and so we can't give them cash back, but if she bought it in the store they could have", rather than having a conversation with me, the customer, directly. She then reshared this information with me after asking me if I had purchased online and told me that I should have bought it in the store. We didn't find anything and we just left. Her rude demeanor is probably a contributing reason why I didn't purchase in-store the first time. Lesson learned. I will not be visiting any time soon and it is apparent that others have learned the same lesson. The store looked tidy, new and neat though, almost castle-like. An extra star for cleanliness.

Very disappointing online pickup experience…read more I went to the Brea Nordstrom Rack on Sunday, August 9 around 1:30 p.m. to pick up an online order. As you walked in, there are two signs advertising "Buy online for fast and easy pickups." Unfortunately, my experience was anything but fast or easy. I asked a cashier where to go for online pickup, and she directed me to a checkout line that extended all the way to the back of the store and appeared to have at least 75 people waiting, most of whom were making regular in-store purchases. I got in line, but remembered that on previous visits there had been an employee specifically handling online pickups. I decided to ask another cashier if someone was handling online orders. She was very kind and understanding and said she would ask the manager, Cynthia. I explained that I was frustrated about having to wait in such a long line just to pick up an order I had already purchased online. I was told I would still need to wait in line because Cynthia would go through the queue and process online orders in order. I said that was completely fine and I returned to the line. I was the second person in line who was there solely for an online pickup. Cynthia left to the back of the store to retrieve our orders. About 10 minutes later, I noticed that she had returned to the register assisting customers in line, yet had both of our online orders sitting in a basket behind her. This is where the experience became especially frustrating. Cynthia walked right past us on her way back to the registers but left us standing in the long checkout line, even though she had already retrieved our orders. I eventually had to ask another employee to get my order so I could leave. Only then did Cynthia take the other customer's order to her, after that customer had also been left waiting in line. I completely understand that stores get busy and employees have a lot to manage. What I don't understand is why customers who had already paid for their orders online were left standing in a huge checkout line when our orders had already been retrieved and were literally sitting behind the register. The cashier who initially helped me was kind and professional, and I appreciate her trying to help. My frustration is specifically with how the manager handled the situation. If Nordstrom Rack advertises "fast and easy pickups," I think customers should reasonably expect an online pickup to be handled differently from a regular purchase checkout. This was neither fast nor easy, and the way the manager handled it made the situation much more frustrating than it needed to be.
