When it came down to the actual piercings Marley was very clean and made sure she sanitized in between customers (as a nurse I really appreciated that). The slime was fine, but customer service is part of what you're paying for, and that part completely missed the mark. I came in to Windsor without much idea of what I wanted to wear to a trip I was going to for Easter, I needed a couple outfits and I'm so lucky to have come here to shop! I grabbed an associate named Marie, I saw that she was busy restocking some merchandise, but when I asked for her help she gladly stopped to help me! She was super friendly and cheerful and took me around the store grabbing things she thought I would like. In the fitting room, another girl (didn't get her name, she was tall with blonde hair) helped me as well! She gave me her honest opinions on some of the stuff I was trying on. Marie came back to check on me and brought more items she said another associate Erica grabbed thought I would like. I ended up buying 2 outfits and a top that Erica picked. The girls that work here are all friendly and have great teamwork that sometimes retail employees lack. It's refreshing going to a store where they really want to help you get what you need. I came to Brea Mall today March 15th along with my daughter to buy a prom dress for her , and to visit around 5 other stores . It was busy (6pm) we're both happy since there was a big selection ! All of the prom type dresses were at the back of the store and there were 3 people around but only one associate was helping my daughter . I didnt get her name but se was a young girl with long black hair and glasses . The fittings rooms were full and oter customers needed her help too but she was able to help us all by herself . No associate came to the back to help with the busyness . The girl helped my daughter choose between 2 dresses and got us the right size and silver earring to match ! I was in here a couple months ago and got amazing service by an associate who no longer works there, the girls working there were so rude and didn't even take the time to ask if i needed help. I asked an employee if she could help me find a dress and she said she would but had to go get something from the back and never returned to help me. I ended up finding it by myself because the dresses are actually colorized quite nice and it's easy to find things. But the service was just so horrible. This store needs to get it together. I went into get an NYE dress the night before NYE and the customer service there was impeccable! I used to work at Windsor so that's why I continue to shop there to promote the brand and business. I waited patiently in line at the register and politely showed the barcode for my pickup order to a lady wearing a pink color stripe shirt. Instead of assisting me, she reacted in a very dismissive and disrespectful way and told me to "get in line." I was not trying to cut the line. This was a prepaid pickup order, and I have done this many times before without any issue. The whole purpose of ordering and paying in advance is for a smoother pickup process. If customers still need to wait in the regular checkout line, then what is the point of online pickup? Eventually, when I reached the register, the manager came over and processed the order. He confirmed that for pickup orders, customers only need to show the barcode and the staff will bring the item out. That is exactly what I was trying to do from the beginning. The situation could have been handled professionally and respectfully. I hope the store provides better training to ensure customers are treated fairly and consistently
