If I could give 0 stars it would be 0 stars ! I visited the Jimmy Choo location on the first floor of South Coast Plaza with my sister-in-law. Upon entering, the associate on duty was on her phone. While I understand that she may have been communicating with a client, there was no acknowledgment whatsoever of our presence. As we walked in, I was actively discussing a handbag I intended to purchase and pointing out shoes to my sister-in-law. Despite speaking clearly and being visibly engaged with the merchandise, the associate did not look up, greet us, or offer any assistance. Anyway, bought myself a gift and 3 sets of lipsticks with nail polishes for my 3 PR friends. I met this female staff name Leslie. She got what I wanted. She went an extra steps to give me her honest opinions regarding the evening cocktail purse that goes with every occasion. Great stuff to look at here and a highly powerful perfume. Salesmen and saleswomen were gracious. I didn't think it was appropriate to take photos in the store so I held off until I got to the escalator. There I took a photo with my left hand of the Jimmy Choo fragrance marker. The photo is a little blurry because I don't take pictures with my left hand as well as I do with my right. Gorgeous, decadent stilletos. Perfect for a wedding or a special event. Cute flats and sandals. High heels that are fashionable and look like they would last a while. And when I went, they were having a sale - some of the shoes were 50% off but I held off on buying. I bought a pair of espadrilles And after one wear, the braided part of the shoe came loose. I decided to give them a call and spoke to Rodger (store manager) who was very rude to see what were my options of what they can do. before I could even ask what my options were, he got defensive and said espadrilles were meant to fray and be worn down. I have many espadrilles from Chanel, YsL, even toms that won't come apart after one use. Rodger then starts to cut me off in the middle of our conversation then yells and decided to hang up the phone on a customer. I bought these espadrilles before I knew micheal kors bought them out and no wonder their customer service skills went down along with quality of their products. By the way there are 30% off sales in june and late November. Tony says you can look sensational even in a shirt and jeans when you have a great, sexy bag and shoes. I AGREE !!! I bought the Itaian Zoe shoe $1145 for $801. It is snake skin with shades of gold and brown plus four inch heels. I also purchased the Sky bag $1495 for $1049. It is camel soft leather with whip stitches and snake skin. I know I look marvelous with these accessories because my boy friend not only forced me to wear them out of the store, he paid for them. I asked the guy if he had the right size box that will fit it, since the one at the Forum Shops, ran out. OMG, I love this store. These shoes are lingerie for the feet. Soo sexy, and fabulous. I didn't buy anything here (usually I purchase from Saks in SF) but the sales staff was nice and courteous. The place is small but brimming with styles, so if you were looking for something odds are it should be there. If not, the staff is eager to send in the ones you need. Waltzing in still high from my previous Louboutin purchase, I'm after another pair of my favorites. Choos... Jimmy Choos.. and boy do I love his choos.. The SAs were tentative. I walked through the whole store browsing with nothing catching my eye. As I was walking out I find these beautiful orchid suede 'Greta Sandals'. Don't let the name fool you. They are no sandals. Complete with the sexiest ankle straps I hoped that my foot was narrow enough to fit them as I was intimidated by how slim the shoe looked. Sitting there giddy as an overweight child about to eat mcdonalds, I waited for the SA to bring my size. She was efficient in that she brought a couple of sizes and a different style in that same color since it was the color I was after. Perfect fit in what I originally asked for. Sold. She was new (as she told me) so it took her a while to finish the transaction, however she was pleasant and offered me bottled water while I waited. It's dangerous walking through south coast mall... Once I find something I like, I'm drawn to it like a bee is drawn to the decadent perfume of flowers and I can't stay away until I get it. The review is solely about my experience in speaking with a member of their leadership team, Roger. Roger wasn't available when I called the store asking to speak to a member of the management team but he called me back as soon as he was available. I was frustrated with a recent purchase and what I really appreciate is that Roger maintained his composure, continued to help me feel like he understood my concern and was sorry for my frustration. He also offered me options to try to resolve my concern. Was it the outcome I wanted? No, but because Roger was consistent in the message, it was clear his actions were dictated by policy. Additionally, he at least tried to help me, which was more than I was initially expecting. Finally, now a days, you don't get a manager that shows empathy to the customer. He had no knowledge of the sizing. He was wearing a pull-over with a rip in the seam and a small hole. He hadn't shaved in a week. ..... The shoes are great, but the blonde girl who initially helped me was the most stuck up sales associate I have ever encountered. I came in to look for wedding shoes and not once was I greeted nicely. I felt like Pretty Woman walking in, with the whole look over. You know, where they look at you up and down and assume if you're a purchaser or a window shopper. Obviously they assumed the latter. I found 2 pairs of shoes I liked, didn't know which to get and she kept telling me they weren't in my size. I said to get them in my size, ship it here and I will try them on. They got a little more friendly when they noticed I was an actual shopper but was still snooty. They took my name down to let me know when it would come in... 2 weeks max. I call 1.5 weeks later and the girl said they've been here for a week and said they called. I check my phone, email, missed calls, text, and nada. They lied. I go in hoping that bitchy blonde wasn't there and thankfully she wasn't bc I would have torn her a new one. If ever you're going to mess with a woman, there are two types you NEVER want to mess with: hormonal pregnant ones and/or stressed out brides. She messed with the wrong lady. Thankfully a really nice man helped us out and made the whole shopping experience MUCH better. In conclusion, the blondy at Choos, the people who walk into your store are potential customers... For any first time buyers of Jimmy Choo products I ask that you read my story before you make that purchase. It all began in June 2015. I was finishing up Grad school in Milan Italy. As a graduation present to myself, I decided to buy a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes. Where else to purchase them than in one of fashion centers of the world, The Galleria Vittoria. Well, I made that very expensive purchase of $593.77. The most I've ever paid for a pair of shoes. I was so proud of the purchase that my daughter even took a picture of me and my Jimmy's. Well I finished Grad school, came home and put the shoes away for that first special occasion. Well in mid Aug, I wore the shoes for the first time. By the end of the evening both heel tips fell off. I called the local Jimmy Choo Store (South Coast Plaza) and they said to bring the shoes in. Well, that's where the journey begins. I went back and forth to the store and speaking with customer service trying various fixes which would only work for one or two wears. In May I final felt this journey had gone long enough and asked for a refund, store credit or some other form of restitution. When I spoke to Tabitha from customer service she stated that a refund or replacement could not be made because the shoes were worn. I told her it was a ridicules statement. It was like a car salesman asking me to take a car for a test drive without putting any miles on it. How else did she want me to confirm the shoes were fixed? After that conversation, Tabitha nor anyone else from Jimmy Choo ever responded to my email. After that, I contacted my credit Card company and explained the situation. They temporarily refunded my money but the merchant had 45 days to rebuttal my refund request. On July 22 I received a letter from my credit card company stating that they were recharging my account PLUS INTEREST because the store in Italy was not aware of the issue I was having. I spoke with the Jimmy Choo customer service department and the local store throughout the ordeal and at no time did they say that I had to work directly with the Italy store even when asked point blank! I really don't get it. Every day individuals purchase items from merchant's in one store or in one part of the country and return it to a store in another city. Apparently with Jimmy Choo products you are on your own. Customer Service equals lip service I learned a very valuable lesson. High Price does not equal High Value. I also learned that Jimmy Choo does not stand by their products. If they did they wouldn't be giving me "the shoe was worn statement" so we can't give you a refund or "sorry, I'm from Italy and didn't know you had an issue". I'm just sticking with Coach. They stand by their products regardless if I purchased the product on line, in store, or out of country. Shame on you Jimmy Choo for not standing by your product and not putting the customer first!! First time buyers beware. You will NOT get what you paid for. Below is a timeline of the events that have transpired. Please read my journey and don't let this happen to you! 2015 Timeline June 8, 2015 Purchased shoes Aug 14, 2015 Wore shoes for the first time and the tips fill off Late Aug sent shoes out for repair Sept 12, 2015 received voice mail from Lori from South Coast Plaza Jimmy Choo stating - shoes were ready for pickup 2016 timeline Feb 25 sent shoes out for repair again. This was the SECOND time the shoes had ever been worn. This time I was told that the tips would be replaced with the cobblers tips and not Jimmy Choo tips. Late March early Apr I went back to the store because the tips twisted again. The Assistant Mgr, Roger, offered to send them out again. I felt they wouldn't last so he referred me to customer services. Apr 9th I sent an email to customer Services Apr 26 Customer service recommended sending the shoes out for heal re-enforcement Apr 29 Went to local store and shoes went out for repair May 13 picked up shoes May 16th & 18th wore shoes. May 18th heal tips started to twist. May 19th I notified Tabitha from Jimmy Choo customer service and emailed the pictures she requested. read more

Hi, im alexis and im a jimmy choo anonymous a holic. Five star shoes, handbags, wallets, sunglasses and customer service. I love their shoes and purses. The only thing I don't get is sometimes they don't have the matching wallet to the purse, why even design the purse if theres no matching wallet?? They just collaborated with uggs and I love my ugg and Jimmy choo studded boots! Not only are my tootsies warm, I also look chic in them. Tony is awesome, but he's now at dior. My response was are you saying it is my fault that these shoes are ripped. I asked to speak to a Manager, and this short Asian guy came and said he was the manager and how can how can he help. I explained him the same situation and his response was "well we don't know how you walk or your feet are the way you walk and how often" I asked him so you are saying it is my feet that caused the problem and then his response I don't know how your feet are. I was shocked and asked for his name and the corporate phone or email address. He refused to give his name and the corporate number and told me to "Get out" Get Out or I am calling the security". I finally spoke to security and was told by them they have seen this behavior many times at this location. The two guys were a taller white bald guy supposedly the true manager and the short Asian guy asst manager and the Asian girl very rude and nasty. Will never shop at this location ever. I had a fantastic experience at this salon and I was greeted and helped by Roger Wei, assistant store manager. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. He, and another associate, went above and beyond helping me find the style, material, heel height etc before it has even come to stores here in the US! They took my info and told me they would call me and send them to me in a few weeks as soon as they come in. That is customer service that DOESNT EXIST anymore. That's sad but true.
