I was in desperate need of some assistance with my external hard drive, because it burned out. I was so scared I had lost my whole life's memories. My kids in their younger years along with thousands of family photos and video memories (Kids child births, etc.) . I was so worried, but Bernardo gave me hope. He was honest and very upfront and was willing to do everything to save my files. Bernardo and was so professional and so helpful from the start. He definitely knew what he was doing and was willing to get started immediately. Wow! I was so grateful, because I needed to extract photos right away for my son's graduation party. He understood the urgency of the assignment and got to work! Once I arrived at this office, he explained what needed to be done to start pulling my files from the damaged hard drive. I dropped off my hard drive and within an hour he called me back with the the BEST news. My photos could be saved! Bernardo dedicated many hours in extracting my photos, videos and files and then saved ALL files to a thumbnail drive. It took many hours and I cannot express my gratitude enough for his service and compassion in understanding how important this was to me. Thank you Compu Smart (Bernardo) for the excellence service. My wife and I recently visited the store because she was experiencing an issue with her Samsung phone. From the moment we walked in, Brandon greeted us right away with a warm and welcoming attitude. His professionalism and willingness to help were immediately evident. Brandon took the time to listen carefully to the issue and worked patiently to resolve it. Throughout the entire process, he maintained a positive demeanor and ensured that we felt comfortable and informed. (we were not rushed either) His knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine care for customer satisfaction truly stood out. Employees like Brandon are a great asset to your team and reflect very positively on the company. Because of his excellent service, our experience was both smooth and enjoyable. This review isn't about T-Mobile's overall reception -- it's strictly about the in-person customer experience at this location. My iPhone 16pro and Apple watches are paid off, purchased through the Apple Store, and fully unlocked -- in theory, this should have made for an easy, straightforward switch. Instead, the process became overly complicated and time-consuming, proving that even with "ideal" conditions, execution at the counter can make or break your experience. My Issues with Charlie (Manager) * Competency: Frequently asked another employee for help (a good trait in itself), but still gave me incorrect info and made preventable mistakes. * Misinformation: Told me stand-alone Apple Watches were 5G -- they're 4G. I actually asked this as a "test question" to gauge whether he was full of it or just misinformed. Unfortunately, his confident but wrong answer -- paired with a made-up justification that "you're getting 5G service so it's 5G even on the watch" -- showed me it was either a lack of integrity or another example of incompetence. Tip for consumers: You can easily check what kind of connection your watch or phone is using through the T-Mobile app, so you don't have to rely on sales floor claims. * Execution Errors: Switched over a watch I had specifically told him to leave on Verizon. Was this an intentional sabotage? No-Charlie seemed like a decent person -- but it was a combination of over-promising, under-delivering, and sloppy execution. His demeanor cooled after I canceled two watches, which I can understand from a sales standpoint, but it's his weakness and unprofessionalism to let it show. Complicated Switch = Time Commitment If you're adding or switching other devices, especially stand-alone cellular Apple Watches, expect a longer process: * One phone + multiple stand-alone family Apple Watches took over 2 hours for one watch to be switched. * I canceled two watches mid-process due to lack of confidence and time. * Expect 30 minutes to over 2 hours per watch depending on complications. Other Situations That Can Cause Delays 1. Your phone is locked to another carrier. 2. Your phone isn't fully paid off. 3. You're switching over multiple device types at once. Bottom Line 1. Promos: Costco's T-Mobile deals are usually better than standalone stores. 2. Time: Simple phone switch = quick. Multiple device types = 2-3 hours. 3. Check: Double-check every line before you leave.

    I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.
