Wasted my time unfortunately. Gus came out on 3/31/21 to give me a quote on an email migration and he was pleasant and professional. He told me he was willing and ready to take on my project and that it would be 6-8 hours of work. I thought that was a little high to move 2 email addresses and wanted to get other quotes so I let him know on 4/1 that I would be back in touch shortly. I didn't end up having the time to interview other techs so 5 days later on April 6th, I texted Gus to let him know that I wanted to proceed with him. I knew he had amazing reviews and came to the conclusion that even if the price was a little high it would be worth it to know I was getting someone knowledgeable and available. And time was of the essence so I needed to move forward. Gus never responded to my text. Yesterday, (13 days after receiving no response) I followed up and Gus' reply to me was "Hi, sorry swapped at the moment". I presume he meant swamped and that he is now not available? I honestly feel that Gus was offended that I questioned his pricing/time necessary to move 2 email addresses from hostgator to Office; but I feel as consumers, we have the right to ask questions and make the most informed decisions possible. Now, 3 weeks later I'm back to square one. Feeling frustrated and defeated. Time is our most valuable resource and nothing upsets me more than having mine wasted! Leaving 2 stars because I do feel Gus was knowledgeable and could've successfully achieved what I needed.

I had to follow up multiple times, and never received the courtesy of a return call. It's clear Bay Alarm is no longer the customer-first company I trusted for decades. If you're considering upgrading your system, I strongly recommend looking into other options. I've since switched to a well-established security company with over 150 years in business, a solid track record, and great reviews -- who offered **better pricing, more features, and far superior customer service**. Loyalty means nothing to Bay Alarm anymore -- and that's incredibly disappointing after more than 25 years.

From my first phone call with Garen, I could tell he really knew his stuff and compared to other quotes, WorldWideTech's pricing was very competitive. The choice was easy. Garen came onsite a couple days later for a free consultation and helped me design a network that would meet all my current needs, while also giving great options for future additions. At no point did he try to upsell me on any unnecessary hardware and he explained his reasoning behind every recommendation. While the actual installation was no easy task, but Garen wasn't phased by any challenge my older home threw at him. He worked so hard the entire day and had a positive, friendly attitude after a long 10 hour day. After everything was physically installed, Garen carefully walked me through the configuration process and showed me how to optimize all the new hardware.
