Highly recommend! Paul accommodated me in between his other appointments and work & fixed my laptop within the same day. Thank you!

I'm so glad to find iTechCare by searching through Yelp. I was looking for a place to get some services for my son's laptop. Paul and his staffs are very helpful. Paul gave us a few options for the solution and helped us understand and choose the best option possible. He really looked into to understand the problem but also quickly to respond to us. Thank you so much for your superb service and maintaining a great local business for Torrance. read more

Everything went well as soon as I got my laptop to ITechCare24/7. Paul and Matt were kind on the phone and said to bring the crashed laptop into office. Paul then diagnosed it, revived it and transferred all data over to my new laptop in a timely manner for a very fair fee. My anxiety was then gone and I was a happy relieved camper. I totally recommend them for their professionalism, knowledge, kindness and patience. Thank you both! read more

I had the unfortunate experience of having my iMac fail on me. It had a problem starting (Apple logo show but status bar did not progress). I brought it into iTech based on the Yelp reviews I read. Matt, Eric and Paul were very considerate and explained that I needed to replace the hard drive. They helped me decide upon the proper solid state drive to replace the factory drive and we had great communication throughout the repair process. I highly recommend iTechCare if you need service. Go with a company that you can trust to expertly handle your repair and one that you can trust. read more

Wow! I called them about a laptop that was having huge issues. Our old tech told me it was fine. I decided to give these guys a chance. Fixed the computer and got it back to me the next morning. Works like a new computer. I have since brought over my entire company (35+ computers) to their service. They found all kinds of issues with my computers. They are all doing great. Most importantly they are very knowledgeable, great service and easy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

Paul is awesome. If you need any computer repair work, look no further. My hard drive crashed, and he helped diagnose the problem, advised me about getting the files recovered and he even had spare parts for my computer that it needed. I called around a few places and got quotes and they were much higher. Paul didn't just see dollar signs with me and look for ways to bill me. He actually cared about my situation and my computer and helped resolve it and took the time to work with me. His prices are very reasonable and I believe he also does mobile computer repair as well. Can't say enough good things. I'm very glad to have found a new computer tech person in the area that is honest, knowledgeable and reliable. Thank you!!! read more

Visited iTechCare after having a negative experience elsewhere, Paul was extremely thorough and helpful in supporting my issue. He took the time to explain things in a manner that I would understand and did not rush me through the process. He provided several options for solving my laptop issues and in the end was able to solve it at minimal cost. He has earned my customer loyalty, highly recommend. read more

Five stars for NOT fixing my sons PC. He'd given it to me to see if I could get it to boot up after he'd spilled some liquid on it. I'd waited several days before finding a place close by to take a look at it. Stopped in here and it booted fine. The owner was ridiculously accommodating and didn't charge me. He said they also do remote work which I'd consider if we needed a follow up. Highly recommend based on customer service aspect. read more

I have had two incredibly positive experiences with Paul and iTechCare. He helped my little brother with a broken pc laptop and helped me when my iMac was giving me issues. Paul is knowledgeable, honest, and clearly cares about customer service above all else. When bringing your computer to someone it takes a lot of trust and like bringing a car to a mechanic you are always worried about being taken advantage of and stuck with a big bill. But Paul is trustworthy and fair. Because of that I will now be a loyal customer and come to iTechCare for all tech emergencies big and small! read more

We have been with Paul and ITechCare24/7 for probably 20 years. We don't need their help all that often but when we do, they are Superb. You make an appointment for a remote session and they solve the problem. We would highly recommend Paul - we are so satisfied and wouldn't still be with him after this long if we weren't. read more

I would not take my computers to anyone else after my experiences with Paul. He is fantastic and his support is usually in minutes. I am an attorney and have important documents that have been lost or corrupted and he has never failed to retrieve them. Do not go anywhere else. PAT H read more

Thank God I found this gem! My Toshibas were always breaking down, Paul would always find the problem right away and was very reasonable..then he told me he was selling a Mac book Pro. I decided to go for it . I have never been happier and will never get a PC again. I unfortunately dropped it and was heart broken thought it was a goner:(( I was bummed because I didn't realize until then what a great deal he had sold me the lap top for. Anyway he found the problem the battery was bent , and I simply had to order a new one! He didn't even want to charge me for his time. This is a great , honest , best computer place and highly recommend it for all your computer needs . Paul's a computer genius!! read more

Very impressed by Paul's skills and honesty. I spilled water on my old Mac and it stopped working. Took it to Paul - as a first time customer. He got back to me and let me know he had salvaged the data but wouldn't advice me to repair the Mac since the parts would cost a lot and given the age I should get a new laptop. He charged me just $20. He could have gone a completely different route and had me pay a bunch for parts and a service - but he didn't and I really appreciate the honest advice. Will go back to him the next time I have an issue. read more

We have been using iTechCare 24/7 for a few years now and we are so blessed to have them. We mainly deal with Paul who is a great person and IT guru. With iTechCare 24/7's encouragement and advice we decided to upgrade our office phone system to a Polycom internet phone system for both offices. It was one of the best things we have ever done for our office . Paul took the time to train our office in using the phone and was available during our company wide training time to ensure a smooth transition to the new phone system. It has been over 3 years since we change to the Polycom internet phone system and we have never looked back. This is just one of many services or products we have used from iTechCare 24/7 that our office has benefited from . I would highly recommend using Paul and iTechCare 24/7 for all you computer, IT or related business needs. read more

Real fast service! They fixed my computer at my business in less than 20 minutes and then they explained this new remote computer repair program they have. I crunched all the numbers and it made HUGE financial sense to sign-up with them based on the amount of computer repair money I spent last year. I highly recommend these guys which is unusual for me as I really never take the time to post reviews. read more

Love the customer service. Always available, kept me up to date on the process and always fixed my computer issues.
