Wow! I called them about a laptop that was having huge issues. Our old tech told me it was fine. I decided to give these guys a chance. Fixed the computer and got it back to me the next morning. My hard drive crashed, and he helped diagnose the problem, advised me about getting the files recovered and he even had spare parts for my computer that it needed. I called around a few places and got quotes and they were much higher. Paul didn't just see dollar signs with me and look for ways to bill me. He actually cared about my situation and my computer and helped resolve it and took the time to work with me. His prices are very reasonable and I believe he also does mobile computer repair as well. Five stars for NOT fixing my sons PC. He'd given it to me to see if I could get it to boot up after he'd spilled some liquid on it. I'd waited several days before finding a place close by to take a look at it. Stopped in here and it booted fine. The owner was ridiculously accommodating and didn't charge me. Thank God I found this gem! My Toshibas were always breaking down, Paul would always find the problem right away and was very reasonable..then he told me he was selling a Mac book Pro. I decided to go for it . I have never been happier and will never get a PC again. I unfortunately dropped it and was heart broken thought it was a goner:(( I was bummed because I didn't realize until then what a great deal he had sold me the lap top for. Anyway he found the problem the battery was bent , and I simply had to order a new one! He didn't even want to charge me for his time. Very impressed by Paul's skills and honesty. I spilled water on my old Mac and it stopped working. Took it to Paul - as a first time customer. He got back to me and let me know he had salvaged the data but wouldn't advice me to repair the Mac since the parts would cost a lot and given the age I should get a new laptop. He charged me just $20. He could have gone a completely different route and had me pay a bunch for parts and a service - but he didn't and I really appreciate the honest advice.
