He instantly recognized the brands and models and when there were some small issues with the cables (running through the wall and one not working with the soundbar), he was able to find solutions quickly. As soon as he arrived he noticed my floors were new and he didn't want to scuff or scratch them so he placed soft touch sleeves over his shoes. Once inside he laid down moving blankets. While working he is super clean. Any dust is immediately vacuumed, and finger prints wiped clean. Mr Dennis installed a 77" TV, a sound bar, and 2 rear speakers. With the layout of our living room, you can pass the TV on both sides, so it was important to us to have the TV totally flush with the wall. He was a wizard with that blue painter's tape, making precise markings after each quick tape measure. I was quoted $125, and should I want "no wires" that would be an additional cost. Dennis text me the day of our appt to confirm. He was pleasant and easy going. We discussed placement and Dennis taped up the frame to give me an idea before he started the work. The tv was up in about 15-20 mins. He also added a strip to hide my tv wire.
