I recently purchased Starlink internet for my condo. After completing a search online, I found Kudox Network to install my Starlink dish, or "Dishy McFlatface" as it is commonly known. Kudox Network had dates available within a couple days of my call. I scheduled a date for the installation with no problem, and they followed up with me to confirm the date as it approached. Kudox was knowledgeable about the Starlink hardware and assisted me with ensuring I had all the needed equipment, including the short roof mount (pictured), the ethernet adaptor, and a longer replacement cable in the event the included cable was not long enough. On the day of the installation, Kudox technician Aurimas and his partner arrived. They were courteous and had all the needed equipment to perform the installation. After assessing where the dish was to be mounted on the roof, as well as the location of the router, Aurimas determined the best route to install and route the cable from the dish into my residence. He and his partner installed the dish mount and routed the cable into the residence without any issues and with great care. The installation was completed in less than one hour. I had set up my Starlink account and used the provided dish stand sitting my my back deck to get the Starlink service up and running prior to Kudox's arrival. Aurimas nevertheless had knowledge of the Starlink app and how to set up the service. The Starlink dish was mounted securely and in a spot on the roof where it had no obstructions and was free to move and track the Starlink Satellites. The cable was routed securely into the residence from the roof, and the wall hole was properly filled with a cord management system for a clean look inside. All in all, Kudox and Aurimas did a great job installing my Starlink dish with no issues. Based on my experience, I would say Kudox would be a great company to use if you need any type of network cables installed in your residence, or for that matter, your business. They charge $290 for a quote to install an EV charger which doesn't involve additional utility power, it will be applied to the cost of the installation IF I choose to have them do the work. The service could best be described as "white glove" whereas every consideration is taken into account to make sure the job is done right and to spec. Great first impression and knowledgeable service! After exchanging messages about my DirecTV service needs, I scheduled an appointment for Saturday. If you need to install a CCTV system please do not waste your money hiring an amateur/cable guy. Hire the professional to begin with and you will be fully satisfied. I learned that by my mistake. The 2nd time around I hired A & A satellite. I emailed the pictures of my existing system and I explained the issues I was having with that system. Andrew, the co-owner of A & A satellite was emailing me back and forth and we came to an agreement. As agreed, he arrived on time. He adjusted all the cameras, added another IP camera and connected the DVR and all the cameras to the wireless modem for remote viewing. After he adjusted all the cameras I was able view the area 60% more than the original view. He was very professional and courteous. I've been looking for a satellite dish installer for quite some time since DIRECTV technicians were not allowed to "walk on a tile roof" due to insurance liabilities. Those that were "contractors" for DIRECTV wanted to charge me minimum $500 just to install the dish since I lived in a 2-story townhouse. I only needed a dish installation since the lines and receivers were already installed but yet the DIRECTV contractors were trying to gouge me. Fortunately, I found A&A Satellite on Yelp and I am so glad I did. Aurimas was the installer and he was very professional from the start. I explained the situation to him on the phone and he gave me a quote for a 3LNB dish and cost for labor per hour. He said probably wouldn't take more than 2 hours so I estimated around $300 max for the whole thing. He booked the appointment for the following week which was great since DIRECTV always takes over 2 weeks to come out. On the day of installation, Aurimas called me 30 min before arriving to give me notice and he was on time for the appointment. He looked at the situation and got started right away. Hour and a half later he was all done so total costs was way less than what I was expecting especially compared to what DIRECTV contractors wanted to charge me. Aurimas was professional, efficient, and detailed as he even took the time to make sure all 4 of my TVs were setup correctly and even programmed one of my remotes to my TV. If you have no time to read a long review, the short version is this: Trust in Aurimas, he will get your job done and done well. And likely save you more money than the other guys. The long version is this: We just moved into our house not long ago and were having our cable switched from Dish to TWC but the wiring in our house was not set up for that -- at least according to TWC installation guy and maybe 3 or 4 different contractors we contacted to solve this problem. The TWC guy ran the coaxial cable (exposed) diagonally through our living room floor (which is illegal apparently and also embarrassingly hideous). It was a temporary measure until we could get an electrician or somebody to understand this job. Contractors were coming up with wild, crazy, and hideous ideas to run the cable along the wall, up into the second floor, and even in the thick grout in our Saltillo floors! And all the quotes were coming in from 9 to 14K on top of whatever it would cost to hire someone to trench the grout if it came to that. Let's not forget how hard these guys were selling new products and gadgets on us. (eg. "Your subwoofer is too old and huge, you need to update it" or "this receiver is outdated, you need to update it" or "your universal remote is old and there are much better ones out there now... You should update it".) These contractors looked at the job without examining or researching the solution and quoted us based on a very superficial understanding of what we had going on in this house. Then by some miracle, Aurimas/A&A landed in our laps. He was convinced that the wiring in our house would be solved and even began to work and diagnose the same day he came out at an hourly rate. He fixed our exposed coaxial cable in about an hour or two (the way that it should have been done and handled) and hooked up/set up our gate intercom to our landline (which we were quoted $2K to fix by someone else). This day's work cost us less than $300. And he would return in a few days with another guy to set up our entertainment system, undo the wiring of 6 other tv systems in this house (overkill really), and set up the outdoor sound system that had been neglected for some time. We went from wire CENTRAL to the cleanest neat-freakish wiring job you've ever seen. This job was obviously cost more as it took up the entire day plus an extra body for labor, but we ultimately saved THOUSANDS by going with Aurimas. He went through the equipment that was left over from the previous owners and told us what we could still use and what we didn't need anymore or what we could sell/recycle. Most of our equipment was still in great condition and perfectly FINE which is exactly what we wanted/needed to hear--not some bs about needing to get top-of-the-line shiny new shit to stay in touch. Aurimas kept it realistic and we could not be more grateful to have found him. He is punctual, professional, and patient. He went over all the gadgets with me a million times and was insistent that we call him if we forgot how to use anything. We truly and confidently recommend him for any electronic/audio/visual/systems job. t's truly satisfying when you find the right person for the job you need done and know that that's the one person you will save in your phone book and continue to call for issues that come up. Just had Alex out to reposition my Direct TV antenna on the second-story roof because AT&T will NOT allow their technicians to install or reposition a previously installed antenna out of sight on a roof.
