We called around the area to licensed Vantage retailers, and they weren't keen on helping out on our repairs. Even the local electricians suggested by the retailers wouldn't call us back. (For those that don't know, a Vantage System, while amazing, isn't great to live with when the smart lights don't work. PLUS, the system is too complicated for a non-professional not familiar with the product.) I was about to give up and deal with it when I came across Jack's info on a Vantage forum. I will forever be grateful for the swift response after I reached out via email. Within 48 hours, we discussed our home system issues, he shared a plan of action, offered an estimate, and had Sydney call to schedule our repairs. I contacted a few Security Systems companies via Yelp and CRISP was the first to respond. Ricardo followed up quickly and often and was open to a little negotiation. We set a time and his colleague came EARLY (imagine that) and was polite. He asked if he should take his shoes off and he immediately went to work on the control panels. He had to hard reset the system and test it out. He explained to me how to arm, disarm, and reset. He also explained a few things that I had no idea about. He gave me a battery that I'd need to buy to replace the sensor batteries in the future. Being a relatively new homeowner in the South Bay, I've had my fair share of both good and bad service providers. CRISP is by far one of the more thorough, professional, quick, and honest ones. If I ever consider a smart home security device, I'll definitely go back to them
