Worth the wait. Took a bit to align my schedule with their schedule, but it was worth the wait. I put out a Yelp inquiry for a TV installation above my fireplace, I immediately received a price from various vendors for the installation without truly understanding the scope of the project. Loai was the only that was methodical to his respond before providing me with a quote. He wanted to understand the scoop to provide me with a thorough assessment. I appreciate the professional approach he took at the very start and continued that same professionalism through to completion. The scope of the project was to run power to the fireplace and install a Mantel Mount. Sounds simple on the surface but the nuances of the project offered its own challenges. There was no easy way to run power to the fireplace and the unknown the thickness of the fireplace. Loai came equipped with everything he needed to assess and provide the best solution. He was VERY thorough in his approach and execution to ensure I was on the same page before he made any permanent holes and cuts into the fireplace and ceiling. He was VERY mindful of his work space and made sure the debris was minimal and cleaned up along the way. The net result was a beautifully mounted TV I would highly recommend Take One Systems. After suggesting what would be best for my situation, I installed a hardwired security system with some AI cameras that provide facial recognition and license plate reading this was a significant upgrade from having ring and nest. Getting jammed or Wi-Fi going out is not worth the safety for my family and my peace of mind. This was money well spent and I highly recommend this company.
