Due to installation timing, I was unable to mount and test the TV until after the standard 30-day return window had closed. I reasonably assumed a brand-new, premium television would work out of the box. Instead of standing behind a high-ticket item, their customer service refused to offer any help, exchange, or support, hiding behind Amazon's minimum 30-day policy. It is unacceptable for a company to offer zero support on a defective $4,000 electronics purchase. Do not risk your money with this horrible seller.

Until Jim offered to go get me a TV, bring it to the house, set it up, and I do nothing. And I'd have the new TV next day. Music to my ears. Jim & his son just left my house. They delivered my new Samsung flatscreen, installed it, set up the existing Tivo for me, hauled away my super-heavy old plasma. They were in & out in a flash. They were exactly on time, as always. Sohail thoroughly evaluated the computer and recommended replacing the logic board. In addition, they replaced the battery, display, lid angle sensor, and Touch ID board--all for half of what Apple quoted. Even more impressive, we had the MacBook Pro back in just two business days. The computer is like new and works perfectly. It's rare to find a business that combines technical expertise with such exceptional customer service.
